The nicest and friendliest staff I have ever met and a lovely breakfast!
I have absolutely no complaints!

The hotel has a large breakfast area, a nice large terrace and bedrooms overlooking the lagoon.
The beach is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
I don't know.

Very kind staff, superb breakfast

This is a very nice hotel with very nice owners. The room was a good size and the a/c unit worked very well (it’s really quiet). There were proper shutters at the windows. Breakfast was great and good value for money. It’s a short walk to the beach (about 5 mins) and maybe 10 - 15 mins to the centre with restaurants. The old town centre is probably another 5 mins so the hotel is in a good location. The view over the Laguna was lovely
The hotel is on a busy road so there was some street noise. If you are happy to keep your window shut then it is not a problem. It was only really noticeable at night and when sitting out on the balcony not a problem at all.

Very nice and kind couple of owners, good location just in the middle of distance between historic center end pet plage, close to promenade and large park, excelent for pets :-)

Staff was extremely frienddly, helped us with check in, parking the motorcycle and luggage. It is owned by a very nice family and you can see that they are passionate about their job and love hosting people from all over the world. Breakfast was a homemade buffet, everything tasted very good. Would definitely come again!
Sadly, you have to pay for the beach, even if you don't even want/need chairs or umbrella.

Very good location, close to the beach and city centre, tasty and rich breakfast with great coffee, comfortable, clean rooms. But most of extraordinary hospitality of owners of the hotel!!! Thank you so much :)

Very friendly, helpful and attentive owner family. We have felt very welcome immediately. The breakfast room had a nice view and was nicely decorated, the buffet was wonderful and we did not miss anything. The room was small but cosy, very clean and had everything we needed. For this price, definitely a bargain!
The main light in the room was a bit too blue/cold, however since we only slept in it and mostly used the bedside lamps, this was no real issue for us.

The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect.

Very helpful and friendly management of a spotlessly clean hotel. I must have had the smallest room but it was comfortable and filled with light with a vew over th lagoon and towards Barbana.
Nothing

Great location. Within walking distance of everything downtown and the main beach. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. As it’s family-owned and operated, you don’t get the routine chain hotel vibe. Would definitely stay there again.

Grate hotel in a very good location and amazing stuff.

Quiet location but still only 3 minutes to the beach and to the pedestrian area. Excellent, sound proof windows, a fridge in the room and a good a/c unit. Beds are comfy, bathroom is spacious and has enough storage.

Big room ( we had number 29), very quiet air-con, balcony with chairs, coffee and cornettos in the morning. The room was not only reasonable big it was cleverly furnished, we really liked the open spaces to hang our clothes, (many closets and cupboards gets really damp in the warm season.) The hotel also had bicycles for rent. Good value for money, of course it helps that Grado is a very pleasant little town, with a good atmosphere
nothing not to like
3.5
It was very clean, beautiful view and very nice owners.
We paid for the breakfast (it was included in the rate), but the owners told us they could only give us a croissant and a coffee because a breakfast buffet, which they normally have, is not allowed due to COVID-19. This was weird because in the other 5 hotels where we stayed (same region) buffets were no problem. I didn’t like this because I’m gluten-free and can’t eat a croissant…
The rooms in the first floor are very loud because they are close to the reception. You can also hear traffic. So if you don’t mind being woken up around 7.30, no big deal!
