About this house rental

Our carriage house is a welcoming, two-bedroom guest home located in central Denver. We are less than 1 1/2 miles from LoHi, beloved Tennyson Street, and the neighborhood gem of Highlands Square. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Lower Downtown.

The space provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably; work/study effectively; and/or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy what Denver and Colorado have to offer. You'll have the entire space to youself including a private, flagstone patio.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is close to downtown and offers easy access to both I-70 and I-25. You’ll be conveniently located to what Denver has to offer. Amble to one of the many neighborhood coffee houses, restaurants, bars, or shops or take a quick cab ride downtown. Hop on the interstate and be in the foothills in 20 minutes.

And then come back and enjoy your home-away-from-home. Pick a vinyl record from our collection. Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on your flagstone patio.

Work effectively with 1 gig fiber.

Unwind watching one of your favorite TV shows or movie on the wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV. You’re welcome to use our Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts or sign into one of your own.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee, tea, and all the cooking essentials you'll need if you want to cook a meal. We also have a full-size washer/dryer that you’re welcome to use.

You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the three cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure.

Additional small-person guests are permitted beyond the four-person limit (e.g., a family of five) - just message me for details. We offer a high-chair, pack-n-play, and a kids’ size air mattress upon request.

My family traveled to CO for a softball tournament. We enjoyed our stayed in carriage. It was clean, very inviting, and we listen to the vinyl records almost every night. The only slight challenge is having enough room to put our clothes in. I wish it had a dresser or drawers to store my daughter’s clothes. Other than that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The host was awesome.

We loved staying here! The little details to make us feel welcome were definitely noticed. I keep telling my husband that if we could live there I definitely would. And Angie was great with the communication when we needed to get in touch with her. I definitely plan on starting there again in the future.

The Carriage House was adorable and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks. Communication with owner was excellent. It was a little difficult to find, in an alley behind the main house. Not sure how to be more clear with these directions, but local children helped us find our way. We would definitely recommend this rental for your stay in Denver!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful carriage house. The private entrance, adorable 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom, and super clean environment made this 48 hour trip seamless and super enjoyable. The host, Angie, was an amazing communicator along the way and had every instruction and detail set up perfectly to make us comfortable and safe. I highly suggest staying here- you will love it! This tiny loft was adorable!! It was very well decorated, and had a lot of plants which made it feel super homey. It had a lot of windows so you could get really good air flow if you needed it. 10/10

Very cute, clean, and comfortable for its size. Owner has made a great effort to equip with little creature comforts like Keurig/latte/cappuccino maker. Great location, easy access to many different city attractions. Perfect for a small family or 2 friends on a weekend getaway. Would stay here again.

We stopped for an unwinding evening and night in a Denver Colorado on our way to Salt Lake City Utah,we were pleasantly surprised by a short snow blizzard passing through the area couldn't have felt cozier or safer! This carriage house is absolutely CHARMING! Angie thought of every detail from the decor to kitchen supplies to self care. We went for walks in the neighborhood, hunkered down during a snow storm, and took advantage of local attractions. There is just not one thing I can think of that would improve this property and our experience all around. Well done, Angie…well done..!

The property was clean and matched the pictures. The owner went above and beyond and put a personal note. She was also very responsive from the time I booked until after leaving. It was just me, but there were 2 comfortable rooms, a great shower, and cute living room to hang out it. The location is perfect to walk to coffee, yoga, parks, and pretty much anything you want. I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience and great instructions provided by the owners in an organized book. Room was ready an hour early which was helpful after a day of travel. Would stay again if in the area, specially with the sweet little touches Angie did to make us feel welcomed. Important note, Starbucks is in walking distance.

It was quiet, clean, and had all the necessities, plus more! Excellent. It was nice having a private space and knowing that our footsteps were not bothering anyone. The parking directions to the Loft may seem complicated at first, but they weren’t. It was easy. The host had a wonderful gluten free restaurant suggestion, since I’m gluten free. We went to the Wildlife Refuge, Denver Art Museum (twice, it’s big), Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, visited family that lives in Denver, looked at neighborhoods to live in…and ate delicious meals. It was a great time.

We always stay in VRBOs when we travel and this is a great find! Angie was great at communicating with us and answered all our questions. It is definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. My husband and I and our adult son stayed while visiting our other son who lives in Denver. Wonderful choice!

This place was a perfect fit for our family of 2 adults and two teens. We were in a bedroom, one teen took the second bedroom, and one slept on the pull-out in the living room. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed: comfortable furniture, safe, central location, easy in, easy out, and a great value!

The loft was perfect for our trip! The host set out and had everything ready for us and our baby. There was everything available that we would need! There was a minor AC issue during the visit but the host responded appropriately and was in close communication the whole time. Great location for easy access to events and places in Denver, especially for the baby!

The is a newly renovated Carriage House that is ultra modern and ultra clean. On the doorstep to all the action in downtown Denver and a steeping stone for a quick getaway to Golden and Boulder. A bunch of quirky, killer restaurants within walking distance. You'll love this place and Angie is a great host.

Our family of three loved this cozy apartment space for our home base while we explored the Denver area. It felt private and was quiet. Street parking was very convenient. Angie was so personable and we enjoyed chatting with her and meeting her dogs. She has thought of every detail to make this place so comfortable. The beds and bedding are so comfortable and we loved having AC in each room to control during this hot summer. The shower is also fantastic! Angie has thought of every detail beyond a typical rental.

The carriage house was wonderful, better than I was anticipating from the pictures and description! Despite its small footprint, the common areas felt spacious, and there were thoughtful touches everywhere you looked. As someone who runs hot, having a/c units in every room was the best. And of course, Angie was lovely and communicative during our stay. I’d stay here again any time!

This carriage house was so much fun to stay in! Perfectly located to access all that Denver has to offer. We joked that Everything was 20 minutes away". 20 minutes to Red Rocks, 20 minutes to downtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Exquisitely decorated and CLEAN! Ange was a great host as well!

My family had an amazing stay at the sunnyside carriage house hosted by Angie! Everything was very clean and the choices of decor were truly so charming! Angie made check in and check out very easy - and the manual that was left detailed everything we could have ever needed during our stay! Very thankful to have found this rental!
