The cottage was quaint and all we needed for our long weekend. As we were gone a lot during the day, we were glad to return to our cozy cottage to rest. The home was clean and we had all we needed.

We stayed for 3 nights & we were very happy with the house. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable & the screened in porch with the swing was a huge hit with my younger daughter. We will definitely be back again!

Great location. Right by the strip. The house was clean. The interior could use some upgrades.

Nothing fancy, but as advertised; good location. Should tell people to bring own Kuerig pods.

Great location. Perfect size for my small family. Plenty of wood stocked for fire pit. Grill supplied with plenty of propane. Even had a small lawn for my son to play in. Stayed week before Memorial Day so it wasn't crowded but a lot of the places on the strip were closed. Something to keep in mind. Overall, loved the place.

Over all property fit exactly what we needed, there is a loud band next door but you can not hear it from inside the house..

Everything was as stated and very clean! There were plenty of pillows and blankets which i was so happy to see bc thats what im always having to bring extra of. Really didnt need to bring anything but food and toothpaste. Place was very cozy and we made a fire both night before the rain got us! Walking distance to everything you need. Will stay here again! My mother even loved it!

We had a thunderstorm lost power for over 12 hours. Also had no washer and dryer because something happened to it and no Wi-Fi. The manager of the property never contacted me back about any of these issues.

Perfect for a couple wanting to get away and walk to everything. We also love visiting the wineries so the cottage was the ideal location for all our destinations. We would stay here again!

Great location. Cottage was clean. Bed comfy. Thanks for having firewood handy. Great weekend.

Cute farm house. Bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs but we were ok with it. Kitchen stocked with all the appliances needed. Fire pit and it was stocked with firewood. Needed some kindling to get the fire started. Nice area close to restaurants, arcade, wineries and breweries, bar next door with music on the weekends. You can hear the music outside while enjoying the fire pit and closed in porch!

The furnishings in this place need updated desperately. Shabby chic is cool but this place meets very low standards. The enclosed porch held the table and chairs for meals to be eaten and was filthy. Crumbling Rattan furniture throughout house. Futon which doubled as a bed for 1 of us was SUPER SMELLY. Some of the linens were quite worn. The evenings got quite cool and the heat for the first floor would not turn on and there were no extra blankets. It has so much potential but needs some newer, nicer touches. It sufficed for our girls weekend out but we were less than pleased. The outdoor fire pit area IS very nice but overall SUPER SHABBY AND OVERPRICED.

This was a great spot to coordinate rental of several cottages with friends. We enjoyed the central fire pit area while listening to the live music next door. The cottage was comfortable for us (two adults with a 5- and 2-year old). We brought white noise machines. Together with the sound of the window A/C units we were able to get the kids to sleep despite the loud music coming from both directions.

Clean cottage with screened in porch and fire pit with plenty of wood. Great location to walk along the strip.

As always had a great time. Perfect for the 6 of us. Our favorite place to stay on the strip. Close to everything but always far enough back away from the hustle bustle. Can't wait to come back next year :)

Enjoyed our stay for a quick getaway, maintenance crew was responsive and installed new showerhead for us, only negative is some windows had no shades and others were a little to sheer for privacy reasons, other then that we had a nice stay especially enjoyed screened in porch.

WE ENJOYED THE PROPERTY AND THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. LOVED BEING IN THE HEART OF EVERYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND DEFINITELY CONSIDER STAYING AGAIN TOO.
(ONE SUGGESTION: CHECKTHE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER. IT BARELY TRICKLED OUT AND TOOK FOREVER TO SHOWER).

There was a group of 5 women in my group. This property was a little hard to find, but wonderful once you get there. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, and the outdoor space was great. It was within walking distance of all the fun too. We very much enjoyed our long weekend!

This is a two bedroom unit (cottage 8) that is pretty much as pictured and advertised. The one bathroom is downstairs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a futon down. Place could accommodate a family or two couples. A bit funky with the shower in one room and sink, toilet, and mirror in another - Could be a choke point for larger parties. It is clean and in generally good repair. It is however a bit tired due old/cheap window treatments with some broken louvers and some places that need paint (e.g., the screened porch). Well equipped in terms of barbecue and cooking stuff, no closets in bedroom but lots of places to hang stuff and even an iron and ironing board. One potential issue was a screened door for screened porch that would not shut and significant holes in one of the screens. We were there late in August so did not have issues with mosquitos but if the screen and door issue was like that earlier in the year it could be an issue. The unit is right by a fence next door to a bar. This was not much of an issue because we were there during the week and late in season but I could see the noise being an issue for some when things are busy. Overall it was as expected and better equipped than I think you can hope for. Worth the money.

Anniversary getaway
The house had everything we needed, just like being at home. We loved the screened in porch & swing. When we first arrived the internet wasn’t working, a very nice man was there in 5 minutes to fix . Service on that A+. Just a wonderful place to stay , we had a great time ! Can’t wait to do it again .

Nice getaway
Great place to stay for a girls weekend away. Cottage 9 has the feel of an old farmhouse with all the comforts you will need. Conveniently located within walking distance to everything on the strip. The fire pits and provided firewood was a very nice touch.

Perfect spot
This house was perfectly placed in order to have privacy yet be close enough to walk to all of the local hot spots.

Fun weekend
A little smaller than anticipated. Great for 4 folks but 5 was a little small. They need a new futon for those that need to sleep on it but was terrific for winery hopping which is what we did.
