Fully furnished private home on the Knoll. Available for Vacationers, Professionals, or Short-Term Stay.

Nicely landscaped fenced back yard and patio, carport and 1 car garage available parking for at least 2 cars.

Centrally located for local events and venues in the Rogue Valley which includes cities of Medford, Central Point, Ashland, Jacksonville, Talent/Phoenix and Grants Pass. Venues and Events like: Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, Central Point Expo (Has Fairs & Music Concerts, Car Shows, Beer & Wine Fests, Home Shows, RV Shows, you name it it’s probably there).

For the outdoor enthusiasts......Rogue River for the best fishing, rafting and Kayaking. Mt. Ashland for Skiing & Snowboarding (when the snow comes), trail bike riding or running. A bundle of lakes available for the water activities, Lost Creek Lake, Emigrant Lake, Lake of the Woods, Diamond Lake, and Crater Lake National Park.

My husband and I and our sweet niece, who graciously acted as our chauffeur, stayed at this very cute duplex while attending a family reunion/brother's BD celebration. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the host had lots of unexpected "extras" awaiting us. The goody basket on the bar, bowl of candy on the coffee table, everything needed for coffee and tea, and the lovely fruit and cheese platter we were surprised to find in the fridge made it extra special. My niece was looking forward to trying the local wine that was provided with her husband when she got home. The location was very convenient to the freeway, my nephew's home, and any shopping we needed to do. I highly recommend this home.

Our host was lovely, as was her property! She was quick to respond when reached, and left thoughtful and informative notes around the house to aid us in our stay. If you haven’t checked out the giraffe paintings in the guest bedroom, you must. We were met with welcome treats upon arrival and wishes for safe travels home from her housekeeper. Location of property is convenient and quiet. Theme of the home is whimsical and sweet.

Place was neat and tidy. Used the washer/dryer, and BBQ, which all worked. ROKU TV is nice feature. House is near 3 grocery stores and many restaurant choices. Only downside is we are tall people so the queen bed was too soft for our size.

We've stayed at this property at least one time per year for several years now. This trip we had some unforeseen circumstances happen that left us needing more time in the valley than we had anticipated. Kathie went so far above and beyond to help my family and accommodate our needs, she is truly the most amazing person. I also appreciate that we always know the house will be clean, there will be something special welcoming us when we arrive, and the space will be comfortable; like our home away from home.

Kathie truly thinks of everything. The place had such nice decor it helped feel right at home. It was stocked with everything we could think of and then some. The location was great. Close to everything you could need shopping wise, but easy to get to other places to explore like Ashland and Jacksonville. The host really want to make sure your stay is special, you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Thank you Kathie!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this adorable duplex. The property manager is very attentive to detail with all the amenities, yummy snacks and adorable decor. This property is at a great location in Medford, too. I look forward to staying here again, even though I have family who live 30 minutes away, it will feel like a staycation. You won’t regret staying here!

We had a trip planned, including staying at Zany Zoo, but had a death in the family at the last moment. Kathie was so gracious to offer a refund even though we were past the cancellation time, with the assurance from us that we would reschedule. We traveled the next month, and the stay was perfect. There were accommodations for the 18 month old, snacks and wine for the grownups, and a relaxing space to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

When we first arrived we were greeted with a ‘hello’ note & a gift for my grandson. There were vases filled with flowers & snacks on the counter. It was awesome. After hours of attending a hockey camp for my grandson each day we all just wanted to go ‘home’, relax, and sleep. This house provides that comfort. We had all the amenities we needed to have a cup of coffee, cook a meal, or store food we brought. It was the closest we could get to home without actually being there. It was wonderful.

The property was amazing! Plenty of parking, nicely furnished, super cute Zany Zoo theme - we had Giraffes and Zebras - met the people staying in other half of duplex, they had elephants and llamas 😊 Quiet well-kept neighborhood, convenient to shopping, a relaxing retreat after spending the day exploring all the Medford/Ashland area has to offer. Home was stocked with everything a guest might need. Host Kathie was so accommodating, property was ready upon arrival. Very clean, nice little patio area - really can’t say enough nice things about Zany Zoo - will definitely rebook next time we are in the area!

My wife and I enjoyed five nights at this wonderful property. We took advantage of the location to hike Pilot Rock, Upper Table Rock, visit Crater Lake National Park, and visit a few wineries. We used the propane grill to grill steaks one evening, and used the oven to bake pork chops another evening - everything worked well. Pre-arrival coordination was great, with no issues getting into the property at our late night arrival time. Our rental car easily fit in the garage, and having access to the garage door FOB was great! The property is also close to several grocery stores. The Roku service worked well, and internet was also great. Phenomenal property!

My brother and I were in town for an axe throwing tournament at Cascadia Axe Co. in Medford and stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and Kathie was an excellent host. There were snacks and refreshments left out for us upon arrival and she even stopped down to watch some of the tournament. Would stay here again for sure!

Everything about this property was wonderful! Great location, easy to find, comfortable beds and all the other amenities! Very clean and very cozy. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to grocery store and other needs. We used medford as a stay to easily drive to places like crater lake, the redwoods, lava beds national Monument and the coast. Plenty of linens and cooking items stocked well in the house and nice to have washer and dryer.

My two sons and I stayed for two nights. The hostess Kathie was so sweet! She had gifts and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood but near a busy section of town with lots of shopping and dining options. We spent the afternoon on Saturday at Rogue valley family fun center and had a nice time. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.
