Very clean and all facilities better than I expected. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location, very spacious villa. Would definitely go back
Some cold humidity at lower bedrooms

I like the outdoor patio area
Everything else was a very big disappointment.
Bugs in the beds,
Spiders and spider webs
Dirty appliances
Dirty couches
Dead flys in windows
The list is endless
I had to clean the diswasher to use it

Loved every aspect of Bellevue on the Bay. Was the perfect place to stay for us. Spacious, glorious views, beautiful sounds (bellbirds etc) and it felt like home. Will be staying again for sure!!!

great for holidaying with the whole family. Very peaceful bird watching from the balcony, even spotted a Bower Bird nesting at the bottom of the garden. Great spot for kid friendly exploring & park play at Cocora Beach.

The sound of the bell birds was beautiful and an unexpected surprise! We also saw a lyrebird from our balcony - amazing!

Eden is a beautiful quiet town, great little beach for the kids very close by. House is in a nice street and it had everything you could ask for.
Everything was great
4.5
The house was perfect for a couple upstairs and a family downstairs so each could have their own bathroom.
The deck and views are fantastic.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and the BBQ was great.
Town centre is walkable, but you need to drive to the closest patrolled surf beach.
