Breathtaking morning & evening views can be seen from the entire westside of home!
Quiet neighborhood and only 5 min from La Mesa Village where you can find great places to shop & dine.
We are just a few miles away from everything you want in San Diego:
*Mission Trails Regional Park Lake Murray is 3.6 miles away.
*Mount Helix is a small trail 4.5 miles away and offers scenic views!
*Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo are 9 miles away.

Wake up in the huge Master bedroom surrounded by incredible views plus gorgeous new en-suite master bath and walk-in closet. Also, plenty of room in the master for lounging. Other bedrooms have french doors leading out to the patio & pool area.

PLEASE NOTE:
*Bedroom #5 (king) is not completely closed. From the hallway there is a door but the other side of the bedroom is open to the wet room and kids bedroom (bedroom #6).
**Access to the kids bedroom (bedroom #6) is through the bedroom #5. Kids bedroom is small and has a door but no window.
Living Room has a pull out sofa bed and an ottoman twin bed.
Bathrooms description:
- Bathroom #1: en-suite master, has a shower and a tub
- Bathroom #2: attached to Bedrooms #4 and #5 (shared), has a shower and a tub
- Bathroom #3: in hallway not attached to any bedroom, has a shower/tub combo

Beautiful kitchen is a chef's delight offering open bar seating, ample pantry, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for a delicious homemade family meal. Heating is available for the pool for an additional charge and must be hired in advance for the whole stay, please contact us for details. During summer and warmer days, solar panels help keep the water heated as well.
The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
We have a removable fence that can be placed around the pool. Please request ahead of time if you desire that we set up the fence for your stay.
We're 5 minutes from La Mesa Village. The La Mesa Village is the historical center of La Mesa. Many of the surrounding buildings remain as they were in 1912 when the City of La Mesa was incorporated. La Mesa Boulevard features many one-of-a-kind retail shops, antique stores and great places to dine. La Mesa Village business owners place an emphasis on high quality products and personalized, friendly service. Within just five square blocks, you can experience a hassle free shopping experience that puts the malls to shame.
Car, Uber or Lyft. You can park your car in the driveway (fits 3 cars). Street parking is also available, you can find a spot easily (make sure to check signs for any parking restrictions).
Outdoor Security Cameras: please note we have outdoor cameras facing the pool area, sides of the home and front door.
Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.
*Garage is not available for guests.
*Attention kids should not be in the master bathroom bathtub without adult supervision. No one should jump when in the bathtub, it can actually tip over and pull all of the plumbing which means it will be flooded. Please, be careful.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-10am.
Pool Heating:
*Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $50/day (minimum charge of $200).
*Pool heating, when hired, is limited to 84F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.

We stayed for a long weekend with extended family. Great for large groups and families. Lots of room to spread out. Back porch/deck had great views of the city and sunset. Pool area had a variety of seating and was a great hang out space. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family recently rented this beautiful home for our family vacation, which exceeded our expectations! The house was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large family of thirteen. The bedrooms were all very cozy, and each had its own bathroom, allowing everyone enough space to get dressed. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, which allowed us to be together and space for eating together or separately. The pool was fantastic, but the view from this home is the icing on the cake. We spent the 4th of July at this home, and to see fireworks throughout the city without leaving the house was a bonus.
Finally, the home's location was very convenient, with easy access to many nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful home away from home!

The house was amazing! The beds, the bathrooms, the pool, the grill, the large, living spaces, pool table, THE beautiful VIEWS, the Weather ☀️. So thankful that we didn’t have to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, the house was well stocked and was such a plus! So clean and communication with property manger was so easy and they got back to us so quickly.
Such an amazing time, everyone was comfortable and we were sad to leave!!

The details were all in place! Especially helpful were the included items for infants and toddlers-booster seat, pack n play, high chair, activity seat. The wide open carpeted areas were great for our crawlers. Bathroom and kitchen disposable supplies were of good quality and sufficient amount. The configuration of the house was super for our multi-family group. The view was fantastic and the location great-quiet bit convenient to local spots.
The only item that should be improved regards the listing price per night. The manager has chosen to charge an “additional person” fee each night for each individual beyond number 1. The daily rate does not reflect this. This seems misleading since clearly the property is for large groups. We had a change(lower number of adults) and I inquired if the fee would be reduced. I did not receive an answer to that inquiry. Just be aware of this when looking at the overall cost of the property.
