#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 40 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The Leelanau is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. We can accommodate 4 guests.
The Leelanau features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.
Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search,

The property was as shown! Very clean everything you needed and more. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

It was a nice quiet area, place was clean, had everything we needed, linens, dishes, soaps. The only complaint I have is there is nothing there to keep the children occupied. The pond was not accessible, no fire pit or playground. Other than that it was a very nice place.

My extended family and friends stayed in this location for my son's wedding. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.

LIVING ROOM CHAIRS NOT SO COMFORTABLE.
DINING TABLE HAS HARD BENCHES WITH NO BACK.
SMOKE ALARMS TOO SENSITIVE - USING TOASTER CAUSED ALARM. I DISCONNECTED LIVING ROOM ALARM.
INATTENTION TO SOME MAINTENANCE DETAILS - BEDROOM SMOKE ALARM BATTERY WAS LOW, CAUSING WARNING BEEPS. AC REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY DEAD.

Super clean and modern. Nice kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Comfy bed and nice linens and towels. Perfect for 2 people. Our unit was on the back side of the building so there was very little road noise. Beautiful view of the lake.

This place was just perfect for me, my husband, and my one and half yoear old. It had everything we needed and was just 30 minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City! Comfortable beds, and wonderful host.

Was in town for a weekend wedding. Picked it for the aquatic themed decor which my stay coincided with Shark Week! The place was clean, bed was comfy, nice little kitchen with full size fridge, easy instructions how to use tv, info for things in the area, adorable pond in back, great AC( I’m from Florida so I have to have ac), great water pressure in shower. The only complaint I had ,which isn’t a big one ,is the bathroom door would’nt stay shut and hit me when I was brushing teeth or putting on makeup. I just sat the trash can in front and that worked, 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if I’m ever in town!

Perfect Weekend in Interlochen
We stayed here for the weekend while we went to Crystal Mountain to ski. This was the second time we stayed at one of Jeff's properties. This condo was just perfect for us, was the ideal size and made the perfect home base for our weekend. The place is impeccably clean, well-appointed and located in a nice area convenient to the highway and Traverse City. We will definitely come to stay here again when our travels bring us back this way.

This property has a beautiful view of a small pond area behind it. It was wonderful to look out each morning and see the mist rising from the water and to see what birds might be in the area. The clean, 1 bedroom apartment was wonderfully furnished including the kitchen which accommodated our simple meals. It was fun looking at the underwater decor throughout the apartment. All correspondence was answered within 10 minutes. The drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes is 20-30 minutes depending on what part of the park you are driving to. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little gem in Interlochen. A cross between a motel and a cabin. It was clean and new looking. All of the supplies (linens, dishes, refrigerator) were quality and looked new. We were on the back side, so had a peaceful view of the large pond out back. We stayed 2 nights, but this would be comfortable for week or mire stay. Location is near everything in Interlochen.
