The property was very nice and in a great location. However, there was one serious issue, and that is 2 of the 3 toilets on the property were not working properly. This was a MAJOR disappointed that such a basic necessity was neglected to be taken care of and not disclosed. The powder room toilet on the first floor did not work at all and a second toilet in one of the bedrooms had problems. When the owner was notified, he did nothing, rather than immediately send out a plumber. He was obviously aware of the issue in the powder room, as there were instructions on “how to flush the toilet.” No one should charge that much money for a rental and not provide bathrooms that are in good working order. There were also several large stains on one of the bedroom rugs that were so bad that I had to scrub the rug myself! Totally unacceptable. On a smaller note, all other properties I have rented in Brigantine have been stocked with essentials like toilet paper and bar soap, which this property did not have, but I have no problem supplying my own. However. I think it should be made clear to the tenants ahead of time. As I said, it was a huge disappointment because it is a very nice condo in a great area that just needs to be better attended to by the owner.

We booked a last minute summer getaway for a family beach trip. We were so happy to find a rental that met all of our needs or so we thought. Upon booking, we were promised a very clean, comfortable, pet friendly rental with all the amenities we needed when traveling with a small baby. One of our non negotiables was a dishwasher as that is the way we clean and sanitize our daughter’s baby bottles. While I will say the rental is great and has a lot of potential, it was unfortunately not the best experience for us. The unit did not seem clean, the kitchen and bathrooms especially. The countertops had definitely not been cleaned. I chalked it up to an oversight, cleaned up the kitchen and bathrooms myself, and carried on to make the best of our stay. The first floor bathroom was trouble from the start as the toilet would clog and not flush so we were out the use of the first floor bathroom. Again, something we were fine with overlooking even though it was inconvenient. On the second day, we went to wash our bottles in the dishwasher, it wouldn’t turn on. We reached out to the owner and he said he just had it fixed and it should be working, but would send over someone right away. We waited for over two hours only to be told it was broken and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was also infested with ants. We had to throw away $200 worth of fudge and candy from the boardwalk as it was completely covered with ants.The owner promised us VRBO credit to which we still have not received

We have a place in Brigantine but needed an “overflow” spot for a weekend. This place was perfect. Very clean. Stocked well. Has some wear and tear but all rentals do. Would Highly recommend to a family looking for a rental. We did find the one mattress to be very soft. Has a great outside area too that we didn’t get to use.

Mike was a wonderful host. He was responsive and kind. We loved walking to the bird tower each morning and letting our dog run and also being less than 5 minutes from the beach. The house was equip with everything we needed, even an airfryer! The back patio was a great place to hang out and the bed was comfy. We hope to be back soon

I came up to AC for a bowling tournament and found this gem of a home. Great location, a block from the beach and the bay in the opposite direction. Michael’s home was very nice, the two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms was very convenient. The back patio was very cute and a nice place to relax in the evening. If you want a nice stay consider booking Michael’s home.

This was a nice house to stay at with our friends and young children. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beach tags were included. The beach was beautiful! The deck, patio, and grill were nice to have. The carpets upstairs could use a cleaning or replacement, and there was not a top sheet or extra pillow cases for the sofa bed. There was an ant problem on the kitchen counter. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

The home was a great location (easy walk to life-guarded beaches, dog beach, and Pirates Den). Linens and towels were provided along with a plethora of items to make our stay welcoming and comfortable...thanks! Communication with Michael was easy and response time was quick. All of the rooms were very spacious. We had a great time and we look forward to returning soon.

Had a wonderful long weekend away with my spouse and dog. Even though it was the "off-season," there are things still to do in the area. House was clean and spacious. Host was friendly and informatiomative. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Would love to come back and stay in the future!

Clean. Nice. Glad they took dogs, at least after season. Nice not to have to make a trip to get key. Generally well stocked with cleaning, washing supplies . Good to have washer and dryer. Confusion over sheets: 1) not indicated on the site whether or not supplied; 2) advised by host that they were not; 3) found that there were indeed sheets available. Two of three propane tanks for grill were empty. Cleaning service makes leaving easy.

Great stay! Plenty of space for family of five and two dogs. Nice kitchen w/ dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC, fenced in yard. (4) Roku TVs. Very clean. Walk to beach is one short block. Mike was very responsive on all questions. Neighbors are nice. This was our first stay at Brigantine. More family/residential oriented than most NJ shore points that we have stayed in the past. Several great restaurants. Great beaches & fishing. Not over-crowded. Casinos/ACNJ a short drive. We will most likely return.

Much Needed Family Vacation after the year we all had!!!!

I must first say that it was an amazing experience!!!! When my family and I got to the house it was more than we expected. The house is beautiful, fully equipped and in a great location. For a two bedroom house it is very spacious and each bedroom had there own full bathroom, which was a plus for us, and the house was exceptionally clean!!!! The host Michael, is very attentive and welcoming. He made the check in/check out process very easy and convenient. I had no problems at all communicating with him prior to our stay and during our stay. As for location, it is very quiet and clean. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming, and the beach was just up the block from the house and Michael supplies the beach passes which was a major plus!!! And where we stayed,in Brigantine, NJ, the boardwalk and the casinos is literally just a short drive away. Although we only stayed 3 nights, my family and I are definitely coming back next year and hopefully we get to stay at Michael’s home for at least a full week if it is not booked!! Thank you so much Michael for allowing my family and I to stay at your beautiful home, we had a fantastic time!!!!!
