Spacious lounge with stone open fireplace, there are large sofas and armchairs, full UK TV with sport and movie channels, all live UK TV and Wi-fi. There is an air-conditioning unit in place and separate dining area with large wooden table and seating for up to 8 people. There are patio door leading out to the balcony which overlooks the pool and garden.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room
Modern fitted kitchen has everything you need for all your nights in should you decide to dine in. There is a microwave, toaster, fitted oven/hob and large fridge freezer and water machine. The balcony door leads out to the large seated terrace which is great for all your al-fresco dining.
Bedroom 1 with En-suite and Balcony
Spacious Bedroom with king size wooden framed bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. En-suite bathroom has WC, hand basin with mirror and bath with shower.

Washing Machine and boiler for the radiators.

Spacious bedroom with kingsize bed and bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. This room also has an air-conditioning unit in place and patio door leading out to seated balcony overlooking the front garden and pool below.

Outside the Property
Garden/Pool Area
The gardens are completely walled and completely private from the road outside. The established gardens have many trees and plants. There is a 35sqm pool with adjourning Children’s pool and ample space for sunbathing. There is also plenty of space outside the property for parking.
There is a lovely covered balcony with steps leading down to the garden area. This beautiful space is great for sitting and watching the sun go down or alternatively there are patio table and chairs for all your al-fresco dining.
There is a beautiful cushioned wooden kosk, a great place to relax and shelter from the sun. New for 2021 there is a bar and BBQ area with outdoor facilities.
Being just a short 3 minutes walk to the centre of town and set down a quiet road we would highly recommend Villa Melek for your holidays. A lovely rental property in a great location.
