Thank you for the stay, nice and clean and very close to the concert. Had troubles with the passcode but Britine was very responsive and replied immediately with the new code. It was great having the snacks and water in the morning. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and used our condo as a launching pad for our daily excursions. The unit was a bit run-down, but comfortable and spacious. The pool area had several umbrella tables to sit and relax at the end of the day. Saw a show at the nearby Bank of NH Pavillion and had a GREAT get-away with friends!!

As a host of a short term rental myself, I take great pride in my property. This place is NOT as advertised. First off, I was given THREE wrong addresses and a wrong lock box code which was super annoying at 11:00 at night. Also, it does not sleep 6 people as there was no aero bed and no extra linens or blanket for when someone had to sleep on the couch (which was covered in crumbs and stains) due to the missing aero bed. The place was filthy, and I mean FILTHY and had an overwhelming mildew odor. Counter tops and stove top were covered in dried food and crumbs and the coffee pot had a brown film inside. When stripping the bed, blood was noted on the mattress. It’s confusing to me why a cleaning fee was charged as cleanliness is clearly not a priority I could go on but you get the point.

My family stayed here to attend a wedding in Meredith. We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities like snacks available, soaps and shampoos, and postcards that they will mail for you. Walkable to Weirs Beach and a short (5 minute) drive to Meredith made it a great location - plus parking right in front! The host was responsive and went above and beyond ot help us out when we asked to add an extra night to our original booking. Highly recommend!

This condo was a great choice. It was very clean, updated and in a perfect location. The beds and couch are huge and very comfortable. Condo comes equipped with everything you need. They even leave bottled water and a variety of snacks for you. Britnie responds to all questions and concerns immediately, which is always nice. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here overnight to go to a concert in Gilford. It’s a super close drive to the bank of nh Pavillion and really close to weirs beach where we went for coffee in the morning. It was clean and simple and cute!

We loved our short visit to Weirs Beach! The place was fantastic. I love all the little personal touches, made it easy to relax and unwind. The beds are firm which I don’t mind but others may. Also the cookware-pots and pans are on the cheaper end but they still accomplished the task. These things didn’t decrease my review, I still thought this was a 5 star property!

My sister and I were in the area overnight to go to a concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. This flat was perfect for our needs: we each had our own room and bathroom, the kitchen had just what was needed, and the living area was comfy. We really enjoyed our afternoon and morning in the flat. But! What was unexpectedly the best thing about this property is its proximity to the west parking for the venue. We could not have been better situated for getting to and from the concert. Wow. We feel we really lucked out. I almost hesitate to tell this secret!

A great stay. Spacious condo that's newly renovated. Large bedrooms with two king beds was nice. We noticed a blow up bed as well so would be good for larger group without feeling cramped. Big couch. Host left snacks and waters which was a really nice touch. Two small negatives, balcony was dirty however, could have used a cleaning and the floor was unfinished cement. Secondly there was a weird smell at first but either got used to it or it went away. Both these things I wouldn't take off a star rating however. Overall great location and really cute place. I would stay here again and would highly recommend!

This was a great condo for my family. Very clean, great layout, great location. It had everything we needed. Check in process was very simple. The kids loved the pool and playground. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful clean condo. Great king beds and the mattresses are very comfortable. Owner is very nice and offered any help. Just a note, the coffee maker is a combination for both k~cups and a pot to make coffee and is a really nice one! Walking distance to Weirs Beach and more. We will definitely be staying there again.

I was very impressed at how clean this property was. It was very beautiful and felt spacious as well. I went with one other person and it was nice to have our “own” bathrooms while we were there. Britnie was a great host, and the location was perfect for everything we needed and wanted to do. I would definitely come back!

My sisters and I are over 80 and we knew nothing about a lockbox. I assumed when I made the reservations that we could pick up the keys at the office. I accept that I should pay for the unused room but not for the cleaning. I seldom use my computer so I did not see the info sent about the key

Clean and spacious. Updated interior where it counts. Close to Weirs Beach but still easier to drive. Close to busy road hill, but keeping the A/C fan on continuously provided white noise to allow sleep.

Very clean, remodeled condo, close to many activities. Pull out couch is different than original pictures but there was a queen size inflatable mattress to use.

Pool was the best part, layout of space was awkward, door to fridge backward, couch uncomfortable, the witches brew pub is great and easy to walk to, Cumberland farms also very convenient, close to kellerhaus for ice cream n chocolate yumm

Property was exactly as advertised! Check-in process was a breeze. Britnie is very friendly and accommodating and responsive. We had no issues with parking. Location is fabulous. Everything you need is close by! Walking distance to the lake. It was noisy during the day due to being on a busy street with lots of motorcycles (that’s Laconia in general) but we had no issues at night! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived.

Wasn’t sure what to think at first as the entry way to the condo had stains on the carpet and a musty smell but we were pleasantly surprised when we went inside. It was obvious it was cleaned with bleach but was not overwhelming. Very clean. 6 people is pushing it for space, perfect for 4. Would be nice to have a few more pots/pans but had what we needed the little time we spent there. Great location.
