As you walk through the double door entry you will immediately be greeted by the oceanfront view as you walk under the rotunda ceiling. Off to your immediate right will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a 50” smart tv. As you proceed down the entry hall on your right hand side you will come up on the gorgeous gourmet chefs kitchen. This kitchen is fully loaded with all sorts of amenities for your cooking needs. The full size laundry room is also through the kitchen.

From the kitchen looking out you can see the living room and dining room one an open floor concept all over looking the beautiful oceanfront view. The living room features enough seating for everyone as well as a wall mounted 65” smart tv with direct oceanfront views and a sliding glass door to access the balcony.

To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, a nice swivel chair, a 55” wall mounted smart TV, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower.

To the right of the living room is the dining area, entry to the half bath, and a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a queen size bed, 50” smart TV, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower.

Balcony:
The 350+ sqft balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features a Kenyon Yacht style outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean.

Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.

The back deck has a 80 ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.

***** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE *****

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know.)

LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

PARKING:
~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed.
~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available)
~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
