Great restful stay and great breakfast.

The house is so clean, the bedrooms perfectly made up, the bathrooms small but perfectly adequate and so clean - including all the grouting and sealant. Adam was ready for my breakfast - well cooked and hotter than a standard hotel buffet breakfast. Free parking, triple glazing at the front but the road is quiet overnight. Great great value.

It’s a trek from the centre of town but you can leave your car on site and travel by bus (every 30 mins). Handy for the bypass though and opposite the rat trap PH for a pint and a meal.

Easy to find, clean and spacious, breakfast was awesome - hot food on a hot plate - loved it

Very Clean, Room looked brand new, bedroom was spacious and the shower was very hot and powerful. the bed was comfy and the room was warm (stayed in Feb)

nothing really but if I was to be really picky - get a bigger TV when this one breaks, and I didnt realise how much I would miss my alexa - so make alexas available!

Quite simply put, your best option for a short stay in Swindon with everything basic you will need.

I am a regular Worldwide user of hotels and serviced accommodation through Booking.com and this location was one of the very best. Excellent room (en suite) free parking right outside the property, free high speed internet and an excellent breakfast to boot. DO NOT waste your money on a hotel chain if you are staying in Swindon as this has everything you need (at an extremely competitive price) I will be using this place again on future business in the area.

For the first time, in a long time, I literally cannot find anything to complain about. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant stay nice host would stay again.

Clean modern feel, breakfast was brilliant.

Nothing but just worth a mention it is on a busy 'A' road so some road noise if bedroom at front of house.

Room was really nice and welcoming. En suite was spacious and had a walk in shower which I really need.

Travel, diversions so couldn't get into car park. However, we did find parking on the road outside. Was a lot of noise from the traffic from the road outside.

Great b an b excellent value for money .

High standard of cleanliness. Comfortable bed, lovely modern decor with thoughtful layout. Good car parking. Well cooked generous breakfast . Friendly,hard working host Adam manages this great little b an b would definitely recommend .

Location on busy main road;signage could have clearer making it easier to locate first time.

Very nice place to stay

The host was very amenable and helpful with my requests. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was excellent and very comfortable. The property was in an ideal location for my visit. Adam was kind enough to prepare me an early breakfast which was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The parking is a little on the tight side if the property was full and more cars needed to be parked.
