Spacious well furnished home, the backyard has a relaxing courtyard feel with lots of green plants and flowering bushes. a fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows and an outdoor grill for outside dining. This home has a 70" screen tv in the living room and a 55" screen tv in the master bedroom. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect! It was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook, bake, or brew morning coffee. The owner was available and easy to communicate with. Great stay…would stay here again!

We came out to visit with friends and family, the property was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and close to restaurants and shopping on Bell Road. One of our favorite restaurants, State 48 Brewery, was minutes away. The owner was very responsive and ensured we made it into the property. We would recommend this property to anyone coming into Surprise, AZ.

Paula was very accommodating. Check in was a breeze, home was clean, comfortable and centrally located for shopping, food and outdoor activities. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We will be returning and hope this home will be available to us again. Thank you Paula!

We had a lovely time at Paula‘s place. Kitchen was very well stocked to prepare numerous dishes for Thanksgiving dinner. Paula was a great communicator and very accommodating. Property was exactly as advertised and accommodated our family very well. I would strongly recommend staying here if you can.

Some problems that weren't the owners fault, but overall a nice house in a good location for us and very nicely priced. Wasn't cleaned very well, but that was cleaners fault not the owners. Problems with a couple of appliances, but again, very quickly resolved by the owners. House needs some updating, but so does my house. Especially for the cost, this was a great house in a quiet, safe neighborhood in a good location with a lot of stores and restaurants not very far away. We would stay here again. The owners were very fair with us.

We loved staying there. Roomy and comfortable. Master bedroom is a little odd. It has two queen beds and a giant bath area with sink, closet, tub, shower, and toilet. The Bath area doesn't have a door closing it off from the master bedroom. This is awkward for privacy reasons. I would suggest installing a door there. The other two bedrooms are great and the second bathroom is good. Living room furniture is old and chair is broken, but owner told me it was going to be replaced soon. TV is ginormous! Kitchen is very good. Lots of room in there and adequate pots/pans/etc. Lots of dishes and cutlery. And a big kitchen table. The dishwasher works fine but probably approaching replacement age. Laundry equipment is excellent. The backyard is great. Very attractive bushes. Firepit is nice, but needs some tuck-pointing. Decent gas grill...It was filthy, so I spent some time cleaning it out. It worked fine. Outdoor chairs were plentiful, but those should probably be replaced fairly soon. Paula was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. I would definitely stay there again if a few updates are made.

We were able to enjoy quality time with kids/grandkids. Quiet, relaxed neighborhood. The beds were comfy and the backyard was a hit with the gas grill and fire pit. When in the area, would stay here again. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property over the holiday and couldn’t be happier. It was very accommodating for our family of 5. It is conveniently located close to shopping and food. I had placed a pickup order in at Target prior to our flight taking off and was pleasantly surprised that it was only 4 min from the house. The kitchen was well stocked and I even ended up making dinner for all of my family last minute with no problem. The price can’t be beat! The owner was great, and even one of the neighbors gave my son and nephews a football while playing catch in front of the house. Thank you for helping us make memories for our kids!

This was a great property to stay at!Very quite,comfortable,clean place.It was me and my husband but the property was cozy especially at night with the fireplace and the clear Arizona sky with the beautiful stars.The owner was such a sweetheart and communication was excellent……we all need a person like this to rent from🙂!

It was overall great. I didn't like the difficulty figuring out how to get the thermometer, but that is maybe easier for someone a bit more techy. Additionally, there were some issues with cleaning supplies, but the owner was great to get the info I needed. It was overall a great value for the price.
