Summary:
This 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment comes with reverse-cycle air-con, a large balcony with expansive views and a security car space, while the stylish ‘Brisbane1Towers’ complex offers a swimming pool, spa and gym for you to enjoy. Situated for convenience, it’s a short walk to the Convention Centre, Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), QLD Museum, Kurilpa Point Park, Cinemas, supermarkets, and lots of eateries in nearby Fish Lane. The CBD (Downtown) is just 20 minutes walk away over the Kurilpa Bridge.
The Space:
A short entrance corridor opens out to an open-plan kitchen/living area with beautiful oak wooden floorboards throughout and reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with marble benchtops/breakfast bar and 3 stools, a Bosch dishwasher, double sink, 4-burner gas cooktop, under-bench fan-forced electric oven, microwave and coffee machine. In the living space, there’s a 2.5 seater sofa, coffee table and flatscreen TV, while floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to a spacious balcony with a table setting for 4 people set against a backdrop of expansive urban views including ‘The Wheel of Brisbane’.
There are 2 bedrooms, both carpeted with ceiling fans and mirrored wardrobes. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with more views of Brisbane and a sliding door that leads out on to the balcony. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a roomy frameless glass shower recess, toilet and vanity. A second bedroom has a double bed and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the balcony.
By the apartment’s entrance you’ll find another bathroom with a large, frameless glass shower recess, vanity and toilet, and there’s also a dedicated laundry room with a separate washing machine and dryer (both Fisher& Paykel) and laundry sink.
This apartment complex itself offers world class amenities including a swimming pool set within subtropical landscaping, spa, barbecues and outdoor recreations areas. Guests also have access to a well equipped gym on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
South Brisbane centres on South Bank, a riverfront stretch buzzing with restaurants, cafes, cultural offerings and markets. The apartment itself is in super convenient location, just a short walk to an amazing choice of eateries, including nearby Fish Lane, IGA and Coles supermarkets, Brisbane’s Convention Centre, the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) the Queensland Museum, Kurilpa Point Park and the South Bank Cinemas. Other attractions, all less than 20 minutes walk away, include the weekend Collective Markets selling handcrafted home wares, jewelry, art, home décor and clothing, Streets Beach, and ‘The Wheel of Brisbane’, a ferris wheel which offers panoramic views of the city.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own dedicated security parking space but if you prefer public transport, there are many bus services close by and South Brisbane train station is under 10 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* * Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.

Great location, central walking distance to everything.
Some of the facilities were a little tired and needed some work. But we enjoyed our stay and made use of the pool.
