I enjoy myself, and we will be staying here again

The staff working in the bistro the morning of November 5, 2023. They were fast, efficient and very polite and professional.

Good, but not great.

Was a great location for us, walking distance to some of the attractions we wanted to visit like the Planetarium etc. The room was comfortable, clean and we loved the bathroom - it was really spacious and modern. Hotel has a Starbucks inside too. Free parking, both indoor and outdoor, was a plus since we were travelling by car.

The air conditioner was right across the bed blowing directly at it - it was a cycle of us freezing and sweating when it got on and off. There was also no safety box in the room and no complimentary breakfast. Could have been a better given the price and hotel brand.

Nice new modern hotel in a great location

The hotel is modern and clean. Location is close to downtown and close to restaurants. The drive to University of Rochester area less than 10 minutes. There is a bar downstairs.

I didn’t find anything real to complain about. All issues small, like we had 3 people in the room and the pull out bed was not made, but I’m not sure a hotel like this does this for you anyway.

The smoke/carbon monoxide detector is of course necessary but the flashing light was super brightness of it made it hard to fall asleep.

Beautiful hotel, with great location and super nice and helpful staff

Courtyard Rochester Downtown was the best place to stay for visiting Colleges with our daughter. The hotel looks just like new, it’s beautiful ,the room was as beautiful, spacious, confortable, and super clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. We loved that there were lots of places to eat and hang out just crossing the street, also that it had a parking lot for our rented car and an ease ride from the hotel to both Colleges that we visited. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

Our stay at the Courtyard Downtown Rochester was highly satisfactory.

Being able to snag a small breakfast was very convenient since there was a bistro in the lobby. The location of the Courtyard Downtown Rochester was perfect because there were numerous places to eat in the area that were close whether you chose to drive or walk. I was very impressed with the security of the facility for example you needed a key card to access any of the guest facilities such as your room or the activity center or Etc. The hallways and lobby area had such a refreshing sent throughout . If we are ever in the area in the future this hotel will definitely be my Top Choice to visit.

bathroom is an important part of the stay, hence the stay was poor even though the property and staff was excellent

living area was user friendly

the bathroom especially the shower. it was extremely dangerous . the Hotel did not have a rubber mat and thus was not usable to my handicap wife and myself - not handicapped.
