We (7 adults & 2 children) had an enjoyable stay in this Villa during June 2024. The property is spacious and well decorated. Grounds are great.
When we landed in Portugal, we received contact from Silvia via WhatsApp where everything was explained. Entry was simple and they were on hand if we had any issues. Midway through the stay we had a cleaner change the towels but there are washing facilities which we used.
Villa is situated on a large unfinished complex which only has a couple villas there. I suspect the money ran out during the complex development and the remaining villas are rented out to make the money back. Saying that, despite the wear on the paths and discoloured paint, all the plants and landscape were well maintained.
We would stay here again
Positives:
- spacious & well equipped
- amazing grounds & garden
- all rooms had en-suites
- pool table was great & large assortment of board games available
- comfortable sofas
Negatives:
- property smelt damp (I imagine it’s the start of the season and needs to air out). Our bedding was particularly bad and was likely made and left from last season
- underneath the 1st floor is a very large unfinished room which goes onto the pool. It’s a shame as the space is wasted and means you have to walk around the property to get to the pool.
