Located steps from the beach shuttle on a cul-de-sac park with fabulous golf and pond views. Eighteen years new with recent upgrades, this home is one of the most sought-after in the community. Designed and furnished to appeal to the most discriminating guest, it also offers a relaxed, "feel right at home" vibe. You won't be disappointed--for this home is a retreat in and of itself.
This customized home is host to six expansive bedrooms. A great room with space enough for the family reunion, dining and fully loaded kitchen all enjoyed as open space. An over-sized screen porch with cushioned porch furniture and dining table, brick rear patio equipped with a gas grill and large gathering area enhances the outdoor living space. Recently installed features include a regulation horseshoe pit and an outdoor shower. A grassed backyard for croquet and bocce and for the kids to run around. Three bedrooms located on the first floor with a spacious Master Bedroom suite including a luxurious bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Three bedrooms located on the second floor with another Master Bedroom suite, two bedrooms shared with a Jack and Jill bath. Of course, all the bedrooms host their own personal flat screen TV and Blue-Ray players. (high speed internet - but try not to work too hard) There is a desk area with monitor and printer if you must.

Bear Trap Dunes has a guest fee to access the amenities including the pool, gym, fitness center and tennis courts of $55.00 per person per week ($40.00 off season). Children 3 and under are free. These passes can be shared with other house guests, but if all guests would like to access the pool at the same time, individual passes would need to be purchased.

Our family enjoyed this lovely home for our family that included three couples, an infant, and two little boys. The rooms were the perfect size and decorated beautifully. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, DR, and LR for everyone to hang out and play games and eat. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The Village of Bear Trap is a beautiful community. We are looking forward to booking this home again in the future!

We've stayed in several houses in BTD for our annual golf trip, and this one was great! Perfect size, had all the amenities we needed and a 5 minute drive to the clubhouse. Jaclyn was very responsive to my questions, and allowed us to check in before our Thursday round which was very helpful! Also loved the Penn State touches, given that many of us were either grads or PSU parents. I'd definitely recommend this rental.

We visited in the off-season, just looking for an affordable house that could accommodate our large extended family, and this was perfect for our gathering to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday! Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and hangout space in the middle. Very comfortable and we had a great time.

Overall a great property. The TVs are smaller than expected in bedrooms except the king room. Property was not the cleanest upon arrival. Kitchen well stocked.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it was just as enjoyable the 2nd time around, the owner touched base with issues and worked with an early arrival and even a little mishap while at the house. Very beautiful home and nice quiet community for a relaxed family trip.

Our large extended family had a very nice time. There were enough beds and rooms for all of us. We especially appreciated the beach amenities in the garage: cooler, wagon, umbrella, and shovel. Also, enjoyed the great location and quiet neighborhood. Only thing that could have been better is if the towels and linens had been provided with the rental.

The owner was very responsive to our questions leading up to the trip. Our large group has stayed at many other houses in Bear Trap Dunes over the years and this house was far superior in not only ease of check-in, but cleanliness, and extras! We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (EVERYTHING you need is there), and the beach chairs and wagon (saved us renting every day)! Our children loved the horseshoes and garage game room! It was also so nice to have seating for everyone on the screened-in back porch. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Out stay at your vacation home was wonderful! We stayed for a few days over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect for my family. There was more than enough space, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and enough seating for everyone. I loved that there was plenty of books, toys and games for our use. The Christmas tree and fire place made our stay homey and cozy. Thank you again!

This house was was great for our family's off-season getaway. The living room and kitchen table offer large gathering spaces and the heated, screened-in porch was lovely for all seasons. The game room in the garage was an extra bonus. Parking worked out for us due to it being off-season, but consolidate cars as much as possible if you are headed to Bethany in the peak seasons. Community was quiet and walkable. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Good communication with the host too.
The instructions ahead of the arrival were thorough and answered all of our questions. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Stayed here before my wedding was a great place and fit 16 people perfectly the big kitchen also allowed for a lot of space for the makeup artist and hair stylist! The Big King bedroom was also great. I would rent again!!

This beautiful home has everything you could imagine! Back porch was my favorite place to be morning and evening when we weren’t on the beach. The recommendation from the owner to visit Delaware State Park was amazing, not as crowded had a great playground for the kids as well as beautiful bathhouse and restaurant bar. I love the way all of the cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to going back in the future.

We took a family vacation for my mom’s 60th birthday. This was the perfect location and the labeled areas of the kitchen made everything easy to find. The list of what to expect before arriving from the owner was very helpful. The amenities area was an added bonus. The We had a great vacation and would book again.

There are many thoughtful extras at this beautiful home. We especially appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked for cooking and that the drawers and cabinets were labeled. The owners were very responsive and everything ran smoothly!

Beautiful enchanting stay
This house was everything I expected and hope for. Based on the the pictures and layout of the home, it was perfectly the same. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and the space it provided. We made good use out of all the appliances the house had. My granddaughters enjoyed the game room and the backyard. They were able to run freely and got a kick out of seeing the bunny rabbits. I hope that we will have another chance to experience another visit there.

Fantastic place to have a family getaway!
Jacklyn was very helpful and accommodating. We rented this house to host our family Easter vacation. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The house was well stocked and had a nice large table and bar to fit us all. The location is great to get to Bethany in less then 10 minutes. We also went to Ocean City to enjoy the boardwalk and sites. Surprisingly it was pretty active during the off-season. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Thanks again for the home away from home. David

This was a great place to stay for our getaway. Its a nice spacious house with lots of handy amenities.
Our only complaint is that we needed to bring our own linens. This was not mentioned anywhere on the listing that we could see before we booked.

Annual Girls Weekend
We have been staying in Bear Trap for President's Day weekend for a number of years but this was out first time at this property. We really appreciated the fact that there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and the large sectional in the living room. provided ample room for all of us to enjoy at the same time. The house was well equiped and the garage game room will make for a fun spot for the summer. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thank you, for hosting us.

My family & I got together for my uncles 65th birthday. We had an awesome time. It was a great home for us to all be together. We’ve enjoyed this property in the past for my aunt 50th. Needless to say we’ll be back again.

Perfect Place to remember our late Aunt
My family stayed here during a trip to the shore for my Aunts Celebration of life. We all felt comfortable and there was so much room that the 11 of us felt we had our own space. The garage playroom was definitely everyone’s favorite room for sure!

Great vacation spot
My family and I stayed here for 10 days and was very impressed. The house is very spacious and had plenty of bedrooms for a large group. Everything was within 10 minutes of the house, whether it was groceries, coffee, restaurants or the beach. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Our group of 13, plus a toddler, all fit perfectly into this house. The main living area was ideal with a big kitchen and couch, and Jacklyn and Jeff equipped the house with pretty much everything you would need. They communicated with us well - and even worked with us to replace the toaster very quickly! Overall, its a great stay that is close to the beach, restaurants, and such. The pool was very nice with lifeguards, and the many children in our group took advantage of the other amenities, like basketball and golf.We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area!
