This condo is wonderful for all four seasons. Hiking/walking trails, golfing, shopping, skiing (winter time) and eating are all in close proximity. The neighborhood is safe and there is a fantastic park nearby that includes a playground and large turf soccer field.
The Park City bus system is super clean and FREE!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Canyons View neighborhood is located directly across from the Canyons Resort entrance (walkable), less than 6 min from Park City Main street & only 4 min from the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction. This complex is easy access, with a large parking lot and a bus stop a few minutes walk away that goes directly to both sides of town.
THE SPACE:
This cozy condo offers a great living space and kitchen area. New vinyl plank flooring was recently put in and the entire unit has been re-painted.
Looking to work remotely across from the mountains? The bedroom desk, kitchen counter, or dining table all provide plenty of space for guests to spread out and flip open their laptops or other devices. The Xfinity WiFi has been upgraded to provide download speeds of (recently upgraded) 500 Mbps and upload speeds of 11.5 Mbps. This is 2x of what is normally available within the condo association.
Living room:
There is a 60-inch (1.524 meters) mounted above the mantle which is perfect for movies and sports viewing. The cable box is mounted behind the TV and Xfinity provides a voice remote along with 140+ channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming apps are available if guests have their own logins.

Dining:
The dining table can fit four guests for meals, with enough room to add a chair on each end of the table (six total guests). There are also four barstools at the kitchen counter.
At the entry way, there is a closet that can be used to store skis, luggage, coats, etc.
Kitchen:
The kitchen appliances are all updated: Frigidaire microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, and refrigerator. The sink faucet is also new. The kitchen is outfitted with pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, knife set, all utensils, beer glasses, cocktails glasses, coffee cups, a toaster, and a spice cabinet. A coffee machine is available with filters, coffee, and tea provided.
Washer/dryer:
The hallway has two brand new LG washer and dryer appliances.
Bedroom one:
One bedroom offers a queen bed (Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress) with a five-drawer dresser. The desk is perfect for remote working. There is a 43-inch (1.0922 meters) TV situated on the dresser. Through the TV apps, you can access Xfinity Stream for 140+ channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming apps are available if guests have their own logins.
Bedroom two:
The second bedroom has a full-sized bed (Casper Mattress) with a pullout trundle twin bed below. The room can sleep two guests comfortably, three guests if desired. There is a four-drawer dresser in the room along with a full, private bathroom. There is a 32 inch (0.8128 meters) TV that can pull out from the wall for the perfect viewing angle. Guests can also access the Xfinity Stream app through the TV directly for 140+ channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming apps are available if guests have their own logins.

Each bedroom is equipped with one Google Home Mini and the living room is equipped with a Google Home. You can say, "Hey Google" or "Okay, Google" followed by a command to play music or plan your day.
This bedroom has two closets that will be locked. One is for supplies and restocking/cleaning. The other closet is the water heater and electrical panel.
Hot tub:
This is a shared space in the courtyard (small, separate building). The code to enter is 3588.
Safety:
There are new smoke alarms throughout the unit, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher available under the kitchen sink.
GETTING AROUND:
Approximately 30 minute drive from the Salt Lake International Airport. If renting a car, there is one parking spot available (if traveling with multiple cars, please let us know).
To Canyons lower parking lot & the Cabriolet lift: Approximately 2 minute drive. Less than 10 minute walk to the FREE Cabriolet lift (takes guests to the base of the Canyons Village).
To Park City Mountain parking: Approximately 10 minute drive to the Park City Mountain base. Less than 5 minute walk to the FREE shuttle service that takes guests to the Park City Mountain base.
OTHER DETAILS:
*Early check-in and check-out might be available (not guaranteed, but please ask). $25 for 1 hour, $50 for 2 hours.*
*The fireplace is NOT in service. Please do not use; there is a $500 fine associated.*
*The front door (facing Canyons Resort/mountains) should only be used. The back door entry is only for emergencies.*
*There are Ring doorbells at the entry ways for security and to protect our guests/neighbors. These cameras are only on the exterior of the unit.*
*There is keyless entry available and no need to worry about a physical key.*
*The Park City Fire Department has visited/approved the unit and confirmed it is up-to-code with the fire marshal. Our condo has a valid business license with Summit County to allow for short-term rentals.*
*Please no more than seven (7) guests in the unit. If you have visitors not staying overnight, please shoot us a text/call before they arrive.*
*Please no pets allowed. There will be a $500 cleaning fee for any pets brought on property.*
*Please use black washcloths for makeup removal. If white towels are damaged, there will be a fee charged to replace them ($5 per cloth, $10 per shower towel to replace).*

We were so pleased with the convenient location. Just steps from the free cabriolet that will whisk you off and drop you into Canyons Village.
The place was clean and cozy but the view from the dining/living room window was my fav.
The host had fabulous communication which is a plus. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location for skiing the Canyon side of the mountain. The owners were friendly and prompt to respond to questions. It was clean and had great personal touches. My family would definitely stay there again!

Great condo, very nicely renovated. We loved how everything was provided from the toiletries in the bathrooms to tea, coffee, and other supplies in the kitchen.
The owner was very quick with response and very easy to communicate with.

The property is exactly as described - amazing location, very well maintained, strong wifi/connectivity, and so on.
The X factor is the hospitality from Kyle. He was ever present right from the start - always around and willing to help. Hosts like him make the experience special.

Super place to stay. Hosts inquired if we made it safely, and stayed in touch during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Appreciated the wine provided by our hosts! Super clean unit, everything as advertised, and it was even nicer than portrayed in the photos. TV and Alexa in every room. We drove the few blocks to the Cabriolet lift, but cold have easily walked it. Hope to be back!

Location was so convenient to the mountain, Park City, everything. Perfect amount of space for a family of four. Only bummer was the fireplace which we couldn't use but that had been previously communicated so no surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Canyons ski trip
Great trip to Canyons, especially after the snow finally arrived. The condo was great, walkable to the cabriolet lift, nice, and clean. The hosts were always very responsive.

Fine Condo in Very Good Location
Met some family members from back east for skiing. Condo was great for our purposes. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the condo, it's location, it's cleanliness and was well stocked. The owner was very helpful and communicative during our stay, volunteered good local information. I was the only one our group not quite as satisfied since I did all the research and booking of the place. I was disappointed that the fireplace was inactive during a wintertime visit. The whole design of the condo centers around the fireplace and was one of the reasons I chose this place. I found out later, way down in the small print, that it was inactive, even though fireplace icons show up at the upper part of the listing as an amenity. Other than this, it was a fabulous place. Maybe there's an ordinance about wood smoke, who knows. A gas inert would have been nice. Would have been perfect to come home and warm up around a fire after a hard day skiing. Everyone else was extremely happy with the place.

When I checked in I was welcomed by a bottle of wine and some popcorn which was really sweet! The property looked just like the photos, and I had a great time there. The owners were also quick to respond (within a day) which was what made me book the property.

Great place to stay with room for everyone. The only issue was the second shower didn’t get hot water. We mostly stuck to the hallway bathroom for showers. Location is good and a short drive to the Cabriolet lift.

We were in Park City for mountain biking. This condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. Close to bike parks, Woodward, and trails. Also close to shopping and town center. Really clean and had everything we needed. Thank you! It was a great getaway to Park City!

Great condo
This condo was great. Very clean and close to everything. My husband and son stayed here for a week in July for a hockey camp.. The condo isn't part of the resort but is so close to everything . The only thing that could have been better was having air conditioning as it got hot during the day, but it cooled down at night. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. It was very well equipped and very very clean. The location was great as well and there was a lot to do within a few miles. Kyle was very helpful and communicated very quickly! Stay here and you won’t be sorry!

Lovely, clean condo! We enjoyed the walking trails and park nearby as we had kids. No A/C, which we knew ahead of time, made for warm afternoons but luckily it cools down at night! We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
