This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with spectacular views only 1 mile from Folly Beach and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lanes in both directions from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals across the street as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

The condo is stocked with quality linens/towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergents including four beach chairs and beverage cooler.

Enjoy the sandy shore of Folly Beach or a day at historic downtown Charleston then relax in the evening with spectacular sunsets views overlooking the Clark Sound marsh and wildlife.

Assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking spaces.
This property is up 4 flights of stairs which has 45 steps, no elevator. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach! The condo was perfect for our family of three and gave everyone space. The kitchen was well equipped and the couches were super comfortable. Great location just a short drive to Folly as well as downtown Charleston.

The location was great, owners were quick to respond with questions. Deck was great for morning coffee. We ate at Bowens Island, check it out great food, cool vibes, casual atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. Cozy yet spacious allowing us room to be together and apart. I loved the deck while my husband the couch! The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and snacks/drinks before dinner. The bathrooms were nice and gave us space to get ready at the same time making it much faster. All in all perfect!

Great for a short term stay close to everything very clean and provided a lot of necessities , only down side is the level it is on ,way too many stairs , that's why I say good for a short stay, other than that property was great

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again.

The description of this condo is spot on, comfy, clean and quiet. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings. Yes there are flights of stairs, we got our exercise daily and the views were so worth it! Beautiful sunsets, lots of birds to enjoy too. Jennifer and Tim were so nice and very quick with responses. Their condo has everything you need away from home. So close to Folly Beach and a short drive to beautiful Charleston. The condo is tucked into a perfect location between the two destinations!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a family wedding in John’s Island. It was great access to down town as well as Folly Beach. The unit was perfect for what we needed. View from the porch beautiful.

The property was as described. The condo has beautiful artwork, comfortable seating and good lighting. The deck was perfect for birdwatching and early morning coffee. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook our seafood from Crosby's Seafood Market across the road. It was a quick drive to Folly Beach each day. The road is a bit loud sitting on the deck but that was only a problem as I was filming/recording birds. I would definitely recommend the condo to adults. The 45 step climb to the top would definitely be difficult for children or adults with low mobility.

Overall it was very nice. It was substantially clean, but the bedroom with the balcony has an hvac unit right outside of it and it came on loud & often. I was unable to sleep because of it. Unfortunately that problem alone will keep me from staying there again.

When I booked this location I went by the reviews that it has. They were spot on. The place was just as described and very very clean! The beds were amazing and I would stay here over and over again! The condo has amazing views and I felt like I was at home. Best sleep by far and best VRBO booking I've had to date! The only downfall is the stairs but the owner has that in the listing for you to expect it when you arrive. So no surprises there. I will and look forward to my next booking with this owner. Thanks for the wonderful weekend getaway with no worries or complaints at all! Highly recommend this condo!

We had a great stay at Folly! The condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. We all slept well in the comfy beds, and the couch was the perfect place to cozy up with a book. It was an easy drive to downtown Charleston, while offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Jennifer and Tim went above and beyond to be great hosts, and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days the first week of December for a pre-holiday vacation. The property was beautifully decorated (just as pictured or better), the views were incredible, and the property managers made themselves available and were very responsive. I saw some comments ahead of time on road noise but the only time you notice it is if you are on the balcony and it's not distracting. Very quiet area but just a short drive from great restaurants, the beach, and the city. We will absolutely be back!

This was the perfect condo for our trip to South Carolina! Great space and ALL the amenities that you need for a beach stay. Very convenient to all the sights in and around Charleston. You can’t get better than the Folly Beach vibe~ it truly makes you want to slow down and relax. The one negative (which I was aware of before booking) are the stairs up to the condo. It is in the top floor and for those that are challenged with mobility it could be an issue. I have a bad knee and hip, but I navigated ok, but took my time going up and down. Once you get into the condo it was completely worth it! We even had groceries delivered and the fantastic delivery gal brought them up all the flights of stairs 😁

This condo was perfect for long weekend vacay. Very clean and professionally decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances. Great sunset view from balcony. Location was perfect. Very close to Folly restaurants and shops. Short drive to downtown Charleston.

We had a great time at Folly Beach! I recommend driving to beach - so much easier but can bike with gear as well. We love Isla surf school and Rita’s. Condo was very clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. Sunsets very beautiful!! Highly recommend condo.

Great for couples. We had 4 adults and we were very comfortable. Very close to the beach/town. We drove in and had to park but was a great compromise for the cost and convenience of this unit. Updated and clean, had everything we needed. Short drive to Charleston and James Island. Would definitely stay again. The stairs are the only downside but were perfectly manageable if you are in somewhat good shape. Balcony has a sunset view and was great in the evenings. Definitely recommend!

LOVED this property. Sizable rooms, very clean, super big balcony with comfortable furniture, and covered parking. I traveled for work, and it was nice and quiet, along with being close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, and local gyms. 10/10, highly recommend.

The view from the porch was amazing and proximity to Folly was great. Place was clean, check in was a breeze and being able to park two cars was very convenient. We came to celebrate a 25th birthday. We wanted to be in a good spot to enjoy the beach, restaurants and retail which were all an easy short walk away from the property. Folly Great Time was exactly as described and pictured. Condo so clean and updated. Had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs and umbrella. The deck overlooking the marsh was perfect for watching and toasting the sunsets. Yes you are by the two lane road and yes you do hear traffic but we did not find it an intrusion on our stay at all. Traffic not visible from balcony. Master Bed very comfortable for husband and I. This was my 63 year birthday trip and first time to Folly Beach and Charleston. So comfortable for husband and I. Plenty of room in condo.Perfect location ! While my husband and I are in good shape, I do caution those who cannot climb stairs. There are 3 flights to carry your belongings to condo. We recommend this condo Highly! ACS

Very clean rental. It is small but perfect for our party of 3. Plenty of amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked. It is so convenient to all Folly restaurants and sites. Just a short drive back to downtown Charleston. Complex is very quiet and we didn't have amy disturbances from neighbors. View of the marsh was beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.
