Friendly and helpful host, great location with easy access to explore lake Como and the wider area.

The location was excellent l, it was very comfortable and a great base for exploring the lake and wider area..

C’était super! J’y retournerai!

Bien placé, calme, fonctionnel et Mario notre hôte était très sympathique et de très bon conseil. La vue sur le lac du petit balcon est superbe. L’appartement est à 15min à pied du bateau, très pratique. Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent passer un petit séjour à Tremezzo.

Le lit était un peu mou mais nous avons pu trouver une solution à cela.

Mario the host was by far the best!! We had our elderly mum with us that couldn't walk hills and Mario didn't hesitate but pick mum up in his car to take her to town. For us however we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to water taxi. The apartment is perfect overlooking Lake Como. There is a pizzeria and restaurant close by....fabulous food! Enjoy your stay we certainly did!

The apartment is in a beautiful location, a short walk down to the lake, a few restaurants, ice-cream, pharmacy, and the ferry crossing to Ballagio. We also had hours of fun in the pool, which, despite it being a shared pool, was very quiet, and we often had it to ourselves. Mario is a very attentative host, he checked in on us, and when I told him my son developed a painful rash on his thighs, he talked to his dr friend at the pharmacy and immediately took us there.

The owner Mario was excellent, he advised us trips around the area, shared all needed infos. Apartment was clean, well equipped. Big advantage was washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The view on the lake for amazing. Thanks Mario :).

Mario was the best host I have ever met in my entire life. He was always ready to go far and beyond for us, and gave us very solid advices about the attractions in Lake Como. The apartment was a bit far from the Tremezzo ferry station, but Mario greeted us and helped us get there by his car. If you want to try some authentic local cusine, you have to ask Mario. You should also download the Whatsapp app and message him directly, and he will answer any questions that you have. As for the apartment itself, Mario had kept it squeaky clean. He even prepared a collection of tea bags and an espresso machine, so that you can enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains from the apartment balcony. The bed was nice and comfy, and the whole place was kept quite cool even though it was burning hot outside. There is also a clean swimming pool outside. For us, staying in Tremezzo for our lake Como trip was the right choice, as Tremezzo tends to be more peaceful than other places like Bellagio or Como. It felt more authentic.

Couldn’t ask for a better host & better views!

Mario was an exceptional host! Truly kind & incredibly helpful.

The location of the property meant that without a car it was difficult to go out @ night given the narrow roads. Would recommend a car if staying here.

You'll feel like home...by a beautiful italian lake

Here you will feel like a guest of your loving italian family. Mario takes care of you, before arriving and after as well. (E.g. He organised us a VERY FINE typical local italian restaurant, mmm...) The flat is very clean, well equipped (elevator, full equipped kitchen, dishwasher, steam-iron, washing machine, basic cooking ingredients etc.) It was our first time booking a private host and not a hotel, and it was worth it. We will definitely return ASAP. So will you...

I cannot mention any negative.

One of the best location I stayed in.

We stayed here for just one night and it location was quick and spontaneous decision 'on the road'. We chose this place based on price and recommendations and I must say it was a bullseye. Apartment is located in calm residential area in small residential building. There is a private pool available for residents and apartment guests which was absolutely delightful after whole day on the road. Apartment has small balcony with amazing view on lake Como. The place is very well arranged and tastefully decorated, fully equipped in everything one can need during stay. Our host - Mario came to welcome us though we stayed just for one night and he is very charming and helpful man. And since one day at Como is definately not enough we know we will stay here again.

Perfect. We loved it! We

Mario was the perfect host. We arrived very late (around 10pm) and he came to show us the Appartement and greet us, even though there is/ was a key box at the Appartement. During our stay he offered new sheets and towels, send information about the area and offered to pick up the trash! A plus point was the fan! It was very hot and it was refreshing during the night. Another plus point is the elevator. The Appartement is at the second floor and you don’t have to walk the stairs with the bags! Our favorite thing about the apartment was the balcony with a beautiful view over the lake! It was so great.

Best summer holiday at Como

Mario (the host) is so nice! He messaged me the route and picked us up from the station. The flat has the best view of lake Como. Mario also helped us booked restaurant and took us to supermarket. He is beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

Exceptional host that pays attention to the smallest detail. Felt really welcomed and taken care of, extremely attentive and always to hand for help/advice. Made for a lovely touch - nicest ever from a hotel host actually and we were made to feel special. The flat is very clean and has great views of the lake, and has all the facilities one would need - Pool was a great plus. Overall a very satisfying experience, would stay again.

Nothing about the property/host - all perfect. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you don't have a car, the pedestrian route from the main road/lake to the flat is a steep 10-15min walk.

Great place to stay at Como lake

The apartment is great. It is clean, nice and has everything needed to stay (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, soap and shampoo). View from the balcony is amazing! Host Mario is very friendly, helpful and always in contact. He has met us to give over the keys and show apartment despite late check in. He has offered and provided a cot for our daughter and she liked sleeping there :) And next morning we were surprised to find cookies for her :) The location of the apartment is very good: it is up on the hill but the way to the lake is quite short. Thank you, Mario! It was a real pleasure to stay at your apartment! I higly recommend Apartment Bolvedro if you are going to Como lake.

Only one small remark, maybe to add small shelf into shower cabin to put shampoo and shower gel while taking a shower to make it a bit more comfortable:)
