Front door latch broke is broken.
Upper bathroom shower drains very slowly. Contacted them but they did nothing about it.

Garage was a mess.
Very limited kitchen supplies made it hard to cook dinners.

Our extended family (4generations) fit comfortably and really enjoyed the short walk to a beautiful, private beach. The littles enjoyed the playroom and amenities were as described. We had to go out and buy basics (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap) and we’ve never had to do that with previous rentals for our large group. There’s plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. The main areas were clean but there’s some deeper cleaning (vents, baseboards, decks) that should be done. We also received a late night call from Vacasa which was strange. Overall a good experience but not impressed with Vacasa.

Had a good time visiting with family
6.0 / 10.0
We liked this house for its size and quick walking location to the beach. We loved that 3 families (6 adults and 5 kids from 1 to 12) could spread out. The little play room for littles on the upper floor was a hit! We also loved using the fire pit in the front yard. The house furniture was updated and comfy so we felt right at home.
The only negatives were we had to have maintenance come out because we thought the upstairs shower was broken. Come to find out, it's a faucet none of us had seen before and you have to pull down on the spigot. A sign would have solved this issue. Usually you have a lever to pull up!
Also, we found the kitchen to be a bit lacking for cooking up meals. The frying pans were old, scratched and the griddle was warped so it didn't sit directly on the element. We were missing pot holders, a pancake turner that wasn't ruined (bubbled), a spatula, at least one wooden spoon and no saran wrap/foil/plastic bags. Luckily, there is a Dollar General in town and we left our pot holders, saran wrap and plastic bags for the next renters. If you want to bake something, bring your own hand mixer and 9x13 pan like we did. The rest of the kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, plenty of cutting boards, knives and such.
All beds, except one in the upstairs starfish room, were comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Note: Bring your own firewood for the fire pit as none is provided!

We loved that this house had a fire pit outside (bring your own wood) and that is was large enough for 3 families to spread out (6 adults, 5 kids). Location was convenient with the beach a short walk down the street. You are only 2 miles north of town if you forgot something or want to eat out.
All beds, except the one in the Starfish room, were comfortable. The decor and furniture was all in nice shape. The kitchen was big enough for two to cook in and there was seating for 8 at the table, 4 at the counter.
The negatives were there wasn't quite enough resources in the kitchen to cook your meals with (no pot holders, spatulas, or wooden spoons) and the frying pans were both old and scratched up. The griddle was warped and did not sit on the stove top flat. Also lacking was no foil or saran wrap for leftovers. We went to Dollar General down the road to buy potholders and saran wrap (and left them for the next renters). Just be prepared with some of your own stuff if renting this house.
The upstairs little playroom for the littles was a hit! However, the Wii downstairs did not work, disappointing the older grandkids.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood.

We were there on a business fishing trip, and needed multiple rooms. This house had that.

We stayed at the house with extended family between xmas and new years 2022. We liked the house, its proximity to the beach, the layout of the rooms and the amenities. A major storm hit while we were there and Rockaway Beach was out of power for around 2 days. We would have appreciated if there was some "emergency pack" with candles and flashlights in the house. We had to go all the way to Tillamook to buy these (Tillamook was also out of power). We also had throw out a lot of groceries we brought s the fridge temperature went up over the two days. We understand that the power outage is beyond VACASA control, but for the future it might be good if some precaution measures are in place. The house had a gas-operated fire place and an outside gas grill, both of which were operational during the power outage.

The house is nice and large with a good layout and location. The towels, beds, pillows and sheets were good quality and comfortable. The front yard is like a big sandbox, which was fun for the kids. As our stay continued, though, we found many things that need to be fixed or improved - toilet paper holders falling off the wall, table in entryway very wobbly, one of the shower heads was faulty. With just a little maintenance, this could be a 5-star house.

Great home! We enjoyed all the room and the set up of the two living spaces. The back deck is really enjoyable. Loved walking to the beach and playing each day.
There are a few problems that should be looked into: The dishwasher isn't working well and dishes aren't getting clean. There aren't enough dishes and serving bowls to serve 12 people easily. The gutters are full and water is spilling out onto the patio. The front entry needs to be weeded.
Otherwise, a great stay.

We were really looking forward to our vacation and stay at this lovely house. I intentionally booked it for its location and amenities, especially the kitchen. As a larger family, we were excited to cook at "home," rather than eating out every meal.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered the oven didn't work. I contacted Vacasa right away to report the issue. The gentleman I spoke with was super friendly and very helpful. He was able to schedule someone to come check it out the next day. We'd traveled all day, we're exhausted and hungry, and now didn't have an oven to cook dinner. Snacks sufficed, as local places were closed.
I was contacted the next morning and a maintenance guy right over to look at the oven. He said another technician, who wasn't available, was needed; he wasn't able to fix the issue. There wasn't a replacement oven available in the warehouse, and the homeowners needed to authorize the purchase of a new one. The only thing available was a toaster oven.
As a result of not having an oven to cook meals at the house, we were forced to adjust our meal plans to accommodate the microwave, stove top, or toaster oven, and to spend money eating out.
Renting this house was reasonably priced, but by no means inexpensive. The house is beautiful and we love the location and neighborhood. But the unexpected additional money we had to spend because it didn't have all of the amenities the listing stated was incredibly frustrating and I'm unlikely to rent this house again.

We had two families get together here and a wonderful time was had by all. Plenty of space to hang out and sleep comfortably, a nice clean and well cared for home. The location was fantastic, our favorite location so far on the Oregon coast.

We had a great stay. 3 families, plenty of space for kids + adults. Nice ~7 min walk to beach, or you can load up your car with gear and there is plenty of parking at beach entrance.

Our small family of four had such an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. It’s right in front of a cut creak that you can see from the back rooms. There is so much room at this house for at least 10 people. The house was very very clean and well organized with anything you would need. It was nice to have tvs in all the rooms for those rainy days of staying in. We will be definitely coming back. The only negative is that the fireplace did not work on those cold raining days.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Nedonna Beach. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with the essentials. My 4 kids enjoyed having the entire upper floor to themselves; it was big enough that next time we might have to bring along some friends. The house is situated in a private neighborhood, just a few minutes to walk to beach access. And the beach itself is really lovely - lots of open sand, not a lot of other people, and piles of driftwood and the jetty to explore.

Beautiful fully stocked home
The entire stay was amazing. The view breath taking and peaceful. This home came fully stocked including all the beach toys, chairs and towels you would need at the beach. We over packed thinking we would need to bring beach stuff but they provide EVERYTHING you could possibly need on a vacation. Including games and fun family entertainment. Hands down one of the best locations I’ve ever had the pleasure at staying at. Oh and the bath… mind blowing. If your on the fence just book it! I promise you will not regret stay in this beautiful home.

Comfy Getaway
We had 8 guests and the house gave everyone plenty of space to both be together and go to our own spaces when needed. The beach walk was easy and the little nature trails were fun too. The house heated up fast and stayed warm with running the heat the whole time. Would definitely book it again.

Great Family House
We had a great time visiting the coast for 9 days. My family of seven plus my dad and sister were there and we all fit. It’s a great set up for families. We loved the short walk to the beach every day and the “hiking” trail that was close by.

Excellent Experience!
The lay out of the house and the area were so great for enjoying a family get away. We thoroughly relaxed and had a wonderful time. There was room for the kids to play and the surrounding area was a treasure trove of things to see and do. Even though it rained off and on it didn’t prevent us from having a memorable time. Would definitely do it again!!

Rockaway House
We all enjoyed the cleanliness and newness of the home. Great proximity to the ocean, beach toys in the garage to use and the fire pit in the front yard was a big hit. Close to Marinas for crabbing experiences and Tillamook Cheese Factory.

This large house is a great location, close to Rockaway, and Manzanita. Kitchen was large enough for seating and cooking. Great having night lights everywhere, especially being in unfamiliar place in the dark.
Had s'mores around the fire pit. Beach was 15 min walk away. 2 separate tv areas, nice to separate kids and grown ups sometimes :) Back deck was pleasant.

The house was fantastic. The layout lived much larger than the square footage and with our large party there was ample space for everyone. The kids loved it and there was a fantastic little playroom for the youngsters. Clearly the owners put a lot of care and thought into making you feel welcome with their smart choices in decoration and storage.
It's roughly 4 blocks from the beach, and it's tucked away in a well maintained subdivision with similar homes and an exclusive feel.
Our experience with Vacasa far exceeded our experiences with AirBnB. We'd highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here on our next trip to the Oregon Coast.
