One of the most amazing views we have ever seen on this lake! This comfortable, single-level home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends. The bright, open concept living area boasts tall ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and unobstructed views of beautiful Lake Wylie! The updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances comes fully stocked with everything you need to create a memorable meal. You will love the outdoor pavilion complete with a bed swing, dining and bar area, and comfortable furniture to cozy up in. Enjoy the 75" TV mounted above the over-sized stone fireplace.... great for watching the game or a movie at night with a blazing fire. Try your luck at bass fishing, take a refreshing swim, a scenic kayak ride, or simply relax under the stars in the private brand-new hot tub.

Memorable family getaway to this lake front cabin style home. Home was as described on VRBO - view was breathtaking and hot tub was a hit as nights were very cool and enjoyed movies by the fireplace!

We booked this property for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The views and location of this property were amazing! The outdoor area including the hot tub was nice, although some of the furniture outside needed to be repaired/replaced. The host was very easy to work with and able to accommodate an early check in and late checkout. Unfortunately there were two major issues during our stay. One was that one of the bathrooms only had one small light working, so it was very dark especially in the shower. Asked about replacement bulbs, but none on the property were the correct size for those fixtures. Second issue was that the heat/thermostat was not functioning during our stay. Fortunately it was relatively warm given the time of year (December), but the house still got down to the high 50’s/low 60’s during the night. Both the lights and the heat highlighted the need of some maintenance on the interior of the property. The kitchen/living room area was nice, but the rest of the house needs some updates. Also cracks in the drywall in one of the bathrooms and unsightly water stains in one of the showers did not give the impression of a well cared for home. If you can live with an outdated/in need of repair interior and prioritize outside views/location then this may be a good fit. Hopefully the issues I highlighted to the host will be addressed before the next visitor.

The view is incredible. We stay on lakes multiple times a year. This was one of the best views we’ve had. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I do think it needs a deep clean and some furniture replaced. The outside fireplace area was a cool space for the evenings and we loved the proximity to town.

I was extremely pleased with our stay here. The property was exactly as described and the view was spectacular! We arrived late in the evening so to wake up to that view was absolutely stunning. I loved that they have nice entertaining space inside and out. My only downfall to staying here was that we weren’t staying longer!

Gorgeous view
Wonderful outdoor living space and view of the lake. I would return! House was extremely well equipped, tons of spices, oils, paper towels, garbage bags, detergents, etc. which is a nice touch. Dishwasher was full (but clean) when I arrived which threw me initially. I didn't realize and thought there weren't enough plates, utensils, but they were all in the dishwasher.

Beautiful lake home with amazing outdoor space
I absolutely love the outdoor space of this home. Spent the entire time outside. Loved the lake view and nearby boat rental was awesome. Deer walking on the property every evening. Loved it!

Beautiful views and outstanding location.
We had an wonderful time and the lake views were amazing! The pavilion was such much fun to hang out in and watch a movie, listen to music, or just play games. We also rented a boat and jet ski that we’re delivered right to the rental house dock which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this rental. The only small ding I would give is the house just needs a good cleaning of all the furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!
The house is breath taking and we had the best stay! David was so helpful and always available. The property is located right on the water and is truly a piece of paradise! The house comes with everything you need and more. We are a family of 5 and loved sitting outside in the outdoor living room, chilling and enjoying the view. Thanks for the great experience! We have used VRBO many times and this was our favorite property! Highly recommend! You will not not be disappointed!

Lake Wylie Lake House Rental - Fantastic Stay!
Everything about this trip was spot on. The property was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We loved the lake view, the outdoor space to watch NBA playoffs and to grill out, as well as the comfort and openness of the inside kitchen/family area. But above all else, Lynn was INCREDIBLE in answering all my (MANY) questions as well as getting back in a very quick time every single time. She was incredible. I can't endorse this rental enough. Thank you!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Fun. Everything.
What a great place! On a quiet corner of the lake, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living area & fireplace, the dock & kayaks, and the views! Very close access to every store you'd need too. I can't say enough. You won't be disappointed. Just a small heads up though, at the time of this review, the dryer is older and takes some extra time to dry a load completely. Plan ahead and you'll be fine.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great view of the lake. Enjoyed the outside area with the fireplace. House could be cleaner. Pillows on the beds need to be replaced. Dryer didn't work too well.

We just spend 3 nights at this property for a post Christmas getaway. Process was easy, boat rental was good and property and view were awesome! I would definitely recommend.
