Tilava, saunallinen asunto parvekkeella, ystävällinen henkilökunta

Tilava asunto, hyvinvarusteltu keittiö. Oma Sauna ja parveke. Rauhallinen sijainti mutta lyhyt kävelymatka Rukan keskukseen, josta sai avaimet. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka auttoi kysymyksissäni alueelta ym. Olimme juhannusaaton vain, voisi tulla uudestaan vaikka 4 henkilöä ensi kerralla! 😊

Raskas reissu, muutama tunti unta pienten lasten kanssa.

Majoituspaikka oli todella levoton. Nuorisoporukoita oli juhlimassa, jotka eivät noudattaneet hiljaisuusaikoja. Kiuas ei lämmennyt kunnolla. Ei jatkoon!

Internet was not working during our entire stay. We informed the staff on the first day, but they did not do anything to resolve the problem. Sauna did not really heat up, it only had 30•C max.

Very good

There was no breakfast at the apartment but there was a kitchen where we made our own.

The sauna was not working as it should. It eats up but cools down pretty fast although we out the timer for 2 plus hrs. You will need a car as it is slightly out of the ski places. We did love our walking to which is 15 minutes walk. Plus point SALE grocery shopping is next door.

great budget option near the slopes but away from the noise and easy access from the highway

Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. The sauna was an added bonus and we used it everyday

no tin opener but apart from that we had no complaints. However its best if you have a car especially as it has free parking right in front of your apartment

Superb

A lot of space for 4 people, nice sauna, washing machine, kitchen, balcony.

Had to pick up the keys in another hotel up the hill, which I didn't realize when booking the apartment. The lady at the reception was however very nice.

Everything was organized in the apartment.

Collecting the key was not informed well. Had to collect from somewhere near Ruka village, and no parking to park the car, so had to park further away and go to collect the key from a pub, and it was a bit busy area.

Perfect place to stay with a family during ski holidays

Very nice, new and comfortable apartment that has all the necessary supplies (kitchen, sauna, comfortable beds). Close to the ski centre, good supermarket right next to the building.

A nice play to stay if a little far from the ski lifts without a car.

The space was clean, the beds were quite comfortable. The sofas were really good and the kitchen was well supplied. Being able to store our luggage at reception in the village before check-in and after check-out was great. The Sale Ruka supermarket is next door which is very useful.

The walk to the ski lifts is about 15 minutes. There is a free bus every hour (if you have a ski pass) but we walked. It was refreshing and beautiful but quite tiring.

Outrageous price for a flat you want to leave as soon as possible

24/7 petrol station and main road in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

The furniture in the flat consisted of worn-out bulky waste. The living room table, however, was creatively repaired. The seating area and armchairs were disgustingly stained. The vintage hi-fi was sticky, and so was the coffee machine.

Good location, late check-in available, bed linen, parking right in front of the apartment door and final cleaning included into the price.

The apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned, it's pretty old and worn. The main uncomfortable issue was that the only toilet had a nasty smell of sewage or mould.
