Three front-facing patios feature a grill, al fresco dining table, and incredible views of the hills. Inside, an open floor plan with award-winning design allows large groups to spread out comfortably and in style. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Per the Los Angeles Home-Sharing Guest Code of Conduct, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm - 8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties and any sort of amplified sound is strictly not permitted after 10pm. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was fantastic and the property handled six couples beautifully. Amazing views from the balconies, great kitchen and nice parking. We had a blast!

The house suited the ten family members who were gathered for a son's wedding in L.A. - lots of space which included bedrooms and baths for each couple and two grandsons. It was as clean as it could be when we arrived, but we found the property to be quite tired in general. The rugs were stained as was some of the furniture, walls were marked up and there were cigarette burns on the outdoor cushions ..quite disappointing after looking at the photos online.our Also, we found it was missing some basic amenities (we had travelled from the east coast for our five day visit). There were no writing implements (not a single pen or pencil or pad), no scissors, and no bar soap (as advertised on amenity list - we would have brought some due to allergies to gel). Although the website encouraged entertaining with its variety of dining sites, there were no placemats, napkins or matching flatware/dishes/glasses. Luckly we only served pizza one night, but it was a disappointment. All that being said, we think it was fairly priced given the space and neighborhood.

Large home, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room furniture is a little dated and uncomfortable. T.V. was not working, and they fixed it in evening of second day. The thing that bugged me the most was that the only had 6 forks for a family of 12. I complained and they eventually delivered some disposable wooden forks. Not the kind of response you expect when you pay over $11,000. Otherwise the place was fine.

The perfect place for a large group
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Avant Stay property. It was clean, well appointed, and had just about everything we needed for the entire stay. The entire house was actually a lot bigger than expected and everybody had nothing but good things to say. Beds were comfy, everything worked, and the water pressure was amazing too! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future!
