About this apartment rental

The Golf Course Condo is in Myrtle Beach and is a light sunny, beach theme, cozy yet modern - 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo, located on the second-floor. It has a walk up stairway (one level) and an elevator conveniently located in the center of the building.
No expense spared. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have a keypad on the front door.
We have amazing mattresses (we travel a lot and know how important a good night sleep is) All smart TVs, comfortable patio set on an oversized, private balcony, to enjoy a nice beverage after a fun day on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. (I have cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here). We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, with excellent walking paths and or biking (Magnolia Place), and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach is really close and has so much to see and do. Even on a rainy day, Broadway at the Beach, has many neat themed shops, Wonderworks, Pop Golf, restaurants and so much more. We enjoy going to the Hangout at Broadway and listeningto the live bands in the comfort of the Adirondack chairs they provide. The condo is also perfectly centered around many Golf Courses, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf.... you name it!
My husband and I love the beach on 38th Ave (5 minute drive) and for our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely go back. The condo was just like the description on the website. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at for the week of Nov 18 to Nov 25. The unit was very clean, and for us, it was a good Myrtle Beach location. Getting the living room TV seemed more difficult to turn-on than it should have been. There were three remotes, with one being for the sound bar, that seemed to be a factor in turning on the TV. Seemed like we had to keep fiddling with the remotes and the "source." Never figured out the one remote. The electric stove was a challenge to use. Had difficulty knowing how to adjust the stove top burner temperature. Also, if you plan to cook, bring your own sharp knives! Had two questions and our host was not only very quick to respond, but also very pleasant to talk with. The owner host had a nice welcoming touch - a bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen counter!

Nice condo, centrally located. Kitchen had everything you need including salt and pepper. The owners were very responsive to our needs. Having the washer and dryer were really handy since we were there for a huge Softball tournament

We had a wonderful lengthy stay at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. It was close to shopping, the beach, the airport and much more. Our communication with the hosts was timely and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

Our stay at this amazing condo was exactly as described! The hosts were amazing and very easy to reach if there were any questions we had The location was perfect!! Easy access to beach, golf, restaurants, and activities for all ages The condo itself was well stocked with anything you would need and was very coastal feeling, extremely clean and very comfortable. This was our first time traveling with a new addition to the family. Not to mention my parents first time staying at a VRBO location. They were in heaven from the first moment walking into this place. It was clean and very inviting. It is super close to Broadway at the Beach which was perfect for dinner and shopping. Looking forward to next year and definitely looking to book this again.

This condo is extremely clean and very nicely furnished. Also an excellent location. Close to everything. Our little pet had a great place to walk right behind the condo. The owners were very nice . Could not have ever asked for a better place to stay. Due to illness we had to reschedule from December to May and they were so gracious to work with us . Would surely recommended this place.

We had a most enjoyable stay here. Our puppy also enjoyed his time. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of safe places to walk, and a very dog friendly community. The pools are also well maintained. We plan to stay here again when we go back!

My mother and I had a great stay at this condo. Everything is as stated on listing. There is an elevator close to the unit which was key since my mother can't do steps. The unit was clean and literally has everything you need for vacation, minus you and your food :) The location has great access to 17 and short drive to beach, restaurants, grocery store etc. The owners were very communicative and responded right away to any of my questions. I definitely recommend this condo to be in your consideration list.

I booked the condo for a girls trip for myself and my two daughters 12 and 6 for our first time in Myrtle Beach. I wanted a condo that was close to the beach and a pool. The owner was easy to get in touch with in the event I had any questions. She was quick to respond. The reviews of the place are accurate and even better in person. The condo is more spacious then the pictures show which is great when you have two children. It is decorated beautifully with beach décor. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked including beach chair and a cooler for the beach. The pool was right behind the condo, and the beach was only a five minute drive. The condo is also within a 10 minute drive of the many activities that Myrtle has to offer. The only thing I would add for an improvement is maybe a map of the condo or a clear direct description of where it is. I drove by the place a few times and had to ask for help with a kind neighbor. I would highly recommend this condo, and would rent again in the future.

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and our first time booking with Vrbo and both experiences were great! The condo is beautiful and relaxing! The beds are comfy just as described which is one of the reasons we picked this place. The back porch is so relaxing my kids enjoyed sitting outside playing while we made dinner or were just hanging out. We also enjoyed the games the David and Pamela have in the condo. Most of the time when we have gone on vacation we were never comfortable enough to want to stay in the place to relax where we were staying and this was the complete opposite! The provide everything you need and have made their condo extremely comfortable for you! The condo is in a great area close to the beach or other things you may want to go do. Also we had an issue with the lock on our door (not David or Pamela’s fault at all) they were so quick to get the issue resolved. That is the kind of people I want to be renting from! Things happen out of our control and I loved that they were on top of it and in constant communication with us to get the issue resolved. We will definitely book with them again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

We could not be happier with our stay. The condo was amazing. It was very clean. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shopping. The complex was nice, too. Wonderful trip to Myrtle Beach

My husband, 3-year old daughter and I stayed at this condo for a week and loved it. The pool was an easy walk right behind the condo, and the beach only a 5-minute drive away. We parked at the 39th St. parking lot every day and loved how uncrowded this part of the beach was. We had a slight issue with the neighbor above and Pamela was very responsive and helpful when I let her know about it. Overall a great time and many memories made!
