About this villa rental

This updated villa located at “ The Breakers” has a coastal feel. Owners have taken great care to provide all the extras. The villa has an open floor plan from the living room into the kitchen area. Eat-in- kitchen for four with counter space. All appliances are updated . Fully equipped kitchen . Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer in a separate closet in the hallway Master bedroom features a Queen -sized bed with luxury bed linens. Glass enclosed “spa shower” . A queen -sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Both bedroom and the living room area have updated smart TVs which hang on the wall.
Our villa looks towards the ocean and the pool. Located in the center of The Breakers “horseshoe” you are steps away to the beach from our front door.
Pool is good size with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The children’s pool is separate Our villa is located on the first floor. Just one flight of steps to our front door.
Breakers is located in the popular Forest Beach area. Coligny plaza
is walking distance located right across the street. With over 50 shops and restaurants to chose from
Over 11 miles of “ white sandy beaches” with miles of bike paths. You can park your car for your stay. Take in the tranquil feel of what Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Exciting Nightlife with great shopping and restaurants. Relax, take a swim , a bike ride or a stroll.
All at 126 “The Breakers”. We look forward to having you as our guests !!!!!

Had a great stay in Hilton Head, our condo was in the perfect location. Grocery store and shopping right there, and the Tiki hut bar was just down the street, would definitely stay here again! And the view was awesome! Teresa was wonderful and answered any questions we had.

The unit is decorated well just no actual clothes closet. There was a small closet in the hallway but it was full of stuff, vacuum, pillows, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and furniture was comfortable. Floors and baseboards were filthy and shower glass door wasn’t clean. Hostess was great and location is ideal.

Great location. Very small but well equipped and fine for two people. Clean except I think they missed cleaning floors for quite awhile. Our feet were truly black. I bought a mop and washed it several times to get it clean. Wasn't hard to do small place. Nice place for the price.

Property is in a perfect location—steps from the beach and coligny plaza. Felt very safe as they have someone on duty all throughout the day and night. Property manager kept me informed of check in and check out process. Accessible if I needed her and was clear with directions. Only drawbacks—the condo was not very clean. there was dust all over the surfaces and ceiling fans. There was a piece of gum stuck to the top of one of the night stands. The floor appeared it had not been swept and there was actual toenail clippings on the floor. I’m guessing this isn’t normally the standard and I am sure if I had complained the property manager would have sent someone over straight away to fix the issues. I just bought some disinfectant wipes and did some cleaning when we got there since it was raining anyway. One other complaint was the maintenance crew starting work at 630 in the morning —every morning I was woken up by leaf blowers before 7 am. Overall, very good location and reasonable price just wish it had been cleaner.

The owner, Teresa, was great. She answered any questions that I had about the property. I didn’t have but 1 question. She sent me different places to visit while we were there. She was very sweet and very helpful with my anniversary plans. Thanks for everything!!!

We always love staying at The Breakers. We always choose a spot that faces the ocean/ pool. While this unit certainly does this, it is a first floor unit with less sight lines of the ocean. Was lovely nonetheless. We have 16 and 14 yo easy going boys. The units are small but serve our needs perfectly. This one does not have bunks like other units. It does have a pullout couch and we brought an additional air mattress which worked perfectly. The furniture is a bit worn but we spent most of our time outdoors. Always recommend the breakers to friends. Will be back!

It was ok for a week but the furniture was so uncomfortable to sit on. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. It would be nice if the garbage truck didn’t come so early in the morning.

The location was great and had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom are very nice! The have lots of hooks for towels and wet bathing suits and lots of room for storage. The pool area continues to go through updates and was really great. The only negative comments I have relate to the kitchen. The kitchen supplies are pretty dated. The ice maker didn't work. It was no big deal but, additional ice trays would be great. Upgrading the kitchen supplies will definitely make it feel more luxurious.

Condo is in the ideal spot. Steps to the beach and pool. Walking distance to Coligny and restaurants. Great bike/walking trails from right outside the door. Teresa was great with communication. Highly recommend.

This unit is one of the most beautifully designed units that we’ve rented in this complex - and we’ve stayed in quite a few over the years. More than adequate storage in this unit which is what many of these units are lacking; lovely decor and special touches throughout. Tremendous ease with the booking process and Teresa was extremely helpful and accommodating when we booked on very short notice. Loved it and very much enjoyed our stay!
