About this house rental

Summary:
New built home with breathtaking ocean views. Huge in ground pool and heated spa. Super luxurious design with top of the line furniture. Every bedroom is an on suite except kids bedroom. King size beds in all bedrooms with top of the line foam mattresses. Game room with pool table which rotates and becomes air hockey table and tennis table. walk to a beautiful, almost private beach. Completely fenced yard. Private elevator!

The Space:
New built home with breathtaking ocean views. Huge in ground pool and heated spa. Super luxurious design with top of the line furniture. Every bedroom is an en suite except kids bedroom. King size beds in all bedrooms with top of the line foam mattresses. Game room with pool table which rotates and becomes air hockey table and tennis table. walk to a beautiful, almost private beach. Completely fenced yard. Private elevator!
First floor features a primary bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk in shower, a fully stocked kitchen (regular coffee maker) and access to the outside pool for swimming and tanning. W&D also located on first level.
Second floor features another primary bedroom with king sized bed and spacious primary shower which features a walk in shower and separate tub. There is also another guest bedroom on floor two which has a king size bed and entrance to the bathroom. The game room features a table for billiards and ping pong as well as large LED smart TV for the ultimate game time party.
Third floor features another guest room with a King size bed and entrance to the Jack and Jill bathroom as well as another room that has two twin trundle beds that sleep 4. The main kitchen is also located on the third level with views and access to the outside decks. (3rd floor kitchen has a Keurig)

Trash Days-
Monday & Thursday
Please make sure to place trash in the collectors and place collectors by the mail box outside next to the driveway and curb.

Elevator Use-
Please make sure all of the doors are closed in order to call the elevator. Use instructions listed on inside of elevator for further use.

Grill-
Please ensure the grill is cleaned after each use.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Beach Front neighborhood. No through traffic. Beach is super private, only people who live in the neighborhood use this beach, no public access or public parking. Close to miles of walking or biking trails.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber is available.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

The house was fantastic. On a quiet street with an easy walk to beach with 4 kids and 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own space and between the pool, hot tub and game room all ages were entertained. The house had a large number of beach/pool towels with a large washer and dryer we always had dry towels. Lunch on 1st floor and everything needed for dinner on 3rd floor. Everyone had a great time.

Very clean, very convenient to Publix grocery store. We used the elevator a lot because I’m in a wheelchair. Only suggestion would be to have a portable ramp to be used at the front door or garage entrance. To go onto the balcony you need crutches due to the extra height of the door frame. Beds were very comfortable for everyone, kitchen was well stocked with plates. Gas grill isn’t the best for grilling but works. Game room in the photos looks larger than it actually is but we didn’t use it. I would stay again, three families were very comfortable, having all king beds.

This was our second year staying at Villa Nautilus for our summer family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured and described and is a short walk from the beach. We appreciate the beach supplies available since many of us have to fly to get to Florida. There are ample beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon all provided. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Having our own pool in the backyard is an added bonus. The house provides enough space so we all have our own space but can also gather together in the common areas. Communication with Alina is easy and she is always quick to respond if we have a question. We look forward to returning again in the future!

My wife and I had lived in Palm Coast for over 34years before retiring to the Mountains of North Carolina. We periodically come back for vacations. This year we had a family vacation of 12 and we really found the perfect place. Pool was fantastic and the walk to the beach was a short distance to see the sunrises. There was plenty of room for all of us and we weren't tripping over each other. They have everything that we needed. So many good restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all. Are heart will always be in Palm Coast. Thank You to Alina for a wonderful time.

We had a great stay here with two families and 6 kids! The house was very clean and comfortable for all of us. We had a private chef come and cook for us each day and she said the house had all kitchen utensils she needed to cook for us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The master on the second floor was to die for and so spacious and comfy! We rented a golf cart to explore the neighborhood and cruise! We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property and excellent location. Recommend property manager and cleaners have a better inspection system so home is in safe and complete working order for incoming guests. Beach equipment is in need of replacement.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious yet cozy beach house. Literally steps to a beautiful beach (5 houses away) and close to several nature parks, restaurants and Publix. The house was spotless and Alina, the house manager was very responsive =to any issues. We would definitely rent this lovely house again!

The house worked perfectly for our family of ten. The pool and it’s perfect size was a bit hit for all our ages, ranging from 2 to 66! There was everything for the most part there that we needed from bedding to towels to kitchen utensils. We all agreed we come back again!

The house is as nice as pictured in a beautiful and quiet area. The elevator works which is great for a 3 story. The pool and spa were great even in the hot Florida sun that heat the water up lol. Marineland is 5 minutes away and a must do experience in my opinion. There are a number of good restaurants on the A1A that are super close. 15 minutes from restaurants and shops at Flagler and a half hour from St Augustine was perfect in my opinion. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could of been longer.

We had a wonderful week. The house is gorgeous and the location is amazing, just a few houses away from a very quiet beach. The pool was fantastic. Having an elevator in the house made it a breeze to get around the house. We appreciated the number of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach accessories available. The ocean view from the third floor deck was beautiful. The house was very clean and communication with the property owner was very easy when needed. We will definitely be back again.

The house was stunning! Loved the amount of space for my family, having all king sized beds for all adults, and a bathroom. The kids’ room was next to the parents on the top floor with the main kitchen for ease for those early wake up calls The pool was a nice size and heated. The kitchen is huge but needs to be restocked with kitchen tools, mixing bowls, and drink glasses. We will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Really huge house within 3-5 min walk to the beach. The house was modern and decorated well. The only issue we had was the AC unit was out on the first floor due to a compressor issue so they had two temporary AC units working on the first floor. It did the job in the bedroom but a little warm in the family living room; plus it was a bit louder. I also wish we had more privacy in the back yard—fence was super low on our end. Hedges would do the trick.

Clean and nice house. Three levels was convenient to have space. Elevator was a nice convenience. Loved that we could bring our pets. The road was a mess with construction, but we dealt with it and it didn’t take away from the vacation. Nice short walk to basically private beach. We will book again.

The home is beautiful and for 10 of was it was very spacious. The main kitchen was so big and well stocked. The only downfall was not having curtains on the slider. We took a walk to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. The pool and hot tub were a plus for when we needed a break from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
