The location was excellent, it was not as clean as I'm used to, it served the purpose for a night

The location was great! And the price was good.

If i would have wanted to sit on the terrace area and enjoy I could not have done that. It was dirty and overgrown and there was dog poop up there which I almost stepped in.

Je ne le recommande surtout pas des travaux pour une remise en état sont nécessaire

Pas grand chose très déçut pour le prix

La climatisation du bas ne marche pas, un ventilateur a était mis a disposition a la place. Le pommeau de douche fuit de partout impossible de l'utilisé, très sale, la télévision ne marche pas. Pour rentré une tringle a rideau tenu par des ficelles car les chevilles dans le mur ne tiennent pas Sur la terrasse un vrai chantier, entre les palettes de travaux, le gazon synthétique partie a certain endroit, le salon de jardin cassé, les coussins par terre trempé, pas idyllique pour prendre l'apéro. A ce prix, on doit au moins avoir tout qui fonctionne et en état. Très déçu et pour moi ce logement ne devrais pas être louer dans cette état.

Convenient, comfortable for a few days in corniglia

Good location and it had everything we needed

Many small repairs and maintenance were past due. Lightbulbs, toilet seats, curtains all need a little attention.

Sporcizia e disinteresse nell’accoglienza

Posizione abbastanza comoda, sei comunque in centro a corniglia in alto

Innanzitutto la posizione segnalata da booking non è esattamente corretta, abbiamo un po’ dovuto cercarla seguendo i numeri civici in un vicoletto su per delle scale. Ingresso con porta direttamente sulla cucina, senza finestre, e poi scalinata ripida per salire alle due camere , ovviamente solo per persone agili dunque. Tutto ciò accettabile, siamo a corniglia, scale e strettoie sono ovunque. Tuttavia per 200€ a notte ci aspettavamo un appartamento pulito e l’acqua calda , che non ci sono stati. Anche dopo la chiamata al proprietario l’acqua è rimasta gelata. Letti con dentro capelli e sporco, cuscini ingialliti, sotto il letto polvere e sporcizia, docce poco pulite, e in generale non c’era odore di pulito ma piuttosto di umidità. Un condizionatore rotto, una terrazza che è una discarica di materiale edile piuttosto che un luogo dove rilassarsi.

Pleasant

The view from the terrace was amazing

The host was not responsive. We still have not received replies asking a few key questions about our arrival, which made the stay more complicated.

The location is superb, fun rooftop area overlooking ocean, great to have a washing machine.

Kitchen smelled of mold, AC leaked all over downstairs, and upstairs, a window was broken upstairs, no soap in the shower, beds were very stiff.

The view from the upstairs patio was very pretty.

The air conditioning was not very good and the electricity breaker kept turning the electricity for the apartment. To may stair to bring your luggage to the unit.

nice location. terrace with a view is too far away to really enjoy it though. no proper service from the host and not th

the location was nice. nice and quiet terrace with a great view on the sea. air conditioning was good to have.

a few things there. up to you to consider it the way you feel. you have to climb three different stairs and then walk 20m to get to the terrace from the kitchen. don’t expect to eat there every day! the mezzanine room is horribly hot in the summer no air co there. the other room has air conditioning but it cannot be switched on when the one down in the living room is running. The host confirmed only one at a time can run. This is unbelievable in this area. We had no internet over the whole stay and no TV either. The host had not fixed this in a week. He argued that he never received our ID copies which I had sent several times in multiple ways -pdf files and photos. Of course we were not in Cinque Terre to watch TV, still when you pay that rate a week you deserve proper service. Finally we had to clean the floor when we got in as it was full of dust. We also found panties in the bathroom just behind the washing machine. Which shows that this appartement was not really cleaned up well before our stay.

perfect stay in Corniglia!

wonderful flat super well located in a quiet corner yet steps away from the center. lovely rooftop garden with great sea views. perfect for 3 travellers

not worth the money and experience

location is in the midst of corniglia, one of the 5 villages on cinque terre. the view from the gardenw as good

we had a very bad experience as the apartment was not as per our expectations.. we paid highest money on this apartment during the complete trip and we didn’t get a good service. The basic necessity of power was not fulfilled, when we switched on the heating everytime, the power was gone, first time in the middle of night when our son woke up crying as he was sleeping alone, then we checked and the mcb trip off had happened sp we solved it. the 2nd time again in the morning and this time no mcb trip off, so we called the owner who continuously disconnected our calls. so we had to leave the apartment without getting a bath. when finally we were able to reach the owner he said he cannot come to the apartment and we will have to go back to the apartment and get this sorted as he instructed us the way to get the power. the whole night next say we stayed in cold fearing that power would go off. even the balcony door was very tight and the owner’s response was that he will get that sorted before our departure, which doesn’t help as we had booked the apartment because of the balcony view. so we had to really push the owner to get that sorted asap, which finally got sorted. we wouldn’t suggest this apartment to anyone as the hospitality industry is all about service and if that is not good enough, the place is not worth it.

Great location!

The garden was nice- it’s Shared with a nice couple with a rabbit. The house was comfortable, I am traveling with 2 kids so it was nice to have 2 bathrooms! It was good to have a washing machine whilst we are hiking between all the towns. The location was awesome! We could contact the owner very quickly and easily.

Some things weren’t very clean, the kitchen table, and table runner, the Dirty cleaning cloths were in the washing machine, the kitchen had used cleaning cloth from the previous guests. The cleaning buckets were left in the way in the downstairs bathroom. These things aren’t so bad but in corona times I expected It to be a bit cleaner. The door to the garden was hard to open.
