I would definitely come back again but longer than 1 night!

The aesthetics were everything! This is a picture worthy facility…from the entrance to the stairs leading up to the rooftop. One of the MOST unique properties I have been to! Tiffany ( front desk) offered great customer service! She was appreciated 😊 loved the room!

Disappointing!

The property was nice, clean, etc. staff were pleasant.

Why would Hilton place a hotel where rooms could hear the DJ music from a restaurant next door! We were in the 4th floor and had to have our room changed because of loud thumping music that prevented us from sleeping. This was at 10::00 PM. The room we were moved to was better but the second night we could still hear the thumping sound. We were in room 230 at this point. Then, the first morning we went down for coffee at 7:15, had checked to see the Stinger Coffee shop hours open at 7:00. When we got there it was closed and the Bellman, said, they are running late. Your only option is to go to Starbucks down the street. This was disappointing. When you serve that many guests, the shop should be open. I used to be a frequent traveler and had never experienced this with Hilton’s. But this time I was very disappointed and I would not recommend this location to friends.

Too expensive for the amenities provided

Beautiful design and location! Great service from the valet staff.

When we arrived the front desk receptionists weren’t informative, they didn’t tell us anything about the property, bars, restaurants, amenities, just gave us our room keys and that’s it. I felt like it was a missed opportunity. We paid $1,500 for 2 nights and the hotel felt like just another hotel, not luxurious, the lobby bar looked closed, no welcome drinks or any kind of special welcome treat.

Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The rooftop atmosphere, the gym and overall location. These are your only pluses.

Upon check in we were notified we were overcharged- $35k for 4 nights- blamed booking.com when in reality it was their management's fault. Nothing like flying through a rainstorm and checking in late at night to be told of this mistake. They fixed it, but it was drama we could have done without. As the moment we checked into the room we were calling the credit card company and booking.com before even unwinding from the flight and transportation to the hotel. There is one elevator working, very inconvenient to wait for as you cannot take stairs up. The coffee shop closes at 3pm, ridiculous. We were there 5 days and I never saw the bar open once. The maid didn't come in to clean until almost 4pm and considering my husband was working in the room this was really inconvenient. Horrible connection to wifi. We could only make phone calls from the corner of our room near the window or had to go downstairs. Should have stood at the Hyatt like we did last year.

loved the gym and rooftop pool setup

honestly the fact that you can't check in until 4pm, but check out is 11am and if you ask to extend you're charged for the full day is not acceptable. it was difficult to adhere our VACATION schedule and flight times to those limited times and it's not fair for guests.

The Gem of Delray

Centrally located, easy walking distance to almost everywhere. Rooftop bar was a big plus for us. Ammenities and the facility were equally brilliant.

Since check in was delayed, it would have been nice to give us a later check out time

The staff were very nonchalant! This is the newest hotel in town design service comfort staff very disappointing the management need to decide where they are and what they can do for the guests. No water in the rooms no welcome beverage nibbles called down if there was complimentary water I was told no then told there was at reception which they would not bring to me at my room. Travel the world this is was not a pleasant experience.

Terrible experience

Customer service is clearly not first and foremost of importance for your team. When entering the hotel a Valet named Bruno advised that they were at full capacity unless staying overnight. My husband proceeded to advise him we were staying overnight- he immediately responded saying we were lying we were here for the restaurant. I advised we had a reservation and he responded- yeah let’s see what happens when you go to the desk you won’t gets your car back. I was absolutely taken back.

I Will Return & Refer Others

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Daniel & Jose were very friendly, helpful & hospitable. Love that there are on-site restaurants & the secure method of using the elevator to get to your floor.

One of my friends & I came for a relaxing vacation, & after a long day of traveling, sanitizing the room, & getting ready for bed an alarm on the baseboard went off at 12:30-1 A.M. We had to switch rooms because they couldn't repair it & and sanitize the new one all over again. The next morning of our relaxing vacay, we woke up to construction/renovating above us & shared our concerns with the front desk. The great thing is the staff members from the front desk, housekeeping, and doormen at The Ray made sure the rest of our stay was great! In spite of the few hiccups. We will definitely return & refer others.

The hotel smelled delicious and it looked beautiful.

The pool area after 5 pm was in need of picking up, bottles, drinks and food was everywhere including under the chaise lounges. Took away from the enjoyment of the pool. The drinks at the pool were very pricey considering they tasted like nothing. The room even though they were tidied the floors were dirty and could have definitely been cleaned better. My socks were dirty from just walking from the bed to the bathroom. The downstairs bar closed before 9pm and the bartender rushed to make us our drink order which was subpar (the martinis were just vodka and not dirty).

Fab - would definitely stay again

Great hotel, lovely rooms and well located. A lot pricier than hotels in the area but this is definitely an upper class luxury hotel and as we were only going to be in Delray prob once we may as well try the nicest place.

None everything was good from staff to pool to the Akira Black restaurant that was packed so suggest one makes a reservation!

beautiful, upscale hotel with overall great service. loved the rooftop area.

most of the staff were great. Will at the pool and Gwen at the front desk were great. will was a real hustler (in a good way) unlike the other pool staff. the property was beautiful and clean. friendly helpful staff gor the most part.

just a couple of minor things. on my last day, my friend picked me up to bring me to the airport and one of the valets kept harassing her to move the car. there was no one else there, and she was there for way less than ten minutes, in no one’s way. not the best exit.
