Watch the sunset from this luxury lakefront condo on Indian Point very close to marina and Silver Dollar City. Includes 3 king beds, plus bunk beds & sectional sofa sleeper can sleep up to 8 people. Room darkening shades in every room. 1800 sq ft condo with granite counters in the fully stocked kitchen, very nice appliances, washer/dryer, and large private balcony overlooking the water. There is one assigned parking space in front of the building and a two (total) vehicle limit on-site. No trailer parking allowed by HOA. Additional parking is available nearby for a fee. Please message me for additional parking information.

Pets are NOT allowed in this condo and failure to honor this will result in loss of your security deposit.

No smoking/vaping allowed inside the condo.

Beautiful place to stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Main bedroom toilet wasn’t that clean and hard to flush but overall love the place and will be staying here again.

This had the best lay out for 2 families out of every place we have stayed the last 5 years. Only complaint is there was only about a quarter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and it didn’t get us through the first night with 8 people. I understand not providing all the tp but at least a full roll for each bathroom would be nice.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Our 3 children are young adults and love it here! It's 5 minutes (maybe less) to the Indian Point Marina. It's laid back and not as much traffic as other areas of the lake.The condo had everything we needed to make all of our meals, and what we didn't have or forgot we could get at the corner store right down the road

The property was very comfortable and the new master bath was beautiful. We certainly missed the grill and did not want to use the community one without Reynolds wrap which was not in the kitchen. Also no liquid dish detergent for hand washing things. No tissues in master bath and the big clock was not working. Thankfully I had an extra battery in my suitcase and we got it going. We also found tissues, dish detergent, and the Keurig pot in the kitchen closet when we realized it was not locked! Very happy about that! Good vacation and stay!

The location and views were terrific. The owner communicated perfectly. My biggest and only complaint was the cleanliness. The main bathroom was stopped up when we first got there. Needless to say that created a bad taste from the get go and questioned if anything had really been cleaned.

I booked this property for my little’s birthday/spring break trip. I have nothing but positive things to state. Ours was a group of 4 adults and 1 child. Each room had the most comfortable beds, it was spacious where we weren’t on top of each other. The view of the lake was amazing and was lovely to wake up to each day. You’ll be staying off of the main strip if you book here BUT with the views, space, and how easy it is to get to place and being right by Silver Dollar City I would highly recommend booking this place.

Great location and space. Traveled with our family and close friends. Plenty of room for all, adults could enjoy the evening and kids be asleep undisturbed. Peaceful view, saw 11 deer outside one morning. Close to Silver Dollar City and perfect distance from the strip and downtown Branson. Host was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Husband and golfing buddy have been doing spring and fall golfing trips to Branson for 5 years. This condo has been their favorite for set-up ease of two guys working in the kitchen. Their only problem was the electric grill repeatedly tripping the GFI on the deck. They solved it by using a heavy duty extension cord to a different outlet. This location was quiet and peaceful during their stay. A very comfortable set-up.

Check in was easy. Communication with property manager was efficient. Condo was spacious. Loved the balcony. Overall the condo was clean but there were areas that were obviously overlooked by the cleaning service. We do wish we had known that the shore was rocks. We were very disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the lake right off the property. Even with water shoes it was difficult to walk out to the water and at times scary since most of the rocks were large and sharp edged. Location was nice and quiet. Conveniently located near the marina.

Perfect location with an easy walk down to the lake. Great location with an easy drive into Branson or other attractions. Scott was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This condo was absolutely perfect. It’s located in the Indian Point area, so you still can enjoy the lake life and not be stuck in downtown Branson traffic. My teenagers loved it (partly bc there is a pizza place right next door). We will definitely be renting this place again!

Couldn't ask for more. Everything you need and want. Best stocked kitchen I've experienced as we had every utensil we needed to cook the 4 or 5 meals we did. Great beds. My wife never complained one time. Neither did my boys or daughter. Right on the lake and caught 5 fish. It was simply amazing

This property was perfect for our whole family from 60 to 5 years old. The king size beds were a dream to sleep on. Beautifully decorated and clean. The pool was also very clean. Chad was the best to work with and always prompt with answers. He even gave us pointers to local attractions that kept us out of the crowds. Walked right down to the lake to do some kayaking and fishing. Deer walk thru nightly to say hi. I would recommend staying at this condo to all my family and friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Beautiful back deck and very peaceful, loved how close to Silver Dollar city and lake access. It is the best of both worlds with a 15 minute trip to Branson if you want the hustle.

This is our second time at this property and we enjoyed ourselves just as much this time. The communication with Chad last time was one of the reasons we choose his property again and he didn't disappoint this time either. There was a minor issue with the water having an odor, but I'm sure he's getting it worked out. That was the only issue we ran into.

Best vacation ever

So close to the water, you can literally walk down the short hill and swim or fish from shore. Tons of wildlife all around the area in the mornings and evenings. We rented the owners pontoon for four days and had a great time swimming, cliff jumping, and fishing! Highly recommend this property.

Great condo it was everything like the pics and it was very clean and beautiful. It was close to a lot of the attractions and traffic was very light everyday. We loved the beautiful lake and the kids especially loved the boat ride and tubing and white water park. Chad the owner was the greatest very helpful with everything. Will definitely return for another visit.

Excellent. Everyone in my family commented how nice it was and liked it. We had a great time. And the boat rental thru the owner was an excellent deal compared to the areas deals definitely an incentive for staying there. All around good deal. Probably would stay there again next time we vacation there. Did have a slight problem with ticks getting on us all. All we could figure is from the grass walking down to lake from condo. Thank you

We really enjoyed the property. Everything we needed and wanted. This was the first time we travelled with our three French Bulldogs. We are so appreciative of the owner letting us bring our three dogs. The beds and sectional are very comfortable. Would love to visit again!
