Space, privacy, and style are just a few of the things that make this condominium the perfect rental in charming Hendersonville! Located in a quiet walkable neighborhood, this condominium is the only ground floor (no steps) unit. All of the other units are upstairs and have a separate front door entrance, ensuring privacy, security and quiet for this ground floor unit.
The main entrance is through a french door on the covered patio on the back side of the building. The unit comes with two parking places. One parking spot is next to french door under the big blue shade sail and one is across the parking lot in a covered carport.
The unit has two lovely bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Every item in the condo is brand new! The master bedroom is lovely and large and features a brand new comfortable King bed with high quality bed linens and ensuite bathroom, a comfortable chair for reading, large walk-in closet and a 48'"TV with free satellite and complimentary premium channels .
The second bedroom is very stylish and features a brand new comfortable Queen bed with high quality sheets as well as a TV. Its bathroom is next door to the bedroom.
There is not a washer/dryer in the unit. However upon request, there is a laundry room in the building.
The living room is spacious and inviting. The leather couch is comfortable with a large coffee table and 3 additional chairs. There is a 58" TV with Roku and satellite including complimentary premium stations. There is an eat-in high top table for four beside the french door looking out on a cozy patio.
The patio is a great place to have coffee and breakfast in the morning or wind down with a cool beverage after a busy day in Hendersonville and surrounding areas.
The patio is covered with a whimsical two tone blue shade sail and features 2 very comfortable, high quality rocking chairs, plants and a small table. If needed, two more chairs for the patio are available inside the condo.
The kitchen is galley style and packed with every amenity one might need. There is a dedicated coffee bar that features a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Coffee Pods and loose coffee are complimentary as well as sugar, truvia and cream. Snacks and a bottle of wine greet every new visitor. Brand new cooking gear, pots and pans, blender, wine/beer opener, toaster, toaster oven , crock pot and more are available for our guests.
A property manager lives onsite and is available to solve any problems and answer any questions that may arise.

Becky was wonderful and very welcoming! We had plenty of muffins and great coffee supplies. Also a sweet surprise mini bottles of wine. We found the accommodations very nice. Plenty of towels and pillows! If you are looking for a place in Hendersonville, this is great location. Close to downtown and Flat Rock! Thank you for this!!!

We loved our stay. The location was close but not too close which made it quieter. Lots of room and so comfortable. Park just beside the door. Host so kindly left us delicious muffins and snacks. Instructions were easy and Host checked to be sure we got in. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

Location was perfect. The unit was very inviting and easily held two couples with 2 full baths. Becky, the host, was full of Appalachian charm. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd time there. My husband has special needs and the condo is so well organized and equipped with everything we have at home. It is peacefully decorated and located in the heart of town for shopping, dining and more! We feel very welcome by the kind property manager and all the special touches. We do plan to stay there again and it's less than a mile from our family! It's a win-win!

My parents and I came to stay here for my best friends wedding weekend at Point Lookout Vineyards. Beckie was so sweet to meet us and let us in and we really enjoyed the muffins and coffee she left for us! The beds were super comfortable and we just really enjoyed this stay. The leaves changing and cool weather was so different from where we live too so it all just was perfect! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Hendersonville!

We have never visited Hendersville,NC & decided to make this our destination for our 57th anniversary. Unit and manager were great for us. Neat things to see/do in the area including Flat Rock Playhouse, Carl Sandburg’s home, a number of wineries and easy access to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. If you are looking for very nice, clean quiet place, you will enjoy this unit. The Millers from Charlotte,NC.

We rented this unit for 6 nights during a bike race my son had in the area. Given the outdoor area near the door, it was perfect for our needs. When we opened the front door, we were blown away by the unit and the thoughtfulness of the host. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including spices, coffee/tea and she even left us muffins for our first morning. It was a delightful experience. I would love to stay here again. Hendersonville is such a cute town. The host also left a list of bars/restaurants in the area and the recommendations were spot on.

This property manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The communication was excellent and it was clear she truly was invested in making our stay excellent. This property was even better than advertised. It was roomy, very beautifully decorated, in a very nice neighborhood that was close to everything and was probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed in my entire life. It was very quiet and private. I slept better than I do at home. There were lots of bird feeders on the property and I saw birds I've never seen at my home feeders. The attention to detail was incredible. Our host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The sheets and towels were luxurious and even the paper products were top of the line. The coffee selection was great and snacks, muffins and even wine was provided. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it and hope to return one day.

I cannot begin to say enough about this property. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable, with a homey atmosphere. My husband and our friends meet for short vacations as often as we can. We are all seniors and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. Becki, the manager, is on site and always so helpful and kind. We were made to feel at-home from the first moment we arrived. Delicious muffins and snacks were provided and a fully stocked kitchen as well as coffee bar. The beds and pillows are unbelievably comfortable. Anything you could possibly need Jennie has foreseen and taken care of in advance. Thank you Jennie and Becky for a wonderful stay. We plan to come back.

This condo was spotless, looked exactly like the photos, and was a terrific place to stay. It's about a 3-minute drive to Publix or the Fresh Market. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The muffins and coffee selection were a bonus!

My best friend and I always make a trip to Hendersonville each December to visit friends. It's important that the rental have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This condo was perfect! Access and parking was easy. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Baseboard heat in the bathrooms made for very comfortable showering. Wonderful on-site manager. The condo was clean and welcoming. We will most definitely make this our first option each time we visit.
