If you have a big group in Dewey, book this place! It’s spacious, updated, super cute, and there’s a great backyard. It’s a 3 minute walk to the starboard, but removed enough to be quiet at night! The owner was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our group of 14. There was plenty of space for all of us, the houses were immaculate, and the courtyard was so cute. Maria was extremely responsive throughout the booking and check-in process. I highly recommend these beautiful homes and will absolutely be booking them for our annual trip next summer!

We booked this for a bachelorette party for a long weekend. Maria was incredible and so attentive and helpful. The house is better than the pictures, comfortably fitting 16 girls. The yard in between houses is perfect for group activities. The location is so convenient, within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely be booking with Maria again!

We had an awesome time at Maria’s location in dewey beach !! The house was clean and comfortable for our group, and the back house made it a perfect spot for everyone to have space. We also spent a lot of time in the middle lawn area. Perfect location and walking distance to everything. We never needed a cab !! Front porch was amazing and kitchen was great for cooked meals. Maria and her husband responded quickly to one small issue with locking the door, and even called when she found a pair of keys we had left in the drawer. Thanks for an awesome stay !!

This property was great for multiple families on vacation together since there is a separate house in the back. Lots of extra nice touches since the house was recently remodeled. The screened porch quickly became the kid hangout. The owner was very easy to reach and was quick to answer any questions.

Great location and plenty of space. It was an easy walk to the beach with kids in tow!! Plenty of space for our family. Easy walk to some restaurants and shops. Maria was very responsive to our questions. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Ws took our bikes and enjoyed an early morning bike ride before heading to the beach. Looking forward to returning next summer.

The owner was a pleasure to work with:) The house was clean and had all the necessities+, to make for a very pleasant stay:) Please note...the house location & neighborhood were convenient to the beach & local businesses...but it was Bike Week (my lack of researching the week) and a bit noisy. Definitely would recommend renting from the owner and staying at this property:)

Everything about this property was wonderful! Just remember to bring ear plugs or headphones because the walls are thin -- meaning you can hear each other and any loud people outside. Not a big deal, just come prepared!

We stayed with a large group of family and friends and has the most amazing time! The location was perfect for walking everywhere! We used our cars only to pick up some grocery items, otherwise they stayed parked and we were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants and bars! The house was a perfect size to accommodate our large group and the back cottage made for extra space to spread out. There were MANY showers which was a priority for our group of women and we never had a problem after our day at the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. We’d love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The setup was perfect for our 3 families, with plenty of beds, bathrooms and hang out areas. Both houses were nicely appointed and had a lot of great touches throughout to make everyone comfortable and happy. The outdoor shower and backyard couch / picnic table area was great for after the beach. Maria was very responsive and helpful as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a wonderful week in this great house, which is exactly as pictured and described. The setup is perfect for large groups, and we were very comfortable. We had 5 adults and 2 babies in the main house, and 2 adults, 2 small children and a dog in the cottage behind. Between the two houses is a small lawn with outdoor sectional, gas grill and picnic table, where we enjoyed several meals. Both houses were immaculate, very nicely decorated, and with well stocked kitchens. The screened porch of the main house was great for breakfast and lounging, as it is shaded and always had a nice breeze. The location is on a fairly quiet block, with a 2-block walk to the ocean, including a careful crossing of the Coastal Highway on a crosswalk with blinking caution lights. Included in the rental is the setup each morning of a beach umbrella and two chairs. Additional beach chairs, toys and boogie boards, etc. are also provided. The owner, Maria was very clear in her communications and very responsive when we had difficulties understanding how front door lock worked. We highly recommend this rental.

There is a main house and a little bungalow, both freshly renovated, furnished and very clean. Decent amenities all around, you couldn't want for more. The whole group loved the house and how close it was to the main street, restaurants, entertainment and of course the beach. Highly recommended.

I came here with a few friends and family. It was in the best location and was such a great space for covid. We were able to spread out between the main house and guest house. The chair and umbrella already out were a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay at Maria's Dewey Beach property. The home (2 homes really) was modern, bright, and well kept. Great sleeping spaces, kitchens, shared spaces (the fenced in porch is amazing!), and bathrooms. The location is perfect - two blocks from the beach, one block from the main drag, but on a quiety block. Maria also went above and beyond to retrieve a lost item for us. We will definitely be back!

This house accommodates all! The young the old and in between. I had a lovely time. The short walk to the beach, morning coffee run, sweet treats and more literally right at your doorstep! This was more than a house; filled with family it felt like a home away from home! The owner was very accommodating and just let us be which is the cherry on the cake! The rules and regs are very thorough. I would definitely love to stay here again or at any one of her other properties! ~Dee
