Perfectly located, just two blocks from the beach and steps away from the best Hampton Beach restaurants, bars, arcades and attractions. This cozy beach cottage is perfect for those looking to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer! Great for a family or group of friend with 1 queen-sized bed, two twin beds and 1 sleeper full sofa, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Also include (2) dedicated parking spots, wifi, and streaming TV. Great place to work remotely!!

Very very clean, beds are confortable, bathroom a little bit small. Note that the second twin bed is on the floor. Short walk to the beach.

Owners were very quick to answer our questions. Location and neighborhood was nice very quiet. Cottage was clean. Only negative was too small for 4 adults and a dog and air conditioner in living room just too loud.

We spent the week visiting Hampton, Portsmouth, Boston and the surroundings. This cottage was really well located, only a bloc (and half!) from the clean beach, and the local shops and restaurants. The communication with the owner was easy and the replies were fast, and we fel

We stayed here for the entire month of June and loved every minute of it! The cottage was clean and well decorated. Very cute and modern! One block walk to the beach and lots of good bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Becca was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. The cottage was well stocked with linens and towels. There were some really hot days and the air conditioners worked very well to keep the cottage nice and cool. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Highly recommended!

Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street.

We were lucky enough to be the first ones to stay in this newly renovated cottage. It was the cleanest cottage I have ever rented so far and decorated so cute! Everything was brand newā€¦ fridge, oven, plates, silverware, cooking trays, pillows, blankets, EVERYTHING! Rebecca gave her and her husbands cell phone numbers to be reached if needed and she responded quickly whenever I had questions. This is a PRIME location. Itā€™s a short walk to literally everything. The walk to the beach was my biggest concern and itā€™s so short! My 3 and 6 yr old walked it every day with no problem. Everything you need is within a few blocks (mart, coffee, ice cream, bars and restaurants, etc.) My boys slept in the trundle bed and my husband and I were in the queen. Thereā€™s also a pullout sofa but we didnā€™t use it. The air conditioners kept the house cool and worked quickly. The cottage is definitely small/tight but it was only us 4 so it was just fine at this stage in our lives. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend it!
