Just what we expected. It was welcoming, cozy with just enough space for me and my family. It gave us the cabin experience we wanted, if that makes sense. We had to reach out to the owner because we didn’t understand how to work internet. Mike was very helpful and made sure we were connected. The community center had everything you’d want for families to enjoy. We enjoyed all the amenities, the club house and pool, the beach was my favorite ❤️. My grands loved the playground and basketball courts. It was so much fun!
We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to coming back again next year. Loves it!!!

Such a beautiful place with things to do and places to eat. We will be back!!

Nice house. Full of natural light. Pictures tell the story. Comfortable held 3 couples. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Nice firepit out back. Had a couple of issues. Water pressure at the kitchen sink was very low. Made it hard to wash dishes. Also the BBQ grille was not cleaned prior to arrival and was full of grease. Overall a good experience.

We loved the area; it’s excellent for hiking spots. Our problem was communication with owner/co-owner. We could not get the air conditioning to work and the upstairs bedroom was quite warm. We talked to the owners about it and they tried to explain what we needed to do. It didn’t work and we kept getting an error code. We were told they would have it resolved. We didn’t hear back from anyone that night and it was uncomfortable for those sleeping in that room. We did get a call mid morning the next day and were given instructions that did resolve the problem. The only other thing we didn’t realize is there was no dishwasher. We took turns doing dishes but it would have been nice to have that convenience.
We saw lots of deer and turkey on the property.

Great trip to the mountains. Enjoyed the property and close to Big Boulder for tubing and skiing.

We enjoyed our stay. The couch and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. Check in was very easy and owner was very pleasant and responsive.

Fantastic layout and location. It was beyond our expectations.

Very nice place. A few flaws like kitchen sink coming unglued, fridge icemaker broken and hanging down in freezer, sliding glass door was broken and unlocked and towels left in washing machine and smelled. Other then that we really liked the place. We will be back.

The house was exactly as expected. We saw deer every day. This house is in a community requiring parking passes and wrist bands for beach access. The only down side is that renters are not permitted to have an outdoor fire.

I traveled to the Pocono's for a Tough Mulder style competition. I stayed at this location which was close to the event. Very clean, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. Very easy communication w the owners.

was perfect.

Our family really enjoyed our weekend trip to this property. We had a great time exploring the local area during the day and coming home to this cozy A-frame at the end of a long day. We were lucky enough to be greeted by a herd of deer wandering through the backyard every morning and evening which was the icing on the cake.

Cabin was clean, great location, nice and quiet. The indoor fireplace was amazing.

Comfortable and clean home in a nice location. Owner responds quickly with any questions you may have. We had a wonderful trip and hope to do it again! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained home. The area is great, and everything was clean and worked well. Great communication with the host who was responsive and very easy to work with.

Took my kids for a repeat stay at this location. There is an updated fire Pitt area in the back. House was warm and welcoming.
Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

I stayed at Joe's property with my family and we all loved it! We grilled on the front deck right off of the living room/dining room area. Property was well maintained. Plan on booking again in the future.

I visited the property with my 3 kids. ( under the ages of 13) They love the outdoors so this house hit our passion on the head. Kids stayed in the downstairs bunkroom while I stayed in the king bed master suite. Having your own bathroom is a plus. We visited Jim Thorpe which is a 30 minute drive. Love the area. Soo much to do!

Looked to get away for a few days with my family when Joe mentioned his place. We took him up on his offer and loved every minute. The bunk room was perfect for our 2 small boys. Property is secluded in the woods which is a nice break from NYC life. Table in the kitchen area is long and wide which is perfect for meal times. Highly recommend.

Stayed at my cousin Joey's location with a group of friends for my boyfriends birthday. We had an amazing weekend. Hung out in the living room and dining room area much of the time. This home is perfect for a friends getaway . Will be returning in the near future.

The property was clean and freshly painted. Bottom bunk bed mattresses appeared brand new. There is much to do in the area. Lake Harmony is a 10 minute drive which boasts restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended for a family stay.

We had such a relaxing enjoyable experience at this property it was exactly what we needed and were hoping for. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

We were disappointed
In total there were too many issues with the house. First of all the bunk beds in the kids room were very uncomfortable as you can feel every single spring of the mattresses. Many things are old and need renovation or need to be fixed e.g. the doors that don't lock well. The bathtub is dirty and can't be cleaned any more. Everything looks great and new in the pictures but it is not any more, some things are broken or strained. We didn't feel comfortable and think the accommodation is okay but not worth the high amount of money.

This is a great house stayed the weekend and had an awesome time.
4.8
The property was clean and as described. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. The only downside to the house is the mattresses on the bunk beds, they were very uncomfortable. If it's just kids sleeping in there, they probably won't notice. But if an adult tries to sleep on the bottom bunk, you will definitely not enjoy it. The hot water runs out pretty quickly if you have people taking showers on both floors. For the price though, it was worth it.

The house met our expectations and was exactly how the pictures portrayed it online. It's in a very nice community & was quiet and peaceful. Its nestled back on nature & we saw a lot of deer and even some turkeys! LThe memory foam mattress on the bed was comfortable & welcoming after a long day of hiking and atv riding. We also enjoyed playing some of the board games & appreciated the good wifi service when we needed some down time. Would definitely go here again.
