Frankreich war toll wir kommen bestimmt wieder aber nicht in dieses Hotel

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Das Dörfchen Eze ist klein und sehr schön. Zu allen Ausflugszielen ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Auch der Bus fährt unweit des Hotels ab. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss mit Blick in den Garten. Die Klimaanlage war super und war im Preis inbegriffen. Die Tiefgarage ist kostenlos. Der Pool ist eigentlich toll.

Leider wird die Anlage und auch die Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Am Pool gab es nur wenige Liegen und ein großer Teil war kaputt. Die Mosaikfliesen im Pool lösen sich und liegen überall herum. Auch ist der Pool für die Größe des Hotels relativ klein. Trotzdem waren wir froh dass er da war. Unser Zimmer war spärlich eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es Geschirr für eine Mahlzeit und auch auf der Terrasse gab es lediglich zwei Klappstühle und einen kleinen Tisch. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen da erwartet man eigentlich wenigstens ausreichend Stühle für alle. In der Küche steht ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen so dass wir uns das immer mit raus genommen haben. Schön wäre auch eine Liegemöglichkeit auf der Terrasse gewesen. Schade eigentlich, da der Preis für eine Nacht doch wirklich hoch ist.

Belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse Emplacement au top Personnel aimable

C’est vraiment dommage car la propreté du logement est bcp trop approximative Concernant la piscine : l’entretien de l’eau est quasi inexistante, nous nous sommes pas baignés, chaise longue cassée … Les murs du logement étaient tachés, prise d’électricités arrachés, odeurs de moisissures dans la salle de bains et toilettes Le séjour aurait été parfait si des efforts de propretés et d’entretiens étaient au rdv Je me demande dans quels états les logements vont être d’ici la fin de saison … ne parlons pas de l’état de la piscine …

Simple and clean

The pool is not well maintained. The tiles are falling of the wall and are lying around. One of the kids, hurt his finger at a broken tile.

Weekend in Ezè

Hell, gute Abdunkelungsvorhänge, Sauberkeit des Apartments, ausreichend Parkplätze, freundliches Personal

Nur 1 Toilette und diese hat kein Lavabo zum Händewaschen. WiFi schwach und mit komplizierten Anmeldungsprocedere. Kein Warmwasser zum Duschen an 1 von 3 Tagen.

UNSER SCHÖNSTER HERBSTURLAUB EVER ♥️

Unser großes Apartment war sehr gepflegt und sauber, sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs mehr von der großen Terrasse sensationell. Das Beste ist allerdings die Lage. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit bis Monaco und ebenfalls 20 Minuten bis Nizza. Cannes erreicht man in ca. 1,5 Stunden. Außerdem liegen viele kleine hübsche Buchten, Wanderwege und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten im direkten Umfeld. Der Pool ist klein aber ausreichend und war für uns im Oktober voll nutzbar. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Ort Eze ist traumhaft und wirklich sehenswert. Eine wunderschöne Altstadt. Besonders zu empfehlen die exotische Gärten! Wir sind begeistert abgereist und planen wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank an das sehr nette Team, besonders auch die Putzfee die in der Mitte unseres Aufenthalts so gründlich geputzt und aufgeräumt hat. DANKE für eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Die Küchenausstattung/Geschirr/Töpfe hätte vielleicht etwas vielfältiger sein können. Ablageflächen/Regale waren im Bad sehr wenig vorhanden. Im separaten WC-Raum wäre ein Waschbecken gut, denn meist ist das Bad durch jemand anderen besetzt, welches wiederum keine Toilette hat. Das WLAN ist nicht besonders gut - man muss Geduld beweisen. Das Wasser brauchte immer ein Weilchen, bis es tatsächlich so warm war, dass man Duschen konnte. ABER ALLES KLEINIGKEITEN UND VÖLLIG NEBENSÄCHLICH. DIE VORTEILE ÜBERWIEGEN DEUTLICH.

Posizione ideale per visitare l'affascinante borgo di Eze . Si tratta di Aparthotel per cui da metà pomeriggio lo staff non è più disponibile fino alla mattina successiva. Parcheggio privato . Camera pulita e di buone dimensioni.

Colazione discreta, vista la struttura nutrivo aspettative migliori. . Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disservizio in camera; lo staff è stato molto gentile e ha fatto quanto possibile per risolverlo.

Great location for getting to Nice & Monaco & to other parts of the coast. The apartment is nice but not much ch

Lovely views, good kitchen so we could prepare some food. So close to walk into Eze.

We had a garden apartment and the outside was quite untidy - lawns looked like they were cut in some parts but not in front of us. Weeds & untidy so not nice to look at or sit outside.

La Perle D’Eze is a hidden gem in a beautiful location

The staff, location, kitchen, cleanliness were excellent. The bed was pretty comfortable and overall we were really pleased

One suggestion would be to clarify breakfast offerings. The sign was still up describing breakfast in the morning but I was surprised that this service was discontinued. Also some sort of gym or exercise equipment at the facility would be beneficial.

ÈZE é para voltar ! mas que surpresa boa!

O apartamento era no resto do chão, com uma varanda com jardim e bastante espaçoso. Também existia uma piscina que tinha uma vista incrível. O apartamento era limpo, tinha tudo que era preciso para cozinhar e duas casas de banho. A recepcionista era super simpatica e disponível, até nos deixou ficar o carro mais tempo no estacionamento do hotel, do que era permitido.

We were asked to bring down the garbage at the end of our stay, this seems absurd when we are traveling on vacation and thought was a hotel. The building also has residents living in so there is a sign on your door to keep this in mind. Not a reception 24/7

Enjoyed our stay in Eze Village, would highly recommend if visiting.

Beautifully appointed apartment, everything you need and very comfortable.

The only thing I would say is maybe a selection on the TV for English speaking guests.

Fantastic staff, very good location.

The staff was outstanding, very polite, professional and helpful. Lady behind the reception was more than helpful in guiding us regarding things to do in the area. Our wallet was unfortunately stolen on a train to Antibes ( be careful in trains)and the reception team again helped us in filing report. The room service team led by Dora was also exceptional . Dora was very genuine and caring who was very good with our kids. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Finally, the hotel has a beautiful terrace ( with sea views)where one can enjoy alfresco breakfast! We would highly recommend the place.

The view and the location were beautiful, friendly and helpful staff too. A lot of stores and attractions around, and good proximity to the riviera’s most beautiful attractions.

The pictures are deceiving to be honest, the apartment we took had 2 rooms and one of them looked like a maid room with no windows and very small uncomfortable bed, doesn’t really suit adults.

Location, rooms, staff were excellent.

wifi and internet is poor and can definitely be improved for the hotel - multiple time to login to multiple wifi networks within same hotel. Speeds are poor and can definitely be improved. Staff were great and very polite, helpful and friendly. However, over stretched in my view as cleaning during the stay could be more frequent. I will have to commend the staff for their helpfulness and they should be rewarded for their pleasant and positive company.

One of the worst places I’ve ever ber stayed. Stay away. Plenty of better places.

Hard to like anything about this crummy place. Total false advertising about the rooms. Rude and dismissive staff.

Beware what room you order at this place. Stay away from the pool as you won’t have any privacy and will have pool users staring in at you inside your bedroom. You will also have water from rowdy pool guests splashing you on your balcony and you will not be able to relax. And don’t think for one moment any staff at this place will help you, the customer service is appalling. Don’t bother trying to upgrade your room even if willing to pay more, the lazy rude staff won’t help. Don’t expect nice cool nights in your room on a hot day as the air conditioning is non existent and don’t expect a warm shower as the hot water system is on the blink. This place is like the “Fawlty Towers” of France.

Good location for exploring the stunning village of Eze.

A great location in Eze with parking at the property! Helpful and cheerful staff. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

The swimming was very small and our outlook on the garden floor was mainly of a wall with a ‘No Dogs’ sign!
