Nine Peaks was the perfect place for five couples to continue fun and fellowship together after attending a 3-day seminar at The Cove. The views are stunning, the house is beautifully decorated, has adequate amenities for a large group, is close to shopping and The Biltmore. Prior to our arrival, the host communicated with us on a regular basis. Upon arrival, the host greeted us in person and happily answered our questions. We all enthusiastically agreed that we will return next year (God willing).

Everything about this property was top notch. We received a tour of the house with all the details and then a text with all specifics and recommendations. The house itself was very clean and furnished for our party. The location is great and with the way the house is set up, we enjoyed our outdoor time there Definitely recommend for a large group.

We were nine friends that came to celebrate our 60’s. The house was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the view. The house was a fifteen to twenty minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go to. Which was wonderful. We hiked several places close by. Great time!!!

This property is beautiful! Eleven of us stayed in this house and never felt cramped. So much space for everyone. The beds had the most comfortable mattress ever! Everyone commented on how lovely they were as well as the pull out couch. We saw deer almost every morning when we woke up and walked out to the amazing deck. Having a deck on both levels is great and makes it nice to relax even if it’s raining. Downtown Asheville was only a 15 minute drive. Close to everything. Several trails that were close. The owners were very quick to respond if you needed anything! We will definitely come back to this lovely home.

We booked a girls trip. This is all the girls in our family and a few friends. We usually have 6-10 to travel with us. This trip was 10 people. The property was just spectacular with a beautiful view. The owner came out to personally meet us and tell us the history of the property. Everyone found everything they needed and more at this spacious very clean home. We especially enjoyed the large deck with the beautiful view.

Doug was super informative and helpful. He responded quickly to questions and had suggestions for things to do in the area. The property itself was beautiful, clean and well kept. The pictures do not do this listing justice. We definitely stay here again when I'm in the Ashville NC area.

We've traveled with 5 couples all over the US, and we always stay at a VRBO. This was by far one of the nicest homes we've ever vacationed in, and we all enjoyed it very much. There were 5 beautiful bedrooms, and each had access to their own full bath. The kitchen and living areas (there are 2 full kitchens and family rooms - one upstairs and one downstairs), are fabulous. But the most spectacular part of this home are the two full decks across the entire back of the home with incredible views of nine mountain peaks! We hit the peak color weekend and spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck after exploring the city and the amazing Biltmore Estate. We were lucky enough to hit the peak color weekend in Asheville! Doug was very accessible by phone, although we didn't have a single problem during our stay. Check in is super easy since you have the code prior to your arrival. We can't wait to come back!

Nine peaks is absolutely stunning. It is extremely spacious and great for a group to spread out. It was clean and beautiful with high quality furniture and very comfortable beds. The house was so well appointed and the wrap-around porch was a favorite of the group. Highly recommend!

Great open space and location!

House was very clean with all modern conveniences in a beautiful mountain setting. Close to hiking trails, Pisgah Forrest, Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Only minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Two levels of space with a third level bedroom was perfect for our adult family of 6. Even more space if we had needed other sleeping quarters. Highly recommend and was treated amazingly by Doug who was very responsive to any questions we had offering up great suggestions for our week long visit. Thanks for a great stay.

9 people came abs stayed in Nine Peaks. We were there to play in a tennis tournament in Asheville. The two decks made for perfect viewing. That every bedroom had their own bathroom was awesome. It was 11 miles to Asheville. Doug,owner, met us at the house and was very informative regarding house, local attractions, and restaurants. We all had more than enough room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing we saw at least 7 deer our last morning there. Highly recommend this home!!!

Amazing!

The house was beautiful - really clean, comfortable and perfect for a family getaway. It truly exceeded expectations and we would come again. The ping pong table and foosball table led to some epic family battles. The open floor layout allowed us all to be together throughout. The views from the huge back deck were nothing short of spectacular! It was really peaceful and just perfect!

My family and my sister's family stayed at this amazing home for my nephew's wedding. It was the perfect place for us - plenty of space for the 10 of us, awesome views, wonderful furnishings. Whether we had were having family breakfast all together at the beautiful long table in one of the kitchens, hanging out outside and appreciating nature, playing board games, or getting ready for our special event, this home provided us with everything we needed! Doug put thought into every detail of the house. It was easy to contact Doug and he was always eager to answer our questions. It was such a pleasure to stay here and we would love to come back one day!

The photos do not do the house justice. The views are spectacular. The house is modern, clean, and well kept. There are 2 full kitchens and living rooms, 5 bedrooms with king beds and most with ensuite bathrooms, and 2 dens with pull out couches. This was plenty of room for a group of 8 people. The foosball and ping pong tables in the garage were a plus. The privacy of this house is also phenomal. The perfect house for a trip to Asheville and the surrounding areas with a group of friends. The owner and property manager were very good to deal with as well. Highly recommend this house for your trip!

I rented the whole house so my family had a place to gather for our grandfathers celebration of life. We all came from varies area of the southeastern US. The house provided a great setting for us to have some fun, play cards and enjoy the amazing view from the decks. The house is perfect for big groups. All the bedrooms are the same so everyone is happy. The beds are very comfortable and literally everything is new in the home. It’s quiet in the neighborhood and super close to downtown Asheville and the airport for anyone looking to fly in and have a nice getaway in the mountains. We will definitely be using this home again in the future.

After a year of little travel, we stayed at the Mountain Refuge for our family vacation in Asheville. Our family was the first family to stay in the home, and the homeowner made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best! We rented the whole house for our family of 9 and had plenty of room. The house features so many amenities including the spacious back deck which has incredible views of nine mountain peaks that you can sit out on the deck and enjoy. The family room and kitchen created the perfect space for us to gather and enjoy time together. The location is in tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible to all parts of Asheville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
