Esta bien para un fin de semana

La ubicación

Que el baño no tuviese ventana o algún tipo de ventilación. Teníamos que dejar con llave después de bañarnos por lo que quedaba todo húmedo y cuando regresábamos por la noche olía raro

Great location and value for money!

Great location! Right next to the market hall (Mercado Central) and a few minutes from the old town and a beach, several cafes and a grocery store just below the hostel, spacious shared kitchen with free, good espresso coffee. A nice shared balcony. There is a lift in the building what is a big advantage

probably only a creaking (although comfortable) bed and strange bedding, i.e. there were 2 sheets instead of a normal cover which moved and fell all the time what is not very hygienic

Good

Great location, absolutely sparkling clean, very comfortable bed. Pictures were very accurate. Check-in system easy to navigate. Overall a really good option and good value.

Kitchen set up was very weird, with fridge in my room, sink and dishwasher on other side of flat from the eating/prep area. No stove or something similar to cook on, which wasn't a problem for this particular stay but I'd usually expect slightly more convenient food prep facilities in a guest house setting. Walls were thin as others have mentioned but the guests were pretty considerate so it wasn't overly annoying. Overpowering scent diffuser in the room when I arrived - I had to move it out and open the windows because it was really too strong. Very little natural light in the room I was in, again not a deal breaker but I'd likely look for a proper window in the future - I don't feel the listing was misleading on that point though.

Clean and pleasant apartment in a fairly central yet quiet part of Alicante

The location was great, away from the busy part of Alicante. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was really useful especially the coffee machine!

Having a shared bathroom that had to be locked by key every time was not ideal, but fine for a short stay.

The walls are really thin so you can hear the neighbours and there could be TV in the room for rainy days 😅

Great location very close to the beach,restaurants and bus stops, very clean spaces nice shower room even though as separate from the room. friendly staff.

The fact that you can hear the other people on the other rooms chatting and going in and out all the time

Superb

The whole flat was nice and clean. Very centrally located - close to the market and city center. Amazing.

The bathroom, although private and very nice, was a pretty long walk away from the room.

Excellent and recently refurbished central apartment. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic and modern room, with a great location and price. Modern and clean shower room.

Large ceiling light was at eye level which was very bright on the eyes, I would suggest a lamp shade, no towel or clothes hanger in the bathroom.

Fair stay, but did not live up to expectations.

Location is excellent, facilities are quite new, staff is quite friendly.

Cleanliness issues, but somewhat solved, voices are clearly heard between rooms, late unpleasant sounds are nearly unavoidable and shared bathrooms with locks located right in front of other people's rooms when used will wake even heavy sleepers.

Amazing

Host is a very warm person. Gave us many recommendation about Alicante. It couldn't be a cleaner place to stay :) Good location, so close to the bus stop where the airport bus departs from.

Stay in the heart of Alicante like the native inhabitants.

Very central everything is reachable by feet.

Airing the room was not easy. You have to close the windows when you leave the room, otherwise cooking smells get into the room.

we were disappointed in the property and our stay could have been better if this wasn’t the case

the price was reasonable its a new build

we found it very inconvenient to have to leave the room to use the bathroom. the locks are very confusing the room had no mirror it is a shared property so it wasn’t the most comfortable stay first day when we used the bathroom the toilet had a stain on the seat which i had to clean. the room smells really bad of fish/wee. we were planning to use the fridge but that smelt awful too the cleaning isn’t great , you can see dust everywhere and we also as if the bed sheets weren’t fresh ones.

Cosy and clean

We loved the AC in our room, the little and cosy balcony where we enjoyed our tasty morning coffee, provided by the host. The kitchen is well equiped and there is also a mini fridge in the room. Sonia is super friendly and she helps you with lots of info about what to do or where to eat in Alicante. Overall, this accommodation helped us have a great time in Alicante!

The only minus I would mention is the fact that we did not have a trash can in our room.
