It was light and modern and spacious
Only very heavy duvet available and it was mid summer - a lighter choice would have been more appropriate

The location and access to the local area/facilities was great, very spacious living area an bedrooms was great.
The 3 levels of stairs is not conducive for elderly who have mobility issues, travelled with an 83 yr old who struggled with the stairs - please ensure website/booking agency provides this information upfront to allow informed decision making when booking accommodation. Downstairs bathroom needs a shower caddy and shower bases are slippery and unsafe, dooners were way too heavy/warm, would have been nice to have access alternative/lighter bedding. Was hard to watch TV due to sunlight coming through large windows, window coverings would help.

A really lovely property. Ideal location very close to Portarlington main high street. We stayed here for our last two nights in the town to be near family. Lovely and clean and good facilities. Would definitely recommend. If we ever make it back to Australia again I'd look this one up.

location, cleanliness, quick to get in touch when a problem, everything we needed including an ironing board once I opened my eyes and found it🤪and also like the fact didn’t have to carry a key around. Easy access on arrival. thanks
only small faulty would be the water pressure however water very hot and didn’t runout.

Location of the property. Cleanliness and on site parking.
Toaster didn't work. Blind in bedroom broken No shade/blind in the lounge/kitchen area. No bath mat in the second bathroom. Not enough coat hangers in the wardrobes. Need storage drawers in the bedrooms. Detergent for washing machine not supplied.

We loved our stay at waterline property, a new very modern 3 level unit , has all the facilities with an allocated under cover parking. It's perfect for families and I totally recommend it while staying at beautiful portalington! Our hosts Paul and Jodie were exceptional very helpful and on standby for us anytime we called . We definitely stay there again soon!!

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beach and pier.
It was warm upon arrival and the air conditioner was not left on to keep the apartment cool. The outdoor area was covered in spider webs as was the BBQ. The BBQ was not clean and therefore did not use it. Would have liked to sit outside as the views were great but the seating and table were unstable.

Unit 3 at 48 Stevens st, is warm, stylish, comfortable and homey! This property ticks all the boxes! Convenient location, comfortable accommodation, gorgeous views and to top it off great customer service from Paul and Jodie! Five stars all around! Thank you for having us!

the location and the space, the property was new and had the essentials. the communication was open and prompt.
that you can’t have pets and the spider problem in the living room on the roof and that the bbq wasn’t clean properly.

Minor issue only - bbq was covered in webs and needed the grill cleaned from its last use.

could have had some blinds in the dining room, you needed sunglasses to eat breakfast. also a few essential items could be made available like salt and pepper etc
