Nice condo, decorated nicely, perfect for a couple. First floor oceanfront allowed you to see only some of the ocean but the foliage in front was nice and allowed for quiet and privacy. Bed was comfortable, was nice to have a washer and dryer. Owner communicated well and was quickly responsive to questions. The pool is small but there’s a nice walkway that makes it easier to walk to the beach where most spend the time anyway. Parking is a challenge if you have a truck but luckily Coligny Park is right across the street with a lot of options for meals and shopping, including a Piggly Wiggly, so once parked you didn’t have to leave very often if you didn’t want to.

This was an excellent condo as far as cleanliness, location, and host communication goes. However, I do have a safety suggestion for this condo. While there are security guards and the location is an overall safe area things can still happen. Because of this I believe that the front door requires a new lock design and overall maintenance. As a woman I am very aware of things like this and would have felt much safer if the door wasn’t sitting crooked in its frame and loose due to its crooked stance (it looked like it’s been through a lot) and if there was a separate dead bolt from the door handle. This door had a deadbolt/handle combo and when you would use the handle from inside the deadbolt would unlock as it is designed to do. After seeing a video of a man with nothing but a hanger and a string opening a locked door similar to this I would seriously suggest changing the design of the locking system and fixing the door to sit more tightly in its frame as it is supposed to do. Other than this I had an absolutely wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here although a more comfortable mattress would also be an excellent investment only after the door and lock situation is fixed.

This property is a great location- across the street from shopping and restaurants and centrally located on the island. The owners were responsive and pleasant with our questions. Wonderful tropical view from the porch.

Place was very nice - but smallller then what was expected -esp bedroom ( shade was broken ) & bathroom - ( tub/shower needs safety bars - tub bottom gets slippery ) - washer & dryer both need servicing ( hot Air needs to go out into a vent - the dryer vent could be clogged ) front door needs replacing ( it could be knocked in very easily ) the outside patio door lock / latch was broken ( supposedly a part was ordered ) - overall it’s s perfect get away place go 2 people - the location was especially great . My husband and our two kids (ages 4 and 8) stayed here for 5 nights. We loved being able to walk to the beach within minutes, and most days we just walked across the street to Coligny to eat and play. Our only complaints were terrible pillows (so bring your own!) and we ended up having to purchase our own toilet paper, laundry detergent, and trash bags when we ran out. To be fair, we never reached out to the property manager to ask for more; we just hopped over to the store across the street to pick some up. Overall, the place was clean and provided just enough room for the four of us.

Property was just as described, very clean, updated and well equipped. Tiny hiccup upon arriving but the host was super responsive and helped within minutes of contacting. Cannot beat the location - within walking distance of pretty much anything you might need!!

Property was private with a nice ocean and vegetative view. Quiet and restful and in a great location. Enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the square and the beach a few steps away. Sandipa, manager was very pleasant and helpful.

Our arrival to the Breakers Condo was easy, Sandipa offered us a 1 hour early check in which was great! The condo was well equipped, beautiful, and we had plenty of space for 3 people to sleep. The view, although slightly obstructed by foliage, was beautiful too! I loved sitting out on the balcony. The beach is just steps away from the building, equipped with outdoor shower to hose you off before entering the condo. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for Long Weekend Refresh

My husband and I had a great long weekend stay! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants, and had super easy beach access. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. We appreciated the beach towels that were provided, and we rented an umbrella and chairs at the beach. The pool area was nice, but we spent all our time on the beach so we didn’t use it. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean and a bed was comfortable. Steps away from the beach, and Coligny. Sand dune was over grown with pine trees. We didn’t see beach but the ocean and umbrellas but still beats the steps to the 2nd floor. 1st week was loud from 2nd floor with children but the 2nd week was much quieter.

Communication with the property manager was ideal and she was very prompt with replying to requests and messages. Overall location to being right on the beach was ideal. We have a young child and it was easy to get to and from the beach. Parking was sometimes difficult because of not enough spaces in the parking lot. The room was decent, but definitely needed updated and a deep clean. Upon arrival, my girl’s feet were black from the floors and the shower curtain was extremely molded with about an in of mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. Obviously, had been a while to accumulate that much mold. The owner quickly talked to the cleaning crew and it was corrected. I really liked that. It really just needed a really deep cleaning. There were a lot of scuffs on the wall, sand on doors, and the couch’s and chair were not the cleanest either. Also, the light switches had a lot of grime under the switches. Like I said, it needs a deep clean and update. Overall, was a good trip and location.
