I definitely recommend this rental in the Spring Lake area for 4-6 guests. No deception here, comes just as advertised and has all the things that goes into a 5-star rating. Cleanness, great location, well stocked (especially the kitchen), comfortable sleeping accommodations, nice showers/bathrooms, plenty of parking, everything in working order and excellent/timely communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Everything you could ask for: spacious, clean, great location, great amenities. Super comfortable beds and a great place to relax after a day of outdoor activities. Highly recommending this property for your next trip! The owners went to great lengths to make sure that our stay was comfortable, having everything available that you would need. Our expectations were certainly exceeded by this property. The property was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the decor which was consistent throughout the condo. Kathy was very kind and communicative, she made check-in and check-out simple and easy. The condo was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The property was perfect for our family weekend and we would definitely stay again!

This unit was all around amazing! Great location and very well setup. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. We can’t stop talking about how wonderful it was. Very well stocked, clean, and it even has a nice walking path along the water. So beautiful! Only a few minutes from downtown Grand Haven area and within a short distance from nearby small towns.

Amazing view of the marina, quiet, close to great restaurants such as the Paisley Pig in Grand Haven and the Village Baker in Spring Lake, immediate access to spring lake for boating, and immediate access to the extensive bike trails. Very responsive and helpful host. Would def. stay again!

The property was exceptionally clean and inviting. Nice view from the deck. The owner has impeccable taste when it comes to decorating. A lake vibe throughout the condo. The beach wear even matched the theme. This condo was well supplied with anything you could possibly need from food prep to beach adventures. Only downside was the road noise at night. Also a little tough to turn left out of the complex onto the highway. Thank you Kathy for providing such clean, comfortable accommodations.

Great location and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Short drive to the beach and Grand Haven shops. Clean and very comfortable. Loved being able to watch the boats coming in and out of the marina. Perfect stay and location.

This was such a nice rental. The interior was had a costal/beach feel and was so comfortable. The condo was very clean and had just about anything you would need to enjoy your stay. The upstairs loft bedroom was so nicely set up. My husband and I traveled with his parents and we all enjoyed our stay. This made for a great location for our visit to Grand Haven and Holland. I hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip.

Great hub to visit Grand Rapids, Muskegon and the area. Adjacent to highway and marina and loved being by the water. Spring Lake has great trails to walk and bike.

We had a great time staying in this place. It is beautifully set up on the water. You can see the boats coming into dock while enjoying the sun. Very clean. Stocked with everything you would need from home. We would stay here again.

This was a very nice condo with a beautiful water view. Clean, updated and stocked with everything needed for a fun weekend with family. All the extras that were left by the host were greatly appreciated.
Covered parking space right by the door was great and the extra parking next door at the hotel made things easy.

We were in for a short trip and only spent one night here, but everything about our experience would definitely bring us back! Communication with Kathy was quick and easy and finding their property and checking in was very efficient. Myself, my wife and another couple stayed here and it was more than enough room for the four of us. The condo was better than described and has a great view of the marina and boat docks. Very easy to skip over to Grand Haven and enjoy some great shopping, bars and restaurants (we highly recommend JW's, Tip-A-Few and Rainy Days Cafe for breakfast!!) Great to have a carport as well as it rained during our stay but nice to have the car covered! Beds were very comfortable as well. Only negative, and this is out of anyone's control, was the construction on the main highway which made it hard to get in and out of the parking lot, but it was really only a minor inconvenience and will be nice when it is all done. Thank you again for letting us stay here!!

Beautiful townhouse plenty of stuff to do in the area had a very relaxing weekend enjoyed our stay. Kathy was great even offered early check in late check out extended stay would definitely recommend would love to stay again. Very well equipped and stocked. Only wished we could stay longer

We used this property for a girls weekend getaway! Could not have been better suited for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, Utensils and pans. Even the zip lock bags, and a small slice selection! Everything needed except the “food”!
Lots of room for the 4 of us to spread out anywhere between living room, kitchen and multi-sleep areas! 2 well appointed bathrooms with towels.
We were a little late in the season for the beach-but there are even very nice beach towels and chairs!
We were able to shop and dine in Grand Haven, Saugatuk and Holland! All are within apx 30 mins of this condo! Holiday Inn adjacent to this property has a very nice waterfront restaurant/tiki bar! It was great being able to sit and watch the boats and their owners from the balcony or living room!
All communication was very easy with owner! She was really quick to respond to our inquiry-and anxious to ensure our comfort! Will definitely return to this spot!

This is a great centralized location for anything you would like to do in the area. The trolly picks up right next door and a great Tiki bar at the Holiday Inn next door. Water view on the marina. Property is exactly how described.

We enjoyed Spring Lake over Grand Haven as it is less crowded. The condo had one main down side which was the noise level of the nearby roadway & construction next door. It made it difficult to sleep & sleep in at times.

We had a great time visiting Grand Haven! We packed a lot of fun into the short time we were there. If you’ve never been, the sand dunes in Saugatuck are a must and we enjoyed the beaches and shops in Grand Haven as well. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and more. We will definitely try to visit again and would rent this condo if it were available! Kathy, the host, was very helpful. Thank you for everything!

Kathy's place is perfect, very clean and well stocked! She also gave our group great recommendations on places to eat/visit!

They provided all of the basics that you would need on a vacation; coffee, towels, toiletries, etc., but what impressed us the most were their beach supplies. It is about a 20 min commute to Michigan Adventures and a trolley ride or a few min car ride to downtown Grand Haven. Will definitely stay here again!

Worry Free Stay
This property was the perfect host. Comfortable, clean and convenient. Kathy had everything for a worry free and stress free visit. It is located in the perfect spot for multiple adventures to area beaches, restaurants and shops. Additionally, Kathy is kind and her attention to detail was appreciated.

Had a really nice time in Grand Haven/Spring Lake the week before the 4th of July. This condo was a terrific home base for the week. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The condo was clean , well maintained, and had a number of amenities. The owner was very responsive and helpful in recommending activities in the area as well
