My husband and I enjoyed a lovely couple of days down in Albany. This cozy little apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, the little treats were a nice surprise and check in and out was easy and straightforward. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this older but spacious and well equipped apartment. Our host Sue was very kind and we loved her amazing garden. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked, plenty of literature on various things to do and places to visit. Thanks for having us.

A great location for access to Middleton Beach, cycle paths, coffee shops. The accommodation is quite compact but has everything needed for a short stay. Many extras were supplied such as milk, butter, olive oil, vegemite, honey, shampoo. The living area opens out to a lovely garden at the rear of the house. We would definitely return.

Modest property that provided all we needed for a few days exploring Albany and environs.
Flat was clean and tidy with a comfortable and cosy bed. View onto pretty garden was lovely.
Good communication from host who went above and beyond, providing treats on arrival and posting forgotten items after our stay.
Thank you Sue, most appreciated! Lynley & Keith

We had a great stay at Sue's place. The house is in a quiet area, only 5 min to town. It's well-equipped with cutlery and kitchenware and has a beautiful garden.
Compared to the other places in Albany, this was excellent value!

Small, neat , private and just what I needed. Great location, hostess approachable and respectful.!

The host has everything covered, including bars of chocolate in the fridge and vegemite on the shelf! Comfortable bed - very important. The lounge room could use a standard lamp, which would be helpful when watching TV as the overhead light is rather bright. A second bedside lamp would be useful as well.
Overall this small apartment is spotlessly clean and good value.

The lounge and bedroom were excellent the kitchen and bathroom are tiny, and apart from a very large crack in the tiles over the bench in the kitchen everything was good.
Would highly recommend for a short stay but 18 days was a bit too long, Thanks Sue, you were lovely

great location and wonderful garden!
The apartment was wonderful! The garden was beautiful and it was lovely to sit outside in the sunshine with the cool breeze and read a book! The location is perfect; a cafe and an iga around the corner, and the rest of the city just down the road! It was very central to all the classic Albany tourist attractions too. The cooking space is small but useable when you’re just cooking basic meals for two, and the tv is a smart tv with chromecast built in which is lovely. Sue was a fantastic host and her puppy was very well behaved and friendly. The bed was comfy and the shower was surprisingly roomy which is perfect after a long day of exploring. Definitely would stay there again!
