Casa Laguna is a coastal cottage that will ease you into your vacation before you put your bags down! This is a comfortable setting for families. If you enjoy a laid back home with style, this is for you! Family of 6-8, or a party of 2..... this is a great spot to call home for a while! Your view of the 3 acre salt water lagoon is perfect for relaxing on the patio. Grab your coffee or cocktail and walk around the gardens of the lagoon, which will take you around the community.
PLEASE NOTE: No guests boats/watercraft allowed at Kawama Yacht Club as the Marina and the dry storage areas are full.

Kawama Yacht Club Features:
3 Heated Swimming Pools.
Salt water swimming lagoon with a platform in the middle, filled with local south Florida Tropical Fish. You are allowed to snorkel, paddle-board, swim, kayak or just enjoy the sandy beach at the end of the lagoon. Good for first time snorkelers and children. Very safe and clean.

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.
2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.
NOTE #1: Beaches in the Keys – The only natural beach in the Florida Keys is at Bahia Honda State Park. The rest of the beaches are manmade. The Keys are built on Natural Coral Rock unlike the rest of the state of Florida that have natural sandy beaches. The Keys are not for Avid Beach Goers. They are for people who love to be “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN".

Clean, modern and spacious holiday house. Only negative is the ground floor bedroom should not be called a bedroom. Tiny, no windows, poor air con made this room more like a prison cell. Also no kettle to make a cup of tea!

Large clean house, perfect for a group. Matched the description perfectly. And it’s on a beautiful lagoon. We kayaked on the lagoon and hung out at the neighborhoods private beach. Definitely recommend!! Make use of the pickleball courts!

Cass Laguna was perfect for our Spring Break. The condo was clean, comfortable and the amenities were amazing. We were able to fit 4 adults and 4 kids with no problems! Communication with the property manager was on point and they responded almost immediately. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for 3 couples. Photos and description were accurate. The grounds were quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable, linens were great, and family room was comfortable. We had what we needed in the kitchen (cute fish plates too). The lagoon is self contained; there are some pretty fish by the viewing area. We would stay again.

We were really impressed not only by the spotless and clean house but also the details in the fully stacked kitchen that made our stay highly enjoyable. The furnishings are tasteful and thoughtful, and we were very comfortable in this beautiful house located in a quiet and neighborhood. Highly recommendable. Very thankful for allowing us to bring our dog.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, and it was conveniently located. My family enjoyed swimming/snorkeling in the lagoon and walking to the jetty to see the sunrises. The property was well stocked with everything we needed for the stay, was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely amazing! The location was perfect. The home is beautiful, so spacious and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities and accommodations. The use of the kayaks was so fun. The community is gated and we always felt safe. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Very unique place for everyone. Love all the updates and very clean!! Great view..we had an amazing lightning storm one night and it was a great spot to see the light show with all the glass windows. Only complaint would be the AC..a little intense upstairs and got a warm on the middle floor, especially when cooking.

This 3 story condo at the Kawama Yacht Club was a good place to stay. It had 3 bedrooms and 4 beds.....the middle floor is the kitchen and dining area. The place comes stocked with beach towels for use and has all the necessary amenities and was clean. The only area for improvement is that it's pretty dated - the electrical and the air conditioners - and two of the bathrooms are very small. Overall I'd stay there again as it's convenient to a lot of things in Key Largo and is in a security managed gated area.

Communication was very easy fast and accurate. Instructions were very simple and to the point, which was perfect. The accommodations for 7 people were very comfortable and roomy. Everything was how one would expect a nice rental for a great vacation. Location was wonderful, out of the way, and views could not be better from the condo and for a nice walk. Property was exactly as shown. Everything was very clean and everything we needed was there. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks or a lot of the amenities at the location but it was a great home base to start our adventures from. We did rent a golf cart as my husband recently had knee replacement surgery. The owner recommended a place to rent from and they delivered the cart and had it waiting when we got there. I wish we would of had a chance to use the fire pits and tiki huts in the beach but we were usually too tired by the time we got back plus it was very windy most of the time. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family stay. We had a total of 7 adults and there was plenty of room for us all.
