Roomy with much vintage appeal, especially the beautiful wood trims and floors!

Older building that did not look like the pictures online but clean and roomy and brought back some childhood memories of houses we had lived in. Good location to walk and check out Helena history. Only used it for sleeping and relaxing as visiting family in the area, so didn't use the kitchen except for the coffee maker, but saw that it had all the essentials if needed.
It served our needs well.

Pretty nice place, nothing fancy. I feel like the pictures made it seem nice than it was. The outside space is shared with 3 other apartments, so not private in any way. The grounds keeper lady seemed to always be lurking around which was a little awkward. Overall it was a good functional space for a daddy weekend getaway with good access to downtown and trails. The host was very nice and helped get me checked in a little early which was much appreciated. The neighborhood was a little rough around the edges but I always felt safe.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beautiful woodwork and windows reminded me of the house I grew up in.The neighbor next door takes care of the flowers all around the property and they were beautiful. I loved the fact that everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. Last Chance Gulch has wonderful restaurants and shopping. If we ever venture back to Helena we would definitely stay here again.

It is situated on a quiet street with very friendly neighbors but walking distance to shops, restaurants, and churches. We even saw a deer on our morning walk around the streets.
Very comfortable accommodations. We moved our son and his girlfriend to Helena from Western WA as d used this as our base. It was perfect, especially the large dining area.
We are highly likely to stay here when we come to visit them in the future.

This apartment was exactly what my family and I needed. It had enough space for my family of four. The electric fireplace gave us the extra warmth we needed on the wintry spring days. It’s within walking distance to food, drinks, and fun! We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Helena for the weekend!

Clean, comfortable property. Enjoyed the charm of big solid wood doors and high ceilings. Good location to downtown, easy curbside parking was always available.
Only suggestion was a new light be put in the entry so nighttime entry would be a bit easier.

Fantastic stay
With our first stop in Montana we could not have been happier with our choice. The house was clean and everything we hoped it would be. Close to down town but still nice and quiet. We will definitely try and book this spot again the next time we are here.

Easy Walk to Downtown Restaurants, Coffee, and Bakery!
This property is in a prime location if you want to downtown Helena and Last Chance Gulch! We walked to Off Broadway and Park Avenue Bakery, which were both fantastic. We did not get a chance to try The Grateful Bread bakery (only minutes walking distance away) but heard good things from locals who frequent it. The property itself is quite old and a little tired but it was clean and the property owner has done a nice job of making the space comfortable. The property also has a lot of space to sprawl out luggage, which we really appreciated. We also really appreciated the property owner's quick and professional communications and his willingness to accommodate a request for an early check-in so we could dress for an event in the late afternoon.

Everything as advertised
Cute 1+ bedroom. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Unfortunate road construction during our stay, but made for a quiet stay on the weekend due to road closure. Pullout sofa was comfortable. Neighbors were very nice and quiet. Easy entry with keypad. Wifi was sufficient for work and streaming. Walking distance to some hiking trailheads, Capitol, and downtown.
