Private special event beach retreat beautifully designed and decorated for entertaining the whole family, extended family, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, or reunions with old friends. This Panama City Beach compound is almost a quarter of an acre and is within half a block of two beach accesses. This property is unique because it spans a two-block enclosed radius, including a five-bedroom main house on one block and a one-bedroom carriage house with a kitchen, bedroom, and living room on the other block directly behind the Main House. There is plenty of off-street driveway parking at both locations.

The private, fenced, large backyard will be the hub for reminiscing with loved ones and soaking up some sunshine in your saltwater pool with a gas grill and numerous lounge chairs. For more formal meals, the chef of the group or your caterer can take advantage of the gourmet kitchen. The rest of the gang kicks back on the featured plush half-circle leather reclining sectional and streams a favorite movie or sporting event on the 85" TV or socializes by the pool. Additionally, everyone will have their own place to get a bit of privacy, with five bedrooms spread throughout the main home, including one primary bedroom on the ground floor and an additional private bedroom in the carriage house. Each bedroom has a TV with professionally cleaned fresh bedding. The two featured primary bedrooms include huge walk-in stone showers.

Sitting just half a block from the sugar-white sand and emerald, blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, you will have no trouble spending long days by the water. If you want to get a taste of this vibrant city, make your way to Pier Park (three miles) and make the most of the area's plethora of restaurants and shopping options. The owner's favorite restaurant is Bayou on the Beach on Middle Beach Road for casual family dining and weekend entertainment. While in town, check out Gulf World, Emerald Coast Water Tours for a Dolphin tour, Russel-Fields Pier, or Hidden Lagoon Super Race-Track and Golf for fun the whole family can enjoy.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one surveillance camera mounted to the garage overlooking the pool area. It is not monitored.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home & property are stunning. We had issues with accessing the property as we were given the wrong codes several times. With 18 people waiting, that was unfortunate. Vacasa’s customer service was difficult to deal with and we ended up waiting 4 hours to gain access to both houses. There were no extra blankets, spices, corn hole, and beach chairs as listed. FYI. But easy enough to purchase what you need. Overall though… the home is beautiful & location is perfect for a short walk to the beach.

Enjoyed our annual family vacation--all of our children and grandchildren--18 in all! We definitely filled the main house plus guest cottage but there was a place for everyone. The private pool was definitely a hit! and 1/2 block to beach and shopping. Definitely kept a steady path going that direction to beach and shopping. Panama City Beach definitely a busy, busy area! Difficult to communicate with property managers though!

It was a beautiful home with all that we needed ! Only bummer is we forgot to ask ahead of time to heat the pool and it was a little cold outside so could have used that! But otherwise it was perfect !

We loved the short walk to the beach and the beautiful house. The dryer and dishwasher were broken. No sheets available for the pull out couch. Staff was notified and we were told someone would be stopping by but no one did. Someone stopped by unannounced and walked into the back yard, checked the grass? and left. Very odd. Never said a word. It would have been nice to have been notified as it scared us. Definitely recommend the home if everything is working!

We loved the location, super close to access 74. We unfortunately had a lot of issues during our stay.. there is a different code for the guest house that no one could figure out at customer service. It took multiple calls to get it sorted and we weren’t able to get into the space for a few hours. Day 2 the fridge door beeped all day with a notice of “door open” the team came out and stated we needed to close slowly because the fridge was finicky. Also on the 2nd day the dishwasher broke, so we had to do our dishes by hand- not usually a big deal but 14 people causes them to stack up. Finally, there were limited extra blankets & no blow dryer (only a box..) Again, the BEST location and good customer service when we called which is why I gave them 3 stars but a lot of issues.

Listen. The house is great for large groups and very close to the beach. However...our experience has left us pretty unhappy. There is a separate guest house (part of the listing) that two friends stayed since we were a large group. At 10:30pm, I get a phone call from one of them saying they just heard the garage door open and a car door close. Someone had come onto the property while we were staying there late at night. This is a house full of girls and at this point I immediately call Vacasa to see if maybe the property owner is on the property or to just figure out who the hell is here (with no warning, no messages, no nothing). They did let me know they would reach out to the property owner ASAP. Minutes passed, HOURS PASSED. In the meantime, we had the other two girls come into the main house and were honestly pretty nervous the whole night, waiting for Vacasa to get a hold of the property owner. We did not get a response from Vacasa confirming that it was in fact the property owner getting a personal item until we were on the flight back home the next afternoon!!! We get it, sometimes you gotta get something from your property. But WHY so late at night and if you are why are you unreachable?! Then, we had two men come on the property into the back (to clean the pool?) around 8:30AM even though check out isn't until 10am...And we did not get an early check-in so the property has from 10am-4pm to get everything in order. This paired with a smoke alarm that ran out of battery and constantly beeping, no beach chairs, no beach towels...I would just look elsewhere.

The place was wonderful and allowed our family to have a wonderful time together! We did have an initial problem with a code to get into garage apartment. That took a couple hours to resolve but it worked out. I really suggest everyone take a blanket for beds as they only has sheets on each bed. We were close to beach which was great. All in all it was a terrific vacation for us. Kitchen is fine but could use a griddle for pancakes!😊

House has plenty of common space for large families. It’s hard to find kitchens and living areas that can comfortably sit 10. We stayed from Thursday- Sunday. There was only enough dish detergent to run the washer twice, and there were only 2 extra trash bags. For that many people and that many days, this wasn’t nearly enough. Also, if you plan to use the guest house, make sure you get the separate code. Also, we did not realize the guest house living quarters were on the second floor with no direct access to the backyard. We had originally planned to use it, but ended up not because of this inconvenience. Super close to beach though! Literally a 3-5 minute walk. Would stay here again.

This house is awesome! Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful covered back porch and fabulous guest house. The warm water outside shower was phenomenal! It was especially needed since the pool wasn’t heated. That is the ONLY improvement we would make!

My son is in the military and just came back from beginning over seas for almost a year so we came to PCB to celebrate his homecoming and we chose the best place at Sands of Time. There was 18 people with us and it well accommodated all of us. When we arrived the house was beautiful and furnished just as the pictures shown. The place was very nice and spacious. We really loved the way the owners thought of alot of things that made our stay so comfortable and worry free. It has been by far the best place I've stayed in PCB. Thanks to the owners for making your home available to us. We will return!!

The house was great except the mattresses

My family and I loved are accommodations at Sands of Time. Every thing was clean and beautiful. The house was a quick 2 to 3 minute walk to public access 74 to the beach. The property's private yard and pool was so nice to have on vacation. The only thing we all agreed on was the sleep on the mattresses was rough. If the mattresses were of higher quality than we could have rated our stay as 5 stars.

The house was beautiful, close to the beach. Nice pool, we used the house and the carriage house during our stay and slept 14 easily, plenty of space. Will definitely remember this place for future family trips!

The house is so cute and fit all 18 of us comfortably. Very easy walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool! The guest house entrance is up a set of stairs on the opposite side of the pool through the gate. Extra things you will need to bring; extra pillows/blankets if sleeping on all beds, grilling utensils, beach/pool towels and cleaning supplies. We all enjoyed our family vacation! :)
