This beautiful, quiet home is a fully furnished condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Parker/Aurora, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.
The Space:
This condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use, and pillow top mattresses for a peaceful nights sleep. *Any stay over 1 week will be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee

Condo includes a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Everything you need includes bedding, towels, cookware, coffee maker, blender and dishes all right at your finger tips, wireless high-speed internet and basic cable. There is also a community pool and hot tub available for your pleasure during the summer season.
**NOTE: The pool is ONLY open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The condo is conveniently located in Centennial just 5 minutes from I-25 and close to the Denver Tech Center (7 miles away). The property also sits close to the Centennial Airport, Denver Broncos training facility, Inverness properties and centrally located half way between Denver and Colorado Springs. There are parks and trails within walking distance, including the Cherry Creek Reservoir, in addition to several different restaurants to choose from, as well as grocery store, movie theatre and bowling alley. This home is located in the Cherry Creek School District. There is are many things to do in Colorado! On the weekend enjoy a get-a-way to the many wonderful Colorado Springs, Denver and Boulder attractions. Host is available at all times to assist with your questions regarding distance, travel, tips, etc. and you are encouraged to call for suggestions and information. This property is only 3 miles from Parker Adventist Hospital where one of the Rocky Mountain Fertility Clinic offices are located.
Getting around:
There are several light rail stations located near this property that will take you to DTC, Downtown Denver, south to Lone Tree and Littleton and even cities much farther north like Golden or Westminster. There are also many Uber and Lyft drivers for a quick ride to where ever you need to go.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to shopping and dining. The space was just right for myself and my sister and her husband. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We appreciated how quiet the location of the condo was, even being on the main floor. Kristi was easy to contact and prompt in responding. Thank you for a nice stay!

We arrived at the condo late in the evening to check in. Everything was ready and communication had been great in advance of our arrival for us to gain access. The space seems brand new. The flooring tile and the tile in the bathrooms looked so nice. The furniture was appropriate and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and easy to get out and about town. We will definitely try and stay here again. We visit about every three months and this first floor unit is so nice to get in and out. There was adequate parking. We need to plan another visit.

Our family had a wonderful stay here for Thanksgiving week! It was a perfect location with lots of resources nearby. It was even convenient for buzzing down to Colorado Springs. A wonderful place!

The location of the condo is perfect tucked back by the hill with lots of pine trees obscuring the condo from near Fremont Road. The condo was very clean and bright. The washer and drier are a big plus. The beds were very comfortable. Checking in was a breeze with details being sent the evening before check-in. We loved our stay and will book again with this host and location anytime we can.

Look no further if planning to stay in the Denver area. Kristi is a great host and was prompt with communication and flexible with our travel needs. The property was clean and had everything needed for our family. The proximity to shopping and restaurants is also a HUGE plus! We will definitely stay here again!

The entire stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and comfortable. We were close to shopping to pick up items that we needed. We did have a problem with the inability to lock the door. We called the property owner and someone came over and fixed the lock within a couple of hours. This was on a Sunday! Would highly recommend staying here!

Overall a good stay. Apartment was clean, with a convenient location and everything that we needed. There were small issues, including a very soft bed, and loose/ flimsy fixtures, other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Check in was easy, the place was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, the washer and dryer were awesome. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were elegantly decorated and functional. Location was great and close to many restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would recommend this place time and time again.
Our host was also very accommodating and responsive to our inquiries.

Our family was visiting many different areas of Colorado so this was a great central location for us. Kristi provided us with a map of the property for easy arrival and check in. The condo was a great size and was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that would have been helpful was a little more seating in the living room. We are a family of 4 and the seating only accommodates 3. There were kitchen table chairs to use but they are metal so not that comfy for long periods. However, we weren’t in the condo much except to sleep and do some laundry so it wasn’t a huge deal. Very nice place and terrific communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend it and would rent it again if staying in the area.

Great Girls' Trip
We loved the condo! Only improvement recommendation would be a little more comfortable seating. Maybe a large couch VS the small love seat. The dining chairs are a little hard for middle age girls. ;)

Aurora gem
Condo was as advertised with no surprises. Very clean with good quality linens and towels. Everything worked and the unit was fully stocked. Great location close to Cherry creek state park. Biked through the park right from the condo. All shopping and restaurants very clos by.

During our 2 1/2 week rental, we started in the Centennial condo (above) that Kristi owns, then moved to her Castle Rock VRBO condo, which wasn't available until a few days into our stay. When we first booked Centennial, we had this discussion with Kristi. We greatly appreciate that she facilitated this for us, given that her Castle Rock condo is much closer to our daughter's home. Since much of our time is spent with our daughter and grandkids, that made our trips to her home shorter and easier.
Both of Kristi's VRBO units - Centennial and Castle Rock - were clean, well appointed and in convenient geographical areas. The kitchens had good cooking equipment. The above property had numerous shopping centers nearby, and main roads. And the Cherry Creek Trail was also within walking distance from the house.
Kristi's Castle Rock condo was a perfect fit for us. It's close to Castle Rock (with it's great short hiking trail), the cute downtown area, and our daughter's home. Also, the outlet malls are very near by, as well as numerous stores and restaurants. The condo is very close to I-25, so we could quickly hop onto I-25 whenever we needed to get into Denver.
Kristi went above and beyond to help us work out a few issues, and to make the move from the Centennial condo to the one in Castle Rock, once it became available. I greatly appreciate that, as the Castle Rock unit was not available for the full time we booked with Kristi when I first made the reservation.
Kristi had the Castle Rock unit cleaned the day the people left, so that we could move over there the same day. She even personally brought us sheets when she got home from work.
We liked everything about the Castle Rock unit. The kitchen layout and extra storage was greatly appreciated. There were several extra closets, which make it easy to store our luggage and things we had bought during our extended stay. (We were in Colorado for five weeks.)
I would not hesitate to rent any of Kristi's VRBO units in the future. She is extremely responsive and helpful. The units are nice and well appointed. Her husband also came over to fix a few minor things we asked about.

Great place and wonderful hosts
We stayed here for a week. The place is as described. It is well stocked with what you need. The complex was quiet. The condo is close to many food and shopping options. Pretty much everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive. The hosts are very responsive, which is always appreciated. I would stay here again for sure.
