About this house rental

Amazing Carlsbad home! Located 15 mins from the beach! The layout of the house is good for families, weekend getaways, good hosts, or some where just to get away sit back and relax! Down the street from Legoland!! We are 30 mins from SeaWorld San Diego! 40 mins from San Diego Zoo! Also 1hr and 15mins from DISNEYLAND!!
The house has 3 Bedrooms with their own baths! There is an office upstairs. You can also wash and dry your clothes, so you don't have to take those dirty clothes home!! Downstairs the kitchen is open to the living room. Also there is a downstairs bathroom, so no need to trek upstairs. There is also great outdoor space with synthetic grass, a BBQ grill and outdoor seating with a canopy and lights!!

Great location for golf at La Costa and Aviara

Great location for golf at La Costa and Aviara

Our group really enjoyed our stay for our golf trip to Carlsbad. The property was clean with nice amenities and easy access. Just some minor issues with the upkeep of the house with faulty hardware fixtures and the cleaning service missing some water bottles left under the bed and behind the sofa and bedding in one of the bedrooms having stains. These are minor fixable issues and we would again have no problem booking another stay in the future.

Great space for families

Very lovely home and wonderful neighborhood. Had all the amenities you would need. It had lots of space, perfect for families, and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem was that we had no air conditioning the entire time of our stay, which was completely out of the property managers hands, but Erica kept in contact with us via phone call and text and was very accommodating to the situation. She was very quick to respond to any of our needs. Would recommend this location and definitely stay at this property again.

A bit disappointing in Carlsbad

A bit disappointing in Carlsbad

The home was lovely. There were a few disappointing aspects. The BBQ was unusable filled with rust and build up of cooked on food, still garbage in one of the bathrooms as well as ants, items left from last renter, no kitchen staples, kitchen faucet is very loose, garbage can outside was full as well as the two in the street and screen to the back was broken. I don’t like to be negative but the owner may need to look into their maintenance/housekeeping people

Great Location Excellent Communication

It’s a beautiful home in a great location. The entrance to the neighborhood is a little annoying as it is only accessible from one direction on one road and requires a U turn about a quarter mile away if you are coming the wrong direction. Outside of that the home is fantastic. Erica was responsive and friendly when we interacted and we will certainly be looking to stay here again next time we are in the Carlsbad area.
