About this house rental
A Bright original, c1880's, The Orchard House is surrounded by lush gardens for you to completely relax and unwind.
This holiday rental is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, to sleep 6 guests and features a studio in the back garden, to accommodate a further 4. The studio would be perfect as a kids retreat or for a group of friends and is fitted with 2 bunk beds and games area. Please note the top bunks may only be suitable for the most agile travellers and the studio is only made available for bookings of 6 or more guests.
In addition to the main living space there is the central sitting room with wood fire which is the perfect place to unwind during the winter months whilst the open plan, north facing kitchen/living/dining zone is full of light all year round.
The private master bedroom is positioned at the rear of the home overlooking the gorgeous back gardens where you can enjoy the morning sun streaming through your window. The master room also features a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the main bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other 2 singles.

Outside you will be able to cook up a storm on the BBQ in the beautiful mature gardens while the kids play on the lawns or just sit back and enjoy some nibbles and prosecco in the undercover al fresco area.
Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a feast for your family or friends or why not take the opportunity to let someone else pamper you and get out and enjoy some of the incredible food, wine and local produce our amazing eateries have on offer.
This holiday home gives you off street parking for two cars, this family friendly property can suit multiple groups travelling together - we are sure you will find The Orchard House your new favourite destination in Bright.
With all the creature comforts to make your stay so easy including a full laundry and lockable garage you may never want to leave.
This property is booked for you and only you.
You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.
* Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. *1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests offers 3 bedrooms, 7-10 guests includes use of the studio. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.
