About this house rental

Enjoy the peaceful backyard in our home located just a block from Historic Route 66 in Springfield, MO. Our home is conveniently located near both I-44 and Highway 65. Just a few minutes from the new Bigshots Golf Experience, Cooper Sports Complex, and 15 minute drive to Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife.

Our home is newly remodeled with all hardwood floors. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with outdoor game room, covered porch and electric vehicle charger in the 2 car garage.

It is equipped with high speed fiber to the home internet, so everyone can get online at the same time. It also is equipped with Nest Minis throughout the home to listen to music or control the smart lighting features. There are security cameras located at the front door, back door, and garage access door. There are no cameras inside the house.

Booked house to move daughter back to MSU. We needed a 2 car garage since we were loaded up. We were able to fit my full size truck inside the garage with room to spare. The furniture was comfortable and the beds good. The old style charm was kept which was nice.

We were too busy working during a mission trip to Springfield to fully enjoy all this place has to offer. But this is a gem among VRBO listings in town for sure. It was totally in-sync with all pics and info. Very clean, very comfortable master bedroom bed. Didn’t use the third bedroom, but second bedroom bed was comfortable as well. Choosing this place won’t disappoint!

Perfect place for us to stay while my son attended a piano camp. It was a “commuter” camp, so we would have been driving a total of three hours each day. The game room was a great way to wind down and the kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of technology upgrades as well. I would definitely stay again.

Just as listed. Wish there was a few more kitchen items like a larger cooking sheet and a ladle but we made it work. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning as there was dog hair clumps and dirt/food under the couch when we lifted the foot rests. Also lots of cobwebs in corners and some of the board on the deck were loose. Overall good property and great communication. Love the Google nest in the home.

We were in town as our son and his wife had a baby and we wanted to stay nearby and enjoy our new granddaughter for several day. This place was perfect for us: comfortable house, nice yard and game room in a quiet neighborhood. Handy to everything. We highly recommend staying here if you come to Springfield.

We were in town for a funeral on the Northside of Springfield. It was a good neighborhood and a great location relative to the funeral home and cemetery. Our only complaint is the beds in BR 2 and 3 were not very big or comfortable.

My husband and I went to Springfield to visit our sons and grandchildren, this home was just perfect for us !!! Our dog went with us and she loved the fenced in backyard !!! The host even had Christmas decorations inside and out !!! Absolutely perfect !! We will be staying here from now on when we visit our kids !!!!

For me to say anything bad about the place would be petty and obnoxious. This host thought through a lot of details from the guest perspective. Everything was labeled well and Google Nests were spread throughout the house so you didn't have to worry about finding the right light switch, (even though they were all marked.) I just wished I had a day or two more to enjoy the game room. If you have a family staying in Springfield, this is the perfect place to land.

My family is very satisfied with our stay in this Springfield home. The house was clean and cozy. The game room was so much fun, but it was hot in there! We had everything we needed! The only issue was the dryer, I think it's going out as it makes funky noises and takes a while to dry. Overall, if we ever come back to Springfield, we will see if this property is available first!!

We absolutely loved staying here. We said it was cozy and comfy like visiting grandma! Very easy to relax and listen to birds and watch the squirrels play. Game room fun. Beds comfy. Host very responsive to any question. Will stay again when in the area. Thanks for a very comfy and pleasant stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and customer-focused home. All the amenities made our stay positive. The beds feel new, giving us a good nights sleep. We will definitely choose this place again. A couple of notes to the owner: the air hockey table would not turn on and the living room furniture really needs updated. It’s very low to the ground, making it difficult for older guests to get up.

This place was so nice. stayed there instead of the DoubleTree for conference. It was clean, a great location close to the conference, and easy to find. The setup was great. We enjoyed the back patio very much!!

The house was immaculate when we checked in. We asked for garage access, so used myQ garage door app to access the house. Play room was great for my teenage sons and doggie door was an unexpected treat. Puppy really enjoyed being able to go in and out as he pleased. The Kuerig K-Cups were a nice touch, as was the "snack basket". The water in the fridge was also very nice. Will definitely be staying at this house in the future. Kristeen

I and two other ladies stayed at this cute little house. We needed a place to study before we too our nursing state boards. This was perfect. It had everything would possibly need. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with fun and bright artwork. The beds were comfy. The house is connected by Google, which came in handy. There is a cute little shed out back that has been turned into a gaming room, also decorated in a cool theme. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Walmart is just up the street, as are various other places to eat and shop. The owner was easy to contact and very pleasant. If I need to stay overnight in Springfield again, I will definitely be staying here from now on.
