This big two bedroom condo is a combination of two units, one bedroom unit and a studio. Both units have it is own full kitchen, full bathroom and screened lanai. One bedroom unit has king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room and studio unit has queen bed. This condo is perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
It is beach side and located in the Garden two story section on the first floor, just a short walk from your door to the beach and pool. No crossing the streets.
The condo is always held to the highest standard when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. Your happiness is our priority, and our friendly staff is happy to help you with all of your needs.
Please consider to buy Travel Insurance. It will protect you for any unexpected illness or accident, flight cancellation and it will reimburse the money you spend. In case you need to cancel your reservation less than 60 days before check-in insurance is the best way to get your money back.

We do not have a designated smoking area. We ask that smoking take place 30 feet from any building and there is no smoking in the units or the balconies. We have ashtrays in each pavilion for the guests to use. Guests may smoke on the beach and pavilions. We ask that they be courteous to other guests white doing so.

Excellent accommodations and perfect location!
We needed a wheelchair accessible room and this was absolutely perfect! Could not have asked for a cleaner room, better communication from owner or better place. We will definitely be back!

Quiet little gem…
We stayed in a renovated studio facing the parking lot so our view was just that but that’s what was available so we took it. The studio was ample space for three…the kitchen had everything you needed so we went to Publix and stocked up the fridge. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel…dinner out. Washer and dryer on the premises. The beach was not crowded and peaceful…the sunsets gorgeous. Only thing I was disappointed about were the wavy and choppy waters. I pictured a more tropical turquoise beach. It is not that at all.
Oh and one more thing the pillows need to be replaced. Extremely non supportive of the head and neck. I had to roll them in a bunch so my head could rest.
