Buena estadía con mi perro

La vista hacia el salto y la amabilidad de las señoras del desayuno. Muy rico desayuno. Buena calefacción en la habitación. Ideal para viaje con mascota, mi perro estaba feliz en el patio y en los jardines!

La manguera de la ducha muy corta. No contaba con hervidor ni vasos... otras veces me ha tocado ese equipamiento en la habitación.

Het uitzicht op de waterval vanuit de kamer is top. Heerlijk om op je terras te zitten. De kamer is sfeervol en netjes. Het ontbijt is goed. Het personeel bij de incheckbalie is heel vriendelijk.

De badkamer is erg gedateerd. Gaten bij ramen dichtgemaakt met papier. Het duurde 30 min voordat het water weggelopen was uit de douchebak. Wij zaten in een oudere unit. De nieuwe huisjes zien er prachtig uit.

Mucho calor y muchos zancudos. No deseaban preparados para resolver ninguno de los 2 temas. Tuvimos una pésima noche y amanecimos llenos de picaduras.

Located right in front of one of the 3 waterfalls. Lots of things you could do here, especially in summer...alas we were here only for 2 days and that in winter...so there remains more to encounter.

Excellent location to relax and enjoy nature

Location is a dream, with a very nice view to the waterfalls and perfect to feel like you are in the nature. The rooms are big and confortable.

Shower could be improved and towels renewed.

Setting and proximity to road for travel . Seemed like it used to be a very luxurious stay before : very spacious , someone leading you to your room, logo on towel.

The place seems to have lost its glory, property seem a bit run down. Although the most frustrating was a dubious exchange rate when we checked in. We paid way more than expected on the date, wanted to argue this in the morning but no staff present in the morning when we checked out. Shower so ,so.

The landscape is fantastic. Very friendly staff.

The photos make the rooms look much better as they really are. They are kind of dark and it's not spotless clean. The bed covers had a strange smell, behind the bed was full of dust, the wooden floors are needing some treatment as they aren't shining anymore. Breakfast could be improved.
